He had started his first job and was now waiting in the airport, his old coworkers able to get him through security. He was waiting for his mom to fly in from the east coast for his grandfather's memorial.\n\n  \n\nTo pass the time, he had convinced Lizris to be apart of his dragon story, and they were both working on the introductory chapter. The Shiba was also talking to Zarah, the two having recently seemed to patch up his relationship.\n\n  \n\nKoda smiled at his story finally getting the attention it deserved. He felt he was an alright writer, but Lizris just awed him at his attention to detail. What had begun as an 1,100 word chapter became 7,000.\n\n  \n\nIn the story, Koda's dragon, Rift, had been worn out and bested by a large group of apes that were determined to destroy the young dragon. Before the killing blow, the orange dragon was saved by Sithris, Lizris' dragon. The rest of the chapter followed Rift struggling to trust his new companion.\n\n  \n\nKoda wagged as he saw his mother walk out of the gate, the short bulldog not having seen her son in over a year. They hugged and retrieved her baggage. Upon hopping on the MAX train, his heart was crushed.\n\n  \n\nZarah: I admit it, I need help.\n\nKoda: I'm here for you and I'm willing to help with whatever you need.\n\nZarah: I'm sorry, but I can't do this. Our relationship is done.\n\n  \n\nThe Shiba stared at his phone before telling Lizris what happened. A minute later, and it finally sank in. Tears welled in his eyes and his breathing became erratic. He clenched his eyes and fought back the urge the tears.\n\n  \n\nFinally arriving at the den, Koda talked a bit with his mum before saying goodnight and crawling into bed. All at once, he let his barrier down.\n\n  \n\nFor the next week, he cried himself to sleep.\n\n  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n**September 28, 2015**\n\n  \n\nKoda smiled as he finished his 18th playthrough of Yiff Theft Doggo: San Blepper. He saw the game as the sole cause of him getting into a career of film. A bloop and blue flashing light on his phone made him wag wildly.\n\n  \n\nLizris: Lizris yowls. \"Morning.\"\n\nKoda: Rift pounces you and assaults you in slurps. \"Afternoon budee!\"\n\nUh oh  \nLizris: Don't take this the wrong way, as I know how you feel about the subject, and  \nI've already told you how I feel about it, but regardless...  \nI trust you, and trust is something I really like. We've talked about pretty  \nmuch everything, and secrets don't really exist any more.  \nI'm not saying this as an offer, (I don't think) nor do I expect you to take  \nit, but...  \nI \\*THINK\\* , i've gotten to the point where if you were to ask to try sex with  \nme, I'd probably agree to try.  \nLike I said, I know how both of us are on that subject, so don't think of it as  \nan offer, but more of an indication of how much you mean to me. It's not love,  \nbut I do see you as I really close friend\n\n  \n\nKoda felt his cheeks heat up. He was completely straight, he was always disturbed by the knowledge of guys dating guys. He was raped by his brother as a child. The bible said it was wrong. It was wrong, right? So why was the thought making him blush and feel a stirring in his loins? Ultimately, his beliefs won over.\n\n  \n\nKoda: You've been a great friend, one that I've really depended on and trusted. Like  \nI've said before, I'm not for same gender sex, though I think I wouldn't mind  \nsharing a female.\n\nLizris: No worries, no harm done.\n\n  \n\n**October 18, 2015**\n\n  \n\nHe didn't know how to feel anymore. Koda and Lizris were growing closer and closer. They had begun role-playing through text, first with their characters drinking \"fem-potions,\" but lately it had become male on male.\n\n  \n\nHe thought he was dominant sexually. That proved to be wrong as the thought of being taken stirred his loins. He also felt himself contemplating more and more experimenting with another guy.\n\n  \n\nWhat surprised him most though, was he was developing feelings for the Armadillo Lizard. Every time his friend mentioned getting a girl, he felt what seemed like a needle jab into his heart. He finally gave into his thoughts.\n\n  \n\nLizris: I actually had a mild fantasy of trying anal with you, but I'm not sure if that  \nwas an actual desire or just me being desperate. XD\n\nKoda: We'll see when the time comes  \n  \nLizris: Oh? I take it you've contemplated that as well?  \n  \nKoda: A bit...  \n  \nLizris: Hmmm.
