So Magma had made up with his folks and his father was the one who made up with Magma after having that blow out argument before the events of season 1. His father said that really he was in the wrong for starting that fight and that he was considering making Kai the older brother the next king and that he can do whatever he wants. Magma also fought his father in a beast fight which ended in a draw to no surprise.
