# Chapter 31" Shame Tailed , a lesson learned in dreams and from elders

The four Wolf Fury Rangers return with their tails down in shame, with the help of a all knowing inter-dimensional being and wisdom from elderly patriarch of the family they learn to trust in friendship and their bond.

Chapter 31" &nbsp;Shame Tailed , a lesson &nbsp;learned &nbsp;in &nbsp;dreams and from elders

At the &nbsp;Command &nbsp;Center, the &nbsp;4 colored &nbsp;lights appear &nbsp;on th e &nbsp;teleporter &nbsp;pad, the &nbsp;4 lights &nbsp;fading &nbsp;out &nbsp;around Roe, Alex, and &nbsp;Connor and &nbsp;Ace &nbsp;, their &nbsp;wet clothing &nbsp;and &nbsp;fur chilling &nbsp;their &nbsp;bones, tHe &nbsp;chill of the &nbsp;cave system &nbsp;made &nbsp;them &nbsp;colder &nbsp; as they &nbsp;walked &nbsp;across the &nbsp;suspended walkways &nbsp;making their &nbsp;way &nbsp;over to the &nbsp;computer &nbsp;stations.

  

 "Guys!" Abby shouts, running &nbsp;up &nbsp;to the 4 , "Your &nbsp;okay, thank god!' As &nbsp;she &nbsp;hugs Roen and Alex, and &nbsp;petting &nbsp;Connor &nbsp;and &nbsp;Ace in kanine &nbsp;form. "Who was &nbsp;that?" she &nbsp;asks, as the &nbsp;3 settle &nbsp; &nbsp;in &nbsp;chairs, Connor and &nbsp;Ace &nbsp;laying &nbsp;down.&nbsp;

 "I don't &nbsp;know, but &nbsp;we &nbsp;got &nbsp;our &nbsp;asses &nbsp;handed to &nbsp;us &nbsp;by &nbsp;a &nbsp;guy &nbsp;with &nbsp;only &nbsp;a &nbsp;shield!" ROen &nbsp;complaints.

  

"I know ROe, &nbsp;calm down and &nbsp;so &nbsp;we can &nbsp;ffigure &nbsp;out &nbsp;who &nbsp;this &nbsp;6th &nbsp;wolf &nbsp;Ranger is\>" ALex &nbsp;says &nbsp;trying to &nbsp;calm &nbsp;Roe &nbsp;down. "but &nbsp; we &nbsp;have &nbsp;no &nbsp;idea &nbsp;who the original &nbsp;power &nbsp;is &nbsp;based &nbsp;off of.." Alex &nbsp;continuing &nbsp;his &nbsp;voice unsure.

  

"mystic force had &nbsp;a &nbsp;red wolf &nbsp;warrior &nbsp;that was &nbsp;once &nbsp;Koragg, The Knight Wolf , Maybe &nbsp;that &nbsp;power &nbsp;is &nbsp;based &nbsp;on that." ROen says, thinking &nbsp;back &nbsp;on &nbsp;Ranger &nbsp;history.

  

 "If we had &nbsp;full &nbsp;access to the &nbsp;Morphing Grid &nbsp;in our &nbsp;Dimension, we could &nbsp;talk to the &nbsp;Mystic Force team ." Abby &nbsp;thinks &nbsp;aloud.

  

 "We were &nbsp;lucky &nbsp;to &nbsp;even &nbsp;access &nbsp;the &nbsp;bit &nbsp;of the &nbsp;Morphing Grid &nbsp;and borrow &nbsp;the &nbsp;original &nbsp;Wolf Powers &nbsp;we had, even &nbsp;more &nbsp;lucky &nbsp;with the &nbsp;Wolf FUry &nbsp;powers and &nbsp;not &nbsp;be &nbsp;brainwashed &nbsp;by &nbsp;Lord &nbsp; Avion when &nbsp;we &nbsp;morphed &nbsp;with the Wolf Fury power &nbsp;coins." Alex says, fingering &nbsp;his &nbsp;blue wolf &nbsp;coin, his &nbsp;Blue &nbsp;morpher &nbsp;off his &nbsp;belt &nbsp;and on the &nbsp;table &nbsp;in front of him.

  

 "Yeah &nbsp;I know," it &nbsp;was &nbsp;a &nbsp;risk &nbsp;we had to take. ROen says taking the &nbsp;blame.

  

 "well &nbsp;we &nbsp;can't &nbsp;do &nbsp;anything now, let's &nbsp;get &nbsp;some &nbsp;rest &nbsp;and &nbsp;face this &nbsp;problem &nbsp;tomorrow." Abby says, standing &nbsp;up &nbsp;and &nbsp;stretching "See you &nbsp;tomorrow &nbsp;love birds." she &nbsp;finishes &nbsp;as &nbsp;she &nbsp; raises &nbsp;her &nbsp;wrist &nbsp;and &nbsp;presses a &nbsp;button on &nbsp;her &nbsp;communicator teleporting &nbsp;home.

  

Both &nbsp;Roen and &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;heave long &nbsp;sighs, and start to the &nbsp;elevator with &nbsp;Connor &nbsp;and &nbsp;Ace &nbsp;following,taking &nbsp;it &nbsp;up &nbsp;to the &nbsp;study &nbsp;and &nbsp;making their &nbsp;way &nbsp;to &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;bed. Once &nbsp;there &nbsp;they &nbsp;settle in, as they &nbsp;lay there next to &nbsp;each other &nbsp;kissing &nbsp;good night &nbsp;as they &nbsp;drift off to sleep.&nbsp;

  

\*\*\* dream\*\*\*

Roen and &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;find themselves &nbsp;in &nbsp;a &nbsp;black empty void, shards of &nbsp;light, shapes and &nbsp;color &nbsp;fading &nbsp;in ; The &nbsp; alternate dimension of &nbsp;the &nbsp;Command Center &nbsp;in Angel Grove , &nbsp;California taking &nbsp;shape around them, the &nbsp;Command Center &nbsp;destroied &nbsp;after Ivan Ooze's &nbsp; invasion ,just as the &nbsp;Rangers &nbsp;return to the Command Center, the Rangers witnessing &nbsp;the destruction left by Ivan and rush to Zordon's side. With his time-warp shattered, Zordon is rapidly aging and dying.&nbsp;

  

"Rangers &nbsp;"

thank &nbsp;goodness you are &nbsp;safe. &nbsp;Zordon says &nbsp;weakly, as the &nbsp;Rangers &nbsp;Gathered around him,&nbsp;

"c'mon &nbsp;we &nbsp;gotr to &nbsp;get you &nbsp;back inside." tommy &nbsp;says &nbsp;with &nbsp;Concern and &nbsp;worry &nbsp;in &nbsp;his &nbsp;voice.&nbsp;

 "I'm Afraid that is &nbsp;\*breathing &nbsp;weakly( The &nbsp;power &nbsp;has &nbsp;been destroyed. \*weak Inhale, struggling to breathe\* &nbsp; It &nbsp;is &nbsp;gone. &nbsp;The &nbsp;Zords, the &nbsp;weapons, &nbsp;all of it. &nbsp;the &nbsp;Power Rangers &nbsp;are &nbsp;no more. Ivan Ooze has &nbsp;won. \*weak Inhale, struggling to breathe\*

  

&nbsp;We're &nbsp;loosing &nbsp;him! Billy &nbsp;cries out.

  

"Zordon &nbsp; you &nbsp;can't &nbsp;leave &nbsp;us! Kimberly cries, &nbsp;"Ever &nbsp;since you &nbsp;came &nbsp;into our lives, &nbsp;you've &nbsp;been like a &nbsp;father &nbsp; to &nbsp;us &nbsp;all.&nbsp;

&nbsp; "You &nbsp;must &nbsp;be &nbsp;strong." Zordon &nbsp;says &nbsp;as &nbsp;he &nbsp;weakly &nbsp; &nbsp;struggles &nbsp;to breathe&nbsp;

"Rangers....." Comes &nbsp;Alpha's &nbsp;weak &nbsp;voice, &nbsp;&nbsp;

"Alpha!!" Tommy &nbsp;says &nbsp;in alarm, as &nbsp;he and the &nbsp;others &nbsp;runs &nbsp;over to &nbsp;Alpha, his &nbsp;body &nbsp;damaged and shooting sparks in every direction. "Are you &nbsp;okay?" Tommy &nbsp;asks,&nbsp;

"I'll be &nbsp;fine, there &nbsp;maybe &nbsp;a power &nbsp;that &nbsp;can &nbsp;save &nbsp;Zordon ." &nbsp;Alpha &nbsp;says,

"What power?" Adam &nbsp;asks,

"on the distant planet of &nbsp;Phaedos, , its very &nbsp; Dangerous. &nbsp;All who have &nbsp;tried &nbsp;for it , &nbsp;have perished.." Alpha &nbsp;tells &nbsp;the &nbsp;Rangers.

 "We have to &nbsp;try &nbsp;Alpha." Rocky &nbsp;says,&nbsp;

"Zordon's &nbsp;life force &nbsp;will not &nbsp;last long. You won't &nbsp;have &nbsp;much &nbsp;time. " Alpha &nbsp;continues, &nbsp;"HOw &nbsp;can we &nbsp;get it?" Tommy &nbsp;asks, &nbsp;

"Maybe &nbsp;if &nbsp;I can &nbsp;download &nbsp; the &nbsp;very &nbsp;last Plasmatic morphing &nbsp;gem into &nbsp;the transport &nbsp;core &nbsp;." He &nbsp;says &nbsp; his &nbsp;body &nbsp;still sparking, as he walks &nbsp;over to &nbsp;the Consuls, "I might &nbsp;have &nbsp;just &nbsp;enough &nbsp;power &nbsp;to &nbsp;get you there. But &nbsp;there &nbsp;won't &nbsp;be any left &nbsp;to &nbsp;get you &nbsp;back."

  

"but how do we &nbsp;get back?" Rocky &nbsp;asks, "

"We have to &nbsp;hope the power &nbsp;is there." Kimberly says, "Zordon's &nbsp;life &nbsp;depends on it."&nbsp;

  

Alpha &nbsp;inputs &nbsp;commands &nbsp;on the &nbsp; Consuls, "Are &nbsp;you ready?" &nbsp;he &nbsp;asks,

"Yeah," Tommy &nbsp;says &nbsp;with &nbsp;Determination. "We &nbsp;may &nbsp;not have our powers, but &nbsp;we're &nbsp;still the &nbsp;power rangers."&nbsp;

"Remember Rangers, &nbsp; Zordon doesn't &nbsp;have much time." Alpha &nbsp;says &nbsp;worriedly , as he &nbsp;finishes &nbsp;the &nbsp;last of the &nbsp;commands and with the &nbsp;last &nbsp;of the power the Rangers &nbsp;are &nbsp;teleported &nbsp;away.&nbsp;

 "We know &nbsp;all of &nbsp;this, what &nbsp;does &nbsp;it &nbsp;have to &nbsp;do with us?" Alex &nbsp;asks aloud, ROen standing &nbsp; there &nbsp;listening &nbsp;to the &nbsp;scene &nbsp;play &nbsp;out.

The &nbsp;scene &nbsp;fades &nbsp;out, to &nbsp; the &nbsp;distant planet Phaedos. where&nbsp;

the &nbsp;fight &nbsp;between the Tengu Warriors and the Rangers &nbsp;was brutal and gruesome, as &nbsp; &nbsp;one of the Tengu &nbsp;has &nbsp; Kimberly in a chokehold, another peckes &nbsp;at Tommy with its beak with such force throwing &nbsp;him &nbsp;back &nbsp;into &nbsp;the &nbsp;Ruins of the &nbsp;temple , and another throws &nbsp;Adam into a creek. Later &nbsp;Tenga &nbsp;warriors &nbsp;look &nbsp;over a cliff edge, having &nbsp;thrown &nbsp; one of the &nbsp;Rangers &nbsp; off a &nbsp;cliff into a river far below.

The &nbsp;scene &nbsp;fades &nbsp;out, now &nbsp;after &nbsp;the &nbsp;Rangers &nbsp;have &nbsp;gotten the &nbsp;great power.

Back &nbsp;on Earth, at the &nbsp;Command &nbsp;Center &nbsp;the &nbsp;Rangers &nbsp;teleport in, Alpha &nbsp;telling them &nbsp;there to late. The &nbsp;rangers look &nbsp;worried as &nbsp;Tommmy &nbsp;comes &nbsp;up &nbsp; &nbsp;with an &nbsp;idea.&nbsp;

"Remember what &nbsp;we learned? &nbsp;To &nbsp;those &nbsp; &nbsp;who possess &nbsp;the &nbsp;Great Power &nbsp;all things &nbsp;are &nbsp; possible. &nbsp;C'mon." Tommy &nbsp;says as &nbsp;the &nbsp;Rangers &nbsp;gather around &nbsp;the &nbsp;remains &nbsp;of &nbsp;Zordon's &nbsp;time-warp , and &nbsp;start to &nbsp;focus the &nbsp;power.

  

Golden light leaves &nbsp;their &nbsp;bodies &nbsp;Spreading out, repairing &nbsp;the &nbsp;Command Center, the &nbsp; Consuls fixing &nbsp; themselves as the &nbsp; light &nbsp;passes through them, the &nbsp;golden &nbsp;light &nbsp;repairing &nbsp;the Energy pillers &nbsp;around &nbsp;Zordon's timewarp , &nbsp; Zordon's &nbsp;body is &nbsp;filled with the &nbsp;golden &nbsp;light, his timewarp &nbsp;reforming &nbsp;around his &nbsp;body &nbsp;and &nbsp;the &nbsp;tube filling &nbsp;with &nbsp;Zordon's &nbsp;ghostly &nbsp;face, as &nbsp;he inhales. Finally &nbsp;all is &nbsp;still, lights &nbsp;blinking normally at the &nbsp;Consuls ., as &nbsp;if &nbsp;the &nbsp;attack &nbsp; had never happen.

 "Zordon!" they &nbsp;all cry, &nbsp;"Rangers!" Zordon &nbsp; &nbsp;says with &nbsp;warmth &nbsp;in his &nbsp;voice.

"He's &nbsp;alive, He's &nbsp;alive,He's &nbsp;alive!" Alpha &nbsp;cheers, &nbsp;"We &nbsp;thought &nbsp;that &nbsp;you &nbsp;had..." Kimberly starts and then trails off.

"It is &nbsp;good to &nbsp;see you &nbsp;too." Zordon says in &nbsp;his &nbsp;fatherly tone, warmth &nbsp;in his &nbsp;voice.

The &nbsp;6 Rangers fade away &nbsp;leaving ROen and &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;ghostly &nbsp;forms &nbsp;with &nbsp;only &nbsp; Zordon , Alpha 5 and the Command Center &nbsp;around them, ROen &nbsp;and &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;ghostly &nbsp;forms &nbsp;take corporeal shape.

&nbsp;Zordon &nbsp;turns &nbsp;to &nbsp;look &nbsp; at them, Alpha &nbsp;at &nbsp;his &nbsp;side.

  

 "Welcome &nbsp;Rangers, to the &nbsp;Command Center ." Zordon &nbsp;greets, ROen and &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;look &nbsp;shocked &nbsp;and &nbsp;surprised.&nbsp;

  

 "Zor...d...Zordon...." ALex &nbsp;starts, "How are we...?"

  

 "Your &nbsp;connection to &nbsp;the &nbsp;Morphing Grid &nbsp;is &nbsp;strong ." Zordon says, "In &nbsp;this &nbsp;dimension my Energy tube has &nbsp;not &nbsp;yet &nbsp;been &nbsp;destroyed by &nbsp;Andros, the &nbsp;Red &nbsp;Space &nbsp;Ranger."

  

 "How &nbsp;do &nbsp;you &nbsp;know &nbsp;about &nbsp;the &nbsp;Z wave." ROen &nbsp;asks, confused.

  

 "I'm a &nbsp;inter-dimensional &nbsp;entity, . Remember &nbsp; Roen?" Zordon &nbsp;says.

  

"Oh yeah, " ROen starts, "so &nbsp;your connected to &nbsp;every &nbsp;version &nbsp;of yourself &nbsp;in the multi-verse." Alex &nbsp;filling &nbsp;in,

  

 "correct ALex." Zordon &nbsp;says,&nbsp;

  

 "So &nbsp;what &nbsp;were &nbsp;we &nbsp;supposed to learn?" ROen asks " That &nbsp;with &nbsp;Great power ,comes &nbsp;great responsibility."

  

 "not exactly." Zordon starts, " &nbsp;Remember what &nbsp;my Rangers &nbsp; learned? &nbsp;To &nbsp;those &nbsp; &nbsp;who possess &nbsp;the &nbsp;Great Power &nbsp;all things &nbsp;are &nbsp; possible . Each set &nbsp;of &nbsp;Ranger POwers &nbsp;can &nbsp;do &nbsp;wonderful &nbsp;things, trust in &nbsp;your powers and &nbsp;your &nbsp;bonds &nbsp; of &nbsp;friendship , Power Rangers and &nbsp;May &nbsp;the &nbsp;Power &nbsp;protect you. Zordon &nbsp;finishs, as &nbsp;the &nbsp;Command &nbsp;Center &nbsp;fades &nbsp;and &nbsp;becomes &nbsp; incorporeal and then &nbsp;vanishes around them.

The &nbsp;next &nbsp;morning,

The &nbsp;sunlight &nbsp;shines &nbsp;through &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;window &nbsp;as &nbsp;Roe starts &nbsp;moving aroundtrying to &nbsp;hide &nbsp;from the &nbsp;sunlight &nbsp;hitting him on his &nbsp;face. Connor &nbsp;and &nbsp;Ace &nbsp;still sprawled out &nbsp;on the &nbsp;bed, Ace &nbsp;upside-down &nbsp;all &nbsp;four &nbsp;legs &nbsp;spread out, &nbsp;the Pikachu blanket &nbsp;that was &nbsp;covering &nbsp;him &nbsp;thrown &nbsp;off to the &nbsp;side.

Connor &nbsp;beside &nbsp;him &nbsp;curled up in a &nbsp;tight ball, his &nbsp;tail tight &nbsp;against &nbsp;his &nbsp;body, covered &nbsp;in &nbsp;a small &nbsp;sonic the hedgehog blanket . Its matching &nbsp;plushy &nbsp;sitting &nbsp;on a &nbsp;bookshelf &nbsp;with &nbsp;other &nbsp;Plushies &nbsp;and &nbsp;Manga, and &nbsp;boxes &nbsp;of &nbsp;anime &nbsp;and &nbsp;different seasons &nbsp;of Power Rangers DVDs.

  

 ", trust in &nbsp;your powers and &nbsp;your &nbsp;bonds &nbsp;of &nbsp;friendship &nbsp;Rangers . &nbsp;Zordon's &nbsp;faint &nbsp;ghostly &nbsp;voice &nbsp;Floats through out &nbsp;the &nbsp;small room. &nbsp;THe &nbsp;ghostly &nbsp;voice &nbsp;of &nbsp;Zordon wakes &nbsp;Roen &nbsp;to &nbsp;full consciousness, he &nbsp;groans &nbsp;out &nbsp;rolling &nbsp;over &nbsp;hugging &nbsp;his &nbsp;pillow &nbsp;and then &nbsp;heaves &nbsp;a sigh.

 "I know, but &nbsp;there's &nbsp;still the &nbsp;question ; if &nbsp;it is &nbsp;jules &nbsp;how &nbsp;can we &nbsp;break &nbsp;the spell?" &nbsp;he &nbsp;asks himself &nbsp;in his &nbsp;mind.

  

Next &nbsp;to &nbsp;Roen, Alex &nbsp;wakes &nbsp;with &nbsp;a full &nbsp;body stretch and a &nbsp;groan. With &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;noises Connor &nbsp;and &nbsp;Ace &nbsp;wake, giving &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;a &nbsp;look &nbsp;and then &nbsp;coming &nbsp;over &nbsp;and &nbsp;each &nbsp;sitting on their &nbsp;partner's &nbsp;and then &nbsp;switching &nbsp;and &nbsp;giving &nbsp;morning &nbsp;kisses &nbsp;to the &nbsp;other's &nbsp;partner.

  

 "Argh! Ace! You &nbsp;were &nbsp;just &nbsp;sucking &nbsp;Connor &nbsp;off with that &nbsp;mouth &nbsp;a few days &nbsp;ago and &nbsp;I know &nbsp;you &nbsp;don't &nbsp;brush &nbsp;your &nbsp;teeth &nbsp;when &nbsp;you &nbsp;change &nbsp;to &nbsp;anthro form." Roen complaints &nbsp;as &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;just &nbsp;takes &nbsp;the &nbsp;kisses &nbsp;from &nbsp;Connor. Ace shooting &nbsp;Roen &nbsp;a &nbsp;dirty &nbsp;look as he lays &nbsp;down.

 "Connor &nbsp;must &nbsp;at least &nbsp;chew &nbsp;on &nbsp;his &nbsp;dental treats &nbsp;then, his &nbsp;breath isn't &nbsp;as &nbsp;bad &nbsp;as &nbsp;Ace's.," ALex &nbsp;says &nbsp;back to &nbsp;ROe, Connor &nbsp;backing off as &nbsp;Ace &nbsp;comes &nbsp;to &nbsp;lay &nbsp;his &nbsp;head &nbsp;on &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;lap.&nbsp;

"Yeah &nbsp;Ace &nbsp;I know &nbsp;you &nbsp;two screw &nbsp;like &nbsp;bunnies."

  

 "Hey &nbsp;Alex did &nbsp;you &nbsp;hear &nbsp;Zordon's &nbsp;voice in &nbsp;your &nbsp;dreams &nbsp;too? Roen &nbsp;asks.

"Yeah we should &nbsp;trust &nbsp;in &nbsp;our &nbsp;bonds &nbsp;of &nbsp;friendship, and &nbsp;I think &nbsp;its &nbsp;Jules &nbsp;who's &nbsp;are &nbsp;crimson Wolf." Alex &nbsp;says, as he &nbsp;settles &nbsp;on the &nbsp;identity of the &nbsp;crimson Wolf Ranger.

  

 "I've &nbsp;been &nbsp;thinking &nbsp;the &nbsp;same &nbsp;thing &nbsp;since &nbsp;I heard &nbsp;Zordon's &nbsp;voice. Roen &nbsp;replies

  

With &nbsp;some discoveries &nbsp;made &nbsp;on &nbsp;Julian &nbsp;as &nbsp;their &nbsp;crimson Wolf Ranger a &nbsp;knock &nbsp;comes &nbsp;at &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;door.

 "Come &nbsp;in." Alex &nbsp;says, &nbsp;the &nbsp;door &nbsp;opening &nbsp;as &nbsp;Alex's &nbsp;mom &nbsp;comes &nbsp;in. the boys &nbsp;still &nbsp;under the sheets. "Ah &nbsp;good &nbsp;your &nbsp;awake &nbsp;honey, you &nbsp;and &nbsp;ROe get &nbsp;dressed, Grams &nbsp; is &nbsp;coming &nbsp;over." she &nbsp;says, "Sure &nbsp;mom." Alex &nbsp;replies, , as &nbsp;his &nbsp;mom &nbsp;turns &nbsp;around &nbsp;and &nbsp;leaves.&nbsp;

  

It &nbsp;was &nbsp;some time later that &nbsp;morning when &nbsp; &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;and &nbsp;ROe, with &nbsp;Connor &nbsp;and &nbsp;Ace &nbsp; where &nbsp;sitting &nbsp;in the &nbsp;living room the &nbsp;tv on with &nbsp;a &nbsp;Rerun episode of Star Trek &nbsp;TNG on as the &nbsp;doorbell &nbsp;rings. &nbsp;Mrs. Cane &nbsp;answering &nbsp;the &nbsp;door &nbsp;and &nbsp;greeting &nbsp;the &nbsp;person at the door,&nbsp;

  

 "Oh &nbsp;Mrs. Cane , its &nbsp;lovely &nbsp;to &nbsp;see you." comes &nbsp;a &nbsp;elderly woman's &nbsp;voice, wrapping &nbsp;Mrs. Cane &nbsp;in a &nbsp;hug, "Now where's &nbsp;my &nbsp;grandson at?" she &nbsp;continues, entering &nbsp;the &nbsp; mansion.

 "Ah &nbsp; Alexander, there you &nbsp;are." his &nbsp; gradmother &nbsp;says, as she &nbsp;leans &nbsp;in &nbsp;kissing &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;on &nbsp;a &nbsp;cheek. &nbsp;"And &nbsp;hello there &nbsp;young &nbsp;man, I'm Penelope Sage , or &nbsp;if you &nbsp;wish Penny, grandmother and Matriarch of this &nbsp; family. Nice &nbsp;to &nbsp;meet &nbsp;you." she &nbsp;continues &nbsp;holding &nbsp;out &nbsp;a &nbsp;hand &nbsp;for &nbsp;Roen to &nbsp;shake.

  

 "Reach out &nbsp;Roe, she &nbsp; wants &nbsp;to &nbsp;shake your hand." ALex &nbsp;says &nbsp;in a &nbsp;low &nbsp;voice, as &nbsp;Roe does &nbsp;so. "Oh, yeah &nbsp;nice to &nbsp;meet &nbsp;you &nbsp;Ma'am." &nbsp;ROen &nbsp;shaking &nbsp;her &nbsp;hand.

  

"So &nbsp;you &nbsp;must &nbsp;be &nbsp;the &nbsp;Oliver &nbsp;boy &nbsp;my &nbsp;grandson &nbsp;is &nbsp;head &nbsp;over heels &nbsp;for, my son &nbsp;tells &nbsp;me &nbsp;so mmuch &nbsp;about," granms &nbsp;says, looking &nbsp;ROen over.

 "So &nbsp;Grams"., how's &nbsp;things?" Alex &nbsp;asks.

&nbsp;trying to &nbsp;change &nbsp;the &nbsp;topic with &nbsp;no &nbsp; Success, a &nbsp;blush &nbsp;starting &nbsp;to Creep up his &nbsp;cheeks.

  

 "Now &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;dear, don't &nbsp;be &nbsp;rude. I want to &nbsp;know &nbsp;more &nbsp;about &nbsp;this &nbsp;boy." Granms &nbsp;admonishes, "I take &nbsp;it &nbsp;your &nbsp;blind."

  

 "Yes Ma'am, I &nbsp;am, been &nbsp;total for &nbsp;a &nbsp;number &nbsp;of years &nbsp;now." ROe replies back.

  

 "It &nbsp;runs &nbsp;in &nbsp;our family ,Alex's &nbsp;grandfather &nbsp;lost &nbsp;his &nbsp;vision &nbsp;in &nbsp;his 20s. Its &nbsp;some &nbsp;DNA thing." Granms &nbsp;says.

  

Grams is &nbsp;now &nbsp;sitting &nbsp;on the &nbsp;wing back &nbsp;chair &nbsp;spun around &nbsp;to &nbsp;face Alex &nbsp;and &nbsp;Roen .

  

 " ""Oliver, I think &nbsp;a cousin many &nbsp;years &nbsp;ago &nbsp;married &nbsp;a &nbsp;oliver." Grams &nbsp;says &nbsp;thinking &nbsp;aloud &nbsp;to herself, "Their &nbsp;was a &nbsp;cousin way &nbsp;back &nbsp;who &nbsp;married &nbsp;a Oliver, though he &nbsp;was &nbsp;more &nbsp; flamboyant &nbsp; Then &nbsp;you &nbsp;dear. &nbsp;he &nbsp;was &nbsp;my &nbsp;cousin or cousin &nbsp;once removed &nbsp;or &nbsp;something, he was &nbsp;very &nbsp;dear to &nbsp;me eitherway."

  

 "Great &nbsp;so &nbsp;gayness &nbsp;and &nbsp;blindness &nbsp;runs &nbsp;in the &nbsp;family." Alex &nbsp;says &nbsp;under his &nbsp;breath.&nbsp;

As &nbsp;his &nbsp;Grams continues &nbsp;grilling &nbsp;ROen on &nbsp;his &nbsp;relationship &nbsp;to &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;and &nbsp;how &nbsp;far &nbsp;they've &nbsp;gone.&nbsp;

  

It was &nbsp;after &nbsp;that &nbsp;night &nbsp;when &nbsp;Grams &nbsp;was &nbsp;getting &nbsp;ready &nbsp;to &nbsp;leave &nbsp;gthat &nbsp;she &nbsp;gave &nbsp;Alex &nbsp;and &nbsp;Roen &nbsp; Advice that &nbsp;would &nbsp;ehlp &nbsp;with &nbsp;the &nbsp;crimson wolf &nbsp; situation.

  

 "Now &nbsp;remember &nbsp;dear, love &nbsp; and Communication are &nbsp;the &nbsp;cornerstones &nbsp;to &nbsp;any &nbsp;relationship." she &nbsp;says &nbsp;mysteriously with &nbsp;a &nbsp;smile, as &nbsp; she &nbsp;stands &nbsp;at the &nbsp;front &nbsp;door getting &nbsp;ready &nbsp;to &nbsp;leave &nbsp; &nbsp; .

  

 "Uhhh, sure &nbsp;, but &nbsp;yeah &nbsp;see you &nbsp;next time, love &nbsp;you." Alex &nbsp;says, hugging &nbsp;Grams just &nbsp;as &nbsp;she &nbsp;leaves the &nbsp; Sage Mansion.
