# A Good Enough poem for ragewolver

I wrote this after reading ragewolvers story Good Enough.

My life changed all in one day friends gone each their own ways  
My band was broken scattered to the wind  
And in my new home this life I did begin  
You barged into my life declaring your love of pigskin  
You swept me up and out the door  
To find my shame as the ball failed to soar  
Then with some prompting and pushing I was told to play  
Where I lost myself in the music that day  
The world soon went black and I returned to it in your arms  
From there everything began to move fast then was my norm  
I met someone whom I cared for a cat that made me smile who was not you  
We flirtered and we dated and formed a band with two others you see  
To bring my joy of music once more around me  
A day ends with a bang and blood spilt with much pain  
Yet all I really know is confusion and the pain  
Awoke to a room unknown to me  
Family is there with worried faces  
Once more there you are full of worry and fear for my life  
Yet again am I confused by all that be  
My feelings for you begin to bloom hidden in my own heart  
Yet I feel them changing the way is see you  
First your game where I admire your form upon the field  
Then my gig where lyrics are revealed  
I lose one cat and find another old  
Where love is declared yet on my end has grown old  
While he is my brother  
While he is my friend till time does end  
Romance between he and me can never be  
Soon a break takes us away where I can begin to mend bridges broke  
Then fear as once again the reaper appears  
Yet there you are by my side to whisk me away as you sever ties  
Now hidden away with my family for a stay  
I truly know  
I love you so  
Yet while I might have a chance could I risk it indeed for you mean the world to me  
Now off to a place of fun  
Where I learn of your fears high  
You defend my honor  
I claim two prizes  
My lips to yours and I flee  
Only for you to catch me  
Now I am yours  
You are mine  
Our story continues onward  
Even though from your team I need to hide  
What comes next  
In this madness of life  
I know not  
Yet I am ready with you in my life.
