My dearest, in peace, may you find the place I couldn't ever show The heart felt filled with joy abundant to those who could always know My footing is deep in part with pains I won't overcome  Lives that live this way endure till the the end with moments of happiness, only some Seclusion always a moment away, we pay no mind to expectations of a better day   Through thick or thin, we must prevail, for tomorrow's struggle, we must win Deciding a smile over lack of emotion is the definition of our devotion Tender your embrace is as hands that hurt hold something fleeting in desire I rock you back & forth, ready for you to say enough at anytime, like a bird on a wire Leave me, let me go, find another better than this excuse  If I go, you'll only know, what if situations in your self-abuse Let me walk among the flames filled with regret & shames As eyes meet mine, & the beast wakes for my turn Worry not, I'm ready to fight it all, I won't burn Seconds lifetimes in their own right Let my mind wake only in whispers about the night I'll cherish forever in the time we shared Just always remember, I wasn't dishonest whenever I said I cared With this, I leave you now to find more, live longer than at my side Don't look too hard in your days, I won't be trying to hide I'll just look through you if we meet another day...
