Five tankas on a few of the dragons one might not find out in the world.

### Dragon Slaying

Sky-soaring serpents /

Deep-lurking leviathans /

Cave-dwelling creatures /

Wise, fearsome, and powerful /

Regal Gods inspiring awe /

First benevolent /

Reverence bringing favor /

Reigns prosperity /

Distant dreams of becoming /

Ascending to the heavens /

Second ravenous /

Great torturous world-serpent /

All-consuming maw /

Vile visions of damnation /

Descending into hellfire /

Third formidable /

A trial in conquering /

Worthy opponent /

Holy hopes of victory /

Returning the champion /

Slain dragons lie still /

Pooled blood anoints blade and crown /

Bringing weal and woe /

They soar, lurk, and dwell no more /

Behemoths became legends.
