Anyway, read and enjoy, and be sure to rate and submit a comment afterwards.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nNote: to get the rhythm right, if that´s important to you, the word _our_ should be pronounced as a one syllable word, not two.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n**Neytiri of the Na´Vi**\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nWe met in a strange way, not that long ago.\n\nYou were new to my world, from where I did not know.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nYour appearance were strange, oh so strange because.\n\nYou were like the others, but still so much like us.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nYou came with an order, to find our weakness.\n\nTo infiltrate my kind, and you reached great success.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nMy father took you in, as did the whole clan.\n\nYou only gained our trust, as a part of your plan.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nBut I taught you our ways, unaware of this.\n\nAnd during one lesson, we two shared our first kiss.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nYour heart fought with your brain, about what to do.\n\nThe anguish tortured you, but none of this I knew.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nShould you follow orders, or do what was right.\n\nThe marine fought the man, you went sleepless that night.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nFinally your heart won, you went to our side.\n\nSince you sense of honor, was greater than your pride.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nWe two were meant to be, I became your mate.\n\nNow you and I were one, but it was just too late.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe sky people attacked, to destroy us all.\n\nBut you gathered my kind, and they answered your call.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nAll clans were united, like a single pack.\n\nWe mobilized fast and, went to counterattack.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nA great battle followed, riffle against spear.\n\nTo save the tree of souls, and all that we hold dear.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nThis war was terrible, we were overrun.\n\nBut Eywa heard our prayers, and with her help we won.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nMany have asked me how, I could forgive you.\n\nAfter you betrayed us, no Na´Vi had a clue.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nHow could I forgive you, discussions were rife.\n\nI ask; how could I not, you´re the love of my life.\n\n  \n  \n\n"}
