Always feel like rhyming late at night... :P_\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n**Angel, Take The Pain Away.**  \n  \nI wake up one morning,  \nBright and new.  \nSomething is different  \nSomething's askew.  \n  \nI feel enlightened.  \nI feel no remorse.  \nIt's making me happy;  \nI've set a new course.  \n  \nWhat is this thing   \nI've come to love?  \nHas it come from the heavens,  \nThe heavens above?  \n  \nAn angel, yes...   \nthat must be it.  \nNow life won't be  \nridden with shit.  \n  \nI'll be able to live   \nThrough these rigid days.  \nIt will take away pain  \nAt least in some ways.  \n  \nIt can clear all my thoughts;  \nThis angel is strong.  \nBut to whom, may I ask  \nDoes this being belong?  \n  \nI have hidden my grief.  \nI have kept it disguised.  \nSo no one could know...  \nThis is why I'm surprised.  \n  \nBut Wait! There is,  \nBut, one I have told.  \nNo! It can't be!  \nThou'd not be so bold.  \n  \nWith thought, I see  \nIt is you that have sent  \nThis angel of bliss.  \nNow must I repent?  \n  \nNo? But why?  \nFor what reason is this?  \nYou have sent me a blessing,  \nWhat is it you wish?  \n  \nOften, it's a whisper  \nThat can bring one the sight  \nTo guide them through darkness,  \nIn search of the light.\n\n\u0026nbsp; As the breath passed my ear,  \nThere was two things I heard.  \nFirst, \"Say this to others,  \nThey'll remember your word...\"  \n  \nThe second was lifting.  \nNothing more precise.  \n\"Just cherish your loved ones,  \nNo matter the price.\"  \n  \nWith this latest maxim,  \nIt seems I should go,  \nTell each single person  \nI possibly know.  \n  \nMy mission is fixed;  \nI won't be set astray.  \nThis must be fulfilled.  \nIt is this, I will say:  \n  \n\"To all those who seek  \nA modern direction,  \nI will bestow with you this,  \nit is my protection.  \n  \nProtection from harm,  \nAnd protection from fright,  \nI've been granted the power  \nto direct you through night.  \n  \nSo come with me, children,  \nThis is where you will see  \nThat by giving your love,  \nWe will all be set free!\"  \n  \n\n"}
