~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exhale. Set the knife down on the counter.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Inhale.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exhale. Back away from the cabbage. From the cutting board. From the counter.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stumble.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Inhale.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Crumple to the floor.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exhale. Tuck tail up close.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sob.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Inhale.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exhale. Not this time.  
~&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Inhale. Not today.
