Written 2017.","content":"I'm a quillhog; that's what I am.\n\nGot a backside of spikes to protect my can.\n\nIf you haven't guessed, I'm a porcupine.\n\nWhether you like it or not, that's just fine.\n\nI go where I want and I do my thing\n\nWith a pack of prickle pokers on the tail I swing\n\nDogs don't bug me and my thorny mace\n\nAny mutt that does gets a pincushion face\n\nBut if you're looking for love, there's no need to flee\n\nJust keep it to the soft side and you can still cuddle me.\n\nI'm a big furry rodent with a whole lotta pricks\n\nYou know that you love me, so come and get your fix\n\nNow if you don't like the way that I tell my tale\n\nLet me turn around so you can kiss my furry one\n\nMind the quills.\n\nPrick out.\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Poetry","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/1260628-quillhog.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/1260676-ambition.json"}}
