A new acquaintance.

**Assess the otter.**

The otter looks exhausted. At first, you think he's wearing some sort of robe or similar apparel, but closer inspection reveals it simply is a vastly oversized tee.

**Introduce yourself?**

Is honesty the best policy? You consider your current predicament and your intrusion on the otter's privacy, and decide that honesty is indeed the best policy.

**Introduce yourself.**

You explain that you would introduce yourself, but you don't remember your own name, and that you live in **202**.

"That's... odd," the otter replies dubiously. "I don't really know what to say. I'm **_Rick_**. Nice to meet you. I think."

_You have become acquainted with **Rick**._

**Ask about Benevolence.**

"_ **Benevolence?** _ He's a philanthropist and occasional guest speaker at the **AMA**."

**Ask about AMA.**

"You... you really don't know anything?" Rick seems to pity you, but the tension has lowered. " **AMA** is the **_Ars Magica Academy_**. Sister school to **VUST** - **_Valewood University of Science and Technology._**"

**Ask for help in finding out who you are.**

"I don't know. I'm sorry." He looks sorry too. "You could check your mailbox downstairs? It's far-fetched, I know..."

**Ask if he knows how to get a hold of Benevolence.**

"He spoke at **AMA** yesterday, but I don't know where he lives. He's a bit...mysterious. Rumour has it he's a close friend of _ **Headmistress Mordio** _'s, but meeting her is just as improbable. Or so I hear." He seems uncertain.

**Ask if he's okay.**

"I... Yeah, I'm fine." You think he's deflecting, and decide it's probably best to not press the issue.
