The walls were stone as with the marble in the hall and main entrance, but this stone was reddish-black, volcanic, and rough.
47.
>The walls and floor were peppered with the same strange glowing symbols that had appeared on each one a different color and shape.
48.
>Nestled in cracks and nouches were ancient-looking books giving the room a look of a haphazard library.
49.
>In the center of the room Cindar stood over a boiling cauldron. Steam and smoke rose from both the cauldron and lava that seemed to be heating the liquid inside.
50.
> The light gave her massive form a glowing red hot look as if she was a piece of metal nearing its melting point.
51.
> She looked up as your own body drew closer like a puppet without strings, her slit eyes glowing like coals of a fire in the dim light.
52.
>The floor was becoming unbearably hot with each step of your feet and it took all your remaining effort not to cry out in pain. Your feet screaming with the agony of being burned from the floor.
53.
> Suddenly you found yourself in control again that benign pleasure was being replaced by a growing feeling of being cooked alive.
54.
> As if sensing your pain she smiled chuckling lightly, "sssilly me I am forgetting a great many thingssss today."
55.
> A well of hatred seemed to burst forth only a monster could see someone in pain and laugh. Without thinking you yelled at her full of rage.
56.
>Funny isn't it to watch someone in pain? Just do me a favor and end it here!
57.
>In response to your outburst her voice turned harsh and deep speaking in a language you didn't recognize.
58.
>Peparing your self for the end you decided to look her straight in the eyes defiant to the last
59.
Ignis, ignis amicus ad hoc homo immune est, ut omnes
60.
>At the end she snapped as the sound resonated you waited for a death that never came.
61.
>The room seemed to have cooled suddenly relieving your now aching feet and it felt easier to breathe as if a great weight was lifted off your chest.
62.
now what master would let her servant die while having the means to prevent it?
63.
>her voice still bore traces of humor and sarcasm equal parts amused and annoyed.
64.
>still fuming you begin to retort stoping only to realize that it wasn't the room that had changed temperature, the cauldron was still red hot and smoking.
65.
>"what the hell did you do to me?!?", the words were ones of shock and apprehension half expecting your entire body to burst into flames at any moment.
66.
> Her voice sounded casual and dejected as if this was a normal everyday occurrence, "Any sservant of mine sshould be fine with a little heat all I did wass enchant you any human would kill for thiss opportunity"
67.
>Further enraged at her casual dismissal of any say you might have caused a fresh wave of shouting, "do you think I want this!?! Your the one who pulled me here and is controlling me and put me in a situation where I needed you to "enchant" me!?! What even are you some sort of dragon thing? I have rights and slavery is illegal nowadays you can't just go around saying, you own people! This had better be a prank because you just can't be real!
68.
>Then looking around the room you half expected your friends to jump out with those shit-eating grins they had countless times before when they had pulled pranks before.
69.
>"I mean come on guys the joke is over you have made your point or whatever. Did you use hot plates or smoke generators to make it seem hot? I mean guys this isn't funny. Guys?", it took several moments before real fear set in. This was real and you were standing here in front of a huge reptile.
70.
> Mean while the "cinder" had sat there listening to your outburst showing no signs of any emotion until after you had finished.
71.
>Her eyes had narrowed in what could be anger or annoyance and she snapped her fingers again producing that resonating sound.
72.
P O P
73.
>the cauldron had disappeared as she casually made her way towards where you were standing
74.
>oh shit.
75.
>her scaled fingers were wrapped around your throat in an instant pinning you against the wall.
76.
"How dare you inssult me, you pathetic human?!?", her hot breath once again "I grow tired of dealing with your dissobediance. I remember many humanss would have happily traded their livess to achieve what I am offering you. I give you one last chance either sswear your allegiance to me and enjoy all the benifitss that it offers or die as I gut you from the insside out.
77.
> "ack! What would those be exactly other than being a slave for the rest of my life" coughing from the tight grip she had around your neck.
78.
>"yess or no, death or life, either you decide to accept the possition as my familiar or die", her voice was steely and eerily calm as you felt a sharp claw start probing into your ribs.
79.
"A wha-", the question cut off by the claw digging into your chest further.
80.
"OK, OK I accept", the decision was one you hoped would not haunt you for the rest of your life.
81.
>she dropped you immediatly letting you slump to the floor panting.
82.
> she began to walk away as calmly as before, as she turned her long tail brushed your cheek its soft scales absolutely addictive to feel.
83.
>"come let uss eat I know myself I am famished and I can survive weeks without food.", her voice was strangely inviting as if she was thrilled at your choice."}
