 **Kar'na**

**Species:** Wolf Ch'kiliil

**Age:** 23

**Skill Proficiency:** Freerunning and Infiltration

**Second:** Tai (Cat)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 2 Years

**Appearance:** Tall, with white fur and golden eyes.  A single scar runs through his left eye, along with a few patchy scars over his whole body.

**Small Bio:** Kar'na was born in the town of Winterwrath, where he lived with his mother, while his father was away at the Assassins Guild.  When Kar'na was six, slavers invaded Winterwrath, destroying the town, and kidnapping Kar'na's mother and unborn brother.

**Jei'orr**

**Species:** Wolf Ch'kiliil

**Age:** 42

**Second:** Kyl'e (Wolf)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 14 years

**Appearance:** Medium height, with brown fur and brown eyes.  He is a heavily scarred individual, mostly on the torso and arms.  His face and head remain free of scars.

**Small Bio:** Jei'orr, whose name roughly translates to "Fire Mind", meaning Anger, was born into the Assassin's Guild.  At a young age, he discovered he had a proficiency with a blade.  Over time, and with many contracts in between, he became a Master Assassin at the age of 28.

**K'eyush**

**Species:** Lynx

**Age:** 26

**Skill Proficiency:** Stealth and tactics

**Second:** Dakir (Caracal)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 2 months

**Appearance:** K'eyush is fairly tall, boasting grey fur and yellow eyes.  He has few distinguishing scars, save for the fact that he is missing his left hand.  This is from a fight with a bear, Chach.

**Small Bio:** K'eyush was born in the town of Winterwrath, and was eight years old when the Falskin sacked the city.  His parents were killed, and K'eyush was sent to a mine near the city of Neth.  Eventually, since the mine was overcrowded, he was moved to Man'ahjit, where he was placed in the mid-level cabin, age twelve.  He met Kiri there, before eventually being transported to the adults cabin, where he was assumed killed after losing a fight with Chach.  In actuality, he and Dakir escaped north to Arlea.

**Ac'barr**

**Species:** Bear

**Age:** 34

**Skill Proficiency:** Blunt Weapons

**Second:** Vynith (Bear)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 2 years

**Appearance:** Ac'barr has a very grizzled appearance with, brown fur and deep-set brown eyes.  He is heavily scarred, but only around the face and shoulder.  He walks with a limp.

**Small Bio:** Ac'barr was a native of Lonelyheart, before he chose to become an assassin.  His first bid to join the Guild was rejected, on account of his large height and heavy build.  His second was rejected for attitude, since the bear was semi paranoid.  However, he was granted in on his third try, admitted by Khej.  He proved himself a notable assassin, starting at the age of 22.  Within ten years, he made master.

**Note:** Ac'barr is an Easter Egg, a reference to Admiral Ackbar from Star Wars.  Hence, his first line, 'it's a trap'.

**Rak'leare**

**Species:** Fox

**Age:** 28

**Skill Proficiency:** Archery

**Second:** Nara (Lion)

**Gender:** Female

**Time Spent as a Master:** 4 years

**Appearance:** Rak'leare is very slight, with a fearsome gaze in her blue eyes.  The fox is well-muscled, and accustomed to a life of archery.

**Small Bio:** Rak'leare was born into the Guild, and is actually the assassin Svara's aunt.  She rarely leaves Arlea, as she despises Parai, calling it 'an ugly runt of a state'.

**Shadi**

**Species:** Caracal

**Age:** 28

**Skill Proficiency:** Disguise and climbing

**Second:** Laris (Wolfess)

**Gender:** Female

**Time Spent as a Master:** 1 year

**Appearance:** Shadi is a small, lithe caracal, with reddish-brown fur, black ears, and brilliant blue eyes.  She has a scar under her chin.

**Small Bio:** Shadi grew up an urchin, on the city of Fangheart, which was where Tai also grew up.  In fact, Shadi actually ran into Tai when he was sick, and gave up her day's food to help him.  He never knew, just as no one did, that Shadi was actually a female, since she kept her gender hidden, to survive amongst the urchins.  She saw what Kar'na did, as she was going to help him again, and became curious about the assassins.  When another one showed up at the city, Shadi asked to join.  She was made an assassin and proved to have natural talent, making Master five years later.

**Khayal**

**Species:** Caracal

**Age:** 41

**Skill Proficiency:** Woodsmanship

**Second:** Tar'mas (Coyote)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 11 years

**Appearance:** Khayal is lithe and thin, a fast thinker and an equally fast mover.  He, like Shadi, has reddish-brown fur, and black ears.  However, unlike Shadi, Khayal is a male, and an exceptionally experienced assassin.

**Small Bio:** Khayal grew up in a wild caracal tribe, in the grasslands to the east, near lake Rimor.  He gained an expertise in the skills of a woodsman, when one of the elders from his guild died of an assassin.  Seeking to find the culprit, Khayal tracked the assassin (not a member of the Assassin's Guild) across Arlea, eventually killing him in the city of Bladesmith.  An assassin from the brotherhood, after the same individual as Khayal, was impressed and invited him to join.  Khayal accepted, learned Common (spoken by both Falskin and Ch'kiliil), before ascending to the rank of master fourteen years later.

**Note:** Khayal is a reference to a character in a short story of mine.  Unless there exists popular demand, Khayal's story in the short story (Titled: Abyssal Space) will never see the light of day.

**Watcher**

**Species:** Lynx

**Age:** 41

**Skill Proficiency:** Scouting

**Second:** Tes'ali (Wolf-fox)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 4 years

**Appearance:** Watcher is a grey-furred lynx, with piercing green eyes, and a cheerful grin.  He is relatively unmarked, and acts as a spotter for other assassins.

**Small Bio:** Watcher was born a slave in Parai, before being stolen by an assassin and taken up north.  When he was young and parentless, he was known for simply sitting silently and observing people.  Thus, the adults who decided to care for him, nicknamed him Watcher.  A name he kept.  When he became an assassin, he generally accompanied others on their missions, to keep watch.  However, he is a capable fighter.

**Sode'ria**

**Species:** Cheetah

**Age:** 35

**Skill Proficiency:** Distraction

**Second:** Kiah (Fox)

**Gender:** Female

**Time Spent as a Master:** 4 years

**Appearance:** Sode'ria is very sleek, not very tall at all.  She is a 'king-cheetah', where many of the spots on her coat are connected.

**Small Bio:** Sode'ria is the fastest assassin in the guild, and is known for her agility.  This stems in part from her growing up on the streets...in Parai.  A very interesting case, she pretended to be a slave in many cases, stealing food to survive and running when caught.  She was found by an assassin, and brought into the guild at age twenty, taking 11 years to become a Master.

**Djynn**

**Species:** Bobcat

**Age:** 30

**Skill Proficiency:** Charisma

**Second:** Is'aac (Fox)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 5 years

**Appearance:** Tall and strong, with bold green eyes.  Djynn has a brash personality, and can be somewhat cynical.

**Small Bio:** Djynn grew up in Snowguard, far from the Guild.  He came to the Guild at age 12, after his parents were killed by a tornado.  He became an assassin, known for his wit and ability to get people to follow him.  Djynn has never been caught by guards, since he's always able to talk his way out.

**Ira**

**Species:** Lioness

**Age:** 39

**Skill Proficiency:** Hand-to-hand combat

**Second:** Shota (Serval)

**Gender:** Female

**Time Spent as a Master:** 9 years

**Appearance:** Golden fur and yellow eyes, Ira is quite beautiful.  She is relatively unmarked by scars, and is quite tall, one of the tallest Masters, tied with Kar'na at 6'3".

**Small Bio:** Ira was born in the city for Guild rescuees and the families of Guild Members.  Ira's father was killed, and her mother was an assassin before being killed on a mission.  Ira entered the order at age 9, and trained, eventually becoming a master at age 30.  She is a very arrogant person, hard to deal with.

**Sei'nar**

**Species:** Bear

**Age:** 50

**Skill Proficiency:** Survival

**Second:** Kari (Tigress)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 11 years

**Appearance:** Tall and scarred, master Sei'nar is the biggest on the council.  He has brown fur, and eyes so brown they seem black.

**Small Bio:** Sei'nar was born into a bandit clan to the far north, joining the assassins after freeing one of their number from captivity.  He became a master at age 39, one of the oldest masters.

**Shep**

**Species:** Wolf

**Age:** 41

**Skill Proficiency:** Tracking

**Second:** Aran'dal (Coyote)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 16 years

**Appearance:** Grey fur and green eyes.  Shep also has black tinting his ears.

**Small Bio:** Shep was born a slave to a wealthy wolf overlord in Arlea.  His job, with his pack members, was to pull the master's sled, like huskies.  Eventually, Shep broke his leg while doing this, and was going to be killed, when he killed the nobleman and reported the estate to the Assassins' Guild.  Since slavery is illegal in Arlea, the mansion was burned to the ground, and the slaves rescued.  Shep joined as a teenager, becoming a Master at 25.

**Zakn'ek**

**Species:** Jaguar

**Age:** 37

**Skill Proficiency:** Commanding

**Second:** Garrett (Caracal)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 5 years

**Appearance:** Strong and powerful, Zakn'ek has a presence that can be felt.  He is great at rallying people.  His name literally translates to "Proud Leader", and he has yellow fur with striking green eyes.

**Small Bio:** Zakn'ek was born a soldier, trained from birth to fight the Falskin.  However, the jaguar preferred the finer arts and joined the Guild.  Though skilled as an assassin, Zakn'ek has a skill with large groups of people.

**Note:** Zakn'ek is an Easter Egg to my eventual novel.  He is a (very minor) antagonist.

**Note 2:** Garrett, Zakn'ek's second, is also an Easter Egg, from the same novel.  He is a (very minor) protagonist.

**Galaras**

**Species:** Otter

**Age:** 27

**Skill Proficiency:** Aquatic combat and throwing knives

**Second:** Moonpaw (Wolf)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 2 years

**Appearance:** Lithe and sleek, this Master appears as most otters.  With brown fur and warm brown eyes, Galaras's eyes invite you to laugh with him.

**Small Bio:** One of the youngest Assassin Masters, Galaras was chosen for his extreme skill.  He grew up in an otter tribe, out on lake Rimor, before eventually finding himself amongst the assassins.  Unknown to the characters in the story, Galaras is the half-brother to Kytra and Ari.

**Note:** Moonpaw, Galaras's second, is me!  Just a little guy hidden in the back.

**Sno'ba**

**Species:** Ferret

**Age:** 31

**Skill Proficiency:** Explosives and Urban Combat

**Second:** Krifta (Otter)

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 4 years.

**Appearance:** Sno'ba is sleek and small, the shortest of the Assassin Masters.  He has brown fur, with black-tipped ears.

**Small Bio:** Sno'ba grew up in the city of Winterwrath, leaving a year before it was sacked, at the age of 13.  He mourned the loss of his home city, and took to learning how to fight.  Eventually, after spotting a member of the Assassin's Guild infiltrating a store, Sno'ba accosted him, and knocked him unconscious, before reporting him to the guards.  After the assassin escaped, he returned to Sno'ba's house and recruited him.

**Khej**

**Species:** Wolf

**Age** : 61

**Skill Proficiency:** He's the Guildmaster

**Second:** Svara

**Gender:** Male

**Time Spent as a Master:** 31 years.  Guildmaster for 14.

**Appearance:** Khej has grey-white fur, reflecting all his children.  He carries himself proudly, but is marked by scars and age.  His eyes, bluey-grey, are similar to Kiri's in colour.

**Small Bio:** Khej is the Guildmaster, a position he gained for his actions at Winterwrath.  Khej was voted in, with every one of his peers affirming him as Guildmaster.  He has been a good fit for the Guild since election.  Khej was born an assassin, but didn't want his children being influenced by his life, so he left his family in Winterwrath.  A mistake, as it turned out.  He is the father of Kiri, Kar'na and Tes'ali, and is married to Syph'ari, who lives in the Assassin's Guild city.
