# Suicide- Prologue Author: BlakeRedFox Tags: Abuse, Death, Dragon, Story Series #1 of Suicide Series # 1   Suicide: Prologue     "Stop!" My friend yelled as he got to the top of the roof. He is hyperventilating because the elevators were broken.   I look at him and said, " Why? Why should I stop? No one cares about me. Why should I continue my life, my very miserable life? There no one for me. Not even my parents care about me."   He steps closer after catching his breath and then slaps me and yells, "Get a hold of yourself! There always you friends and even me."   " If my friends care about me then they would be here with you."   " Suicide is not the answer."   " Your right, it's the question."   " This is not a joke, Drake!"   That was the first time he called me by my real name since he invited me over to his house.   " Your parents are here to talk you out of this, now will you listen or do I have to slap you again.?"   "Why are you doing this Carlos? Why are you trying to convince me to live my life?"   " Because you're my best friend."   I look down at the floor. I realize that I didn't  think about who will be affected . I still had friends, although they weren't here with me.   " Don't you remember back in freshmen year when we both had the same job. You always wish you had my life because I had everything you wanted. Good parents, friends, and the house you wanted to live in when you grow up."   " Carlos, I told you everything about my life. If you were me wouldn't you want to kill yourself too."   "Yes," Carlos said as he look down.   " I thought so."   " At lease stop to think about what you are about doing. Do you think you are doing the right thing?"   " No! I've had enough of this Carlos. Tell everybody I'm sorry and goodbye."   I stand up and start running toward the end of the 23 story building then I jump off.
