He is hyperventilating because the elevators were broken.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI look at him and said, \" Why? Why should I stop? No one cares about me. Why should I continue my life, my very miserable life? There no one for me. Not even my parents care about me.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe steps closer after catching his breath and then slaps me and yells, \"Get a hold of yourself! There always you friends and even me.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" If my friends care about me then they would be here with you.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" Suicide is not the answer.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" Your right, it's the question.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" This is not a joke, Drake!\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nThat was the first time he called me by my real name since he invited me over to his house.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" Your parents are here to talk you out of this, now will you listen or do I have to slap you again.?\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\"Why are you doing this Carlos? Why are you trying to convince me to live my life?\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" Because you're my best friend.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI look down at the floor. I realize that I didn't \u0026nbsp;think about who will be affected . I still had friends, although they weren't here with me.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" Don't you remember back in freshmen year when we both had the same job. You always wish you had my life because I had everything you wanted. Good parents, friends, and the house you wanted to live in when you grow up.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" Carlos, I told you everything about my life. If you were me wouldn't you want to kill yourself too.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\"Yes,\" Carlos said as he look down.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" I thought so.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" At lease stop to think about what you are about doing. Do you think you are doing the right thing?\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\" No! I've had enough of this Carlos.
