There was no way I could leave her in the middle of the park. I crouched down and grabbed my hatchet. I knew what I needed to do. I didn't want to do it; it would take too much time. But I needed to. I placed my hand on the girls' leg and brought the hatchet down on, splitting her leg at the knee. The bone made a terrible cracking sound as it shattered around the blade. It takes me another swing before I manage to cut all the way through. I moved the severed limb to the side and shifted to the other leg. I had to hold her more firmly this time, but it still wasn't too difficult. Once both lower legs were severed I moved to her arm. The blood covering my hand made it difficult to grab her arm, and I muttered a curse as I dropped it. I placed my foot on her lower-arm and pushed down, grinning when I hear the bones begin to crack. I swung at her elbow, cutting clean through. I stared for a moment. That was the first time I had ever cut through on my first try. I shifted to the other arm and did the same thing, groaning as I completely missed the first swing. "Don't get cocky" I say to myself. I tried again, pushing harder with my foot this time. I managed to cut through after the third swing. I looked up at her head; the last part I had to remove. Tears were streaming down her face, and she was thrashing her head back and forth. I placed my boot on her forehead and pushed down, her head digging into the ground slightly as she stared up at me. I gave her a smile and brought my hatchet down on her throat, slicing halfway through. I did it again and nudged the now severed head away from her lifeless body. I looked around to see if anyone had seen me, and let out a sigh of relief when I realized there was no one around. Now, where to hide the pieces, I thought as I started putting them into plastic garbage bags.

"}
