Usually he thought of  him as just a friend. But, this time he saw him in a different light. Joey's posture was  better, his eyes brighter. James stared for a moment before looking away sharply. He  was walking toward James. "H-hey dude.." James smiled. Flustered all of a sudden,  James quickly shoved his hands in his pockets.. "You look different.." James's face was  red. The realization came to him suddenly. He loved him. "hey. You okay, dude?" Joey asked James. James didn't know what to say, he  was still confused about his new-found love.  "Nothing.. I just didn't realize how much I care about you, dude.." He looked down.  "Uh..ok." Joey blushed awkwardly. "You know I really care about you too." He smiled at  James.  "Thanks.." James said awkwardly.. There was a moment of quiet. Joey sighed.  "I'm sorry." He sits down. James sits with him.  "what do you mean?" James asked.  "I don't really know how to.. You know.. Share feelings." Joey looked at his hands.  "Feelings?" James asked. James began to think about this, although he already knew  the answer.  "Yeah.. You know, like sadness, anger..confusion." Joey continued to stare at his hands.  "And which one are you?" James tensed. "I'm.." Joey sighed. "I'm confused." He then looked at James.  "Well.. You know, dude." James paused. "You're my best friend, you can tell me  anything." He smiled at Joey.  "..yeah. You're right. Joey turned toward James. "Um.. So.. Lately I've been feeling  different." His face grew red. "I'm having strange emotions.. Emotions I don't think I can  control anymore."
