Each year on our birthday we make one heartfelt wish,

A wish that we want to come true,

But each year I waste my wish on you, 

nothing ever changing...,

I am not wasting my birthday wishes on you,

because each year that I do,

You stab me in the back digging the blade deeper and deeper,

This year I am saving my wish.
