&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;"This meeting is called to order to review the incidents which lead up to and followed the termination of the Special Assignments Team.&nbsp; There are some questions this committee has for you general.&nbsp; To begin, what was the purpose of the Special Assignments Team?

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Their purpose was to be a small squad of elite soldiers who would work together to complete covert and difficult missions beyond what was capable of regular special forces.&nbsp; They were to be recruited together, trained together, and deployed together."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Where did you take the members of this team from?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "They were a squad at the Academy.&nbsp; We extracted them using the usual method."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "How did they perform after training?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "They greatly surpassed our expectations.&nbsp; They could move and communicate flawlessly and almost could sense each other's thoughts and actions.&nbsp; Their first mission in the field was to infiltrate a heavily guarded location and extract hostages with limited casualties.&nbsp; They didn't kill anyone, even when a gun was put to the leader's head.&nbsp; There are more performance records in the attachments I submitted to you last month"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Yes, we have them here.&nbsp; Who was this leader you speak of?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Chief Warrant Officer Kirian Harper.&nbsp; He had been a natural leader and the others followed him without question from day one."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Tell me about NDC Document H74A9."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "You should know more about that than I do.&nbsp; It was your department which signed it."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Indeed.&nbsp; Just for the record, what is your understanding of this document?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Of course.&nbsp; That document authorized Dr. Hall to use contraband biological alteration chemicals to boost the members of the Task Force."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Who is Dr. Hall?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "She was the mastermind and chief developer of the Special Assignments Team."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "What happened which caused the termination of the Special Assignments Team?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Remember when I said the purpose of the team was to work together?&nbsp; Well, when the team went fully active, General Strikers got his hands on them.&nbsp; He believed they would be more effective it they could be deployed apart from one another.&nbsp; They seemed to disagree.&nbsp; Harper decided the orders they had been given were pointless, didn't like being used for something he hadn't agreed to, and decided to take matters into his own hands.&nbsp; This lead to the assassination of the New World Order Leader and later dissolution of the New World Order.&nbsp; General Strikers didn't like being ignored and ordered the immediate termination of the Special Assignments Team by the means agreed upon in order to clear NDC Document H74A9."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Which were?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "To activate the memory isolator and erase the training and memories of the members of the Task Force."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Were these orders followed."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Yes.&nbsp; Strikers threatened killing all involved personnel if they weren't."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Did the chemical work as specified."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Yes.&nbsp; The five operatives' memories were wiped and they were split up and placed into new lives where they could function and be successful.&nbsp; Details are in attachment two."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Were there any complications?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Yes, two.&nbsp; One, Dr. Hall had secretly injected herself as well.&nbsp; When I delivered the visual signals, she was hit as well.&nbsp; She now works at a ski resort ER.&nbsp; The second problem was with Harper.&nbsp; When the chemical was activated, something went wrong.&nbsp; He is now paralyzed from the waist down. &nbsp;He will never walk again."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Has that been dealt with?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "We've done everything we can but there is no reverse for the chemical process other than drinking yourself into a coma which, needless to say, would pose even more health risks."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Understood.&nbsp; What happened to the rest of the personnel at Center Seventeen?"

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "All the military personnel are under codeword secrecy and have been returned to their respective branches. &nbsp;There were also three civilians. &nbsp;Dr. Hall who's memory on the matter was erased. &nbsp;Dr. Easterling of Easterling Arms who is already sworn to secrecy due to his countless government contracts. &nbsp;The other was a hacker called Hogan Quakenbush. &nbsp;Dr. Easterling took him in as a partner. &nbsp;He is now under the same clearance as Easterling Arms. &nbsp;None of them should be a problem.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "And what about you General, will you be a problem."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Sir, I've run black ops my entire career. &nbsp;I know how these come and go. &nbsp;Some have problems, some don't. &nbsp;I was quite interested in the success of the Special Assignments Team and have submitted a full review of the actions of General Strikers which lead to its downfall. &nbsp;Beyond that, I have no problems with what is going on. &nbsp;You won't need to worry about me."

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Thank you for your time General. &nbsp;You are dismissed. &nbsp;Please ask General Strikers to come in when you leave."
