Sasha awakened from her slumber.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha sighed… “This is the final day, James. You drink that potion tonight to stop your nightmares”, Sasha said. James stopped squirming.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I Eh Owning”, James said with his voice muffled.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“That doesn’t seem normal. I can usually hear him as clear as day sense his head still lies on the back of my mouth”, Sasha thought. Sasha regurgitated James and gently released him on the ground. Sasha’s saliva and mucus production was very high. She then heard violent coughing. Sasha eased James on the ground as he continued to cough.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nJames was covered in a thick layer of mucus, far from normal mucus production. James gasped for air as he coughed.\n\n“Oh no… Let me help with that”, Sasha said as she moved her snout to her human lover.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha began licking James, in an attempt to clean him. Sasha began with James’s mouth and nose, trying to clear his airways from the mucus that is obstructing his ability to breathe.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames began to breathe normally as Sasha cleared his face.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I must have slept with my mouth open. This dries out the saliva, leaving only the mucus behind. It really caked up on you and really stuck to you. I’m sorry”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I feel like I’m trapped in a giant lugi”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha laid James down on her fore legs with the intent of giving him a thorough cleaning.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nJames lied there as Sasha cleaned him.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“This is the first time I viewed sleeping in your throat as disgusting”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha chuckled as she continued to lick James.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Once you’re clean and I drink some water to clear my throat. I’d imagine we’d have plenty of time for us to mate before the little ones wake up. Consider that as my apology”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“In that case, apology accepted. Go scalie, want it daily”, James said.\n\n“I’m the one who told you that. I’m also glad you agree”, Sasha replied as she kept her focus on cleaning James.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Even now, I still can’t seem to get over the fact your tongue crazes my skin in a way nothing else can. So soft, warm, soft flesh just…. Hhhmmmm… Sliding across my skin”, James said as he closed his eyes.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You said soft twice”, Sasha said.\n\n“Mmmmhmmm”, James mumbled as he laid in a state of bliss as Sasha’s tongue continued to slide across his skin.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You’re clean, just wait here. I need water”, Sasha said as she flew out of the cave.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nJames began to put on his underwear and pants as well as his coat to ward off the cold early morning air. James then had a sense of being watched.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Not again”, James mumbled as he thought his shell shock was playing with his mind.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames looked at the cave entrance and saw a short silhouette. The beard seemed to reveal it was a dwarf.\n\n“The sun isn’t even up yet. Why are you standing in front of my cave? You need to leave”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nThe dwarf sized individual sprints towards James and pulls out a dagger. James kicked the dwarf and leaped on top of the dwarf, in an attempt to disarm the assailant. Grunts and sounds of fist hitting a body rang through the cave.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe dwarf eventually overpowered James an was on top of him. With dagger in hand, he lifted it, at the ready for a thrust. James had his hand on the dwarf’s hands that griped the blade. But the blade lowered inch by inch. James’s grunts turned into screams as he tried to prevent the blade from finding its mark. James rolled with the dwarf as he struggled for survival. The heavily muscled assassin was again on top of James. And Once again James was on his back, using all the strength he could muster to resist a lethal wound.\n\nJames was able to shove the blade to the side as it came down. The blade struck the ground next to his neck. Seizing the opportunity, James bit the dwarf’s ear and tore it off. Surprised at the barbaric move, the dwarf clutched the right side of his head. James head butted the dwarf.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Sasha!”, James screamed.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nA few moments later, Sasha landed in the cave entrance hearing the screams. Sasha ran into the cave as her eyes turned black as she saw James’s assailant on top of him with a dagger inches away from James’s body. With a growl, she gave the dwarf a direct hit with her mace-like tail, sending the dwarf several yards through the air before he landed on the ground.\u0026nbsp;\n\nFilled with rage, Sasha set herself a flame. With black eyes and her body on fire, she walked slowly towards the dwarf. The dwarf coughed as Sasha slowly walked towards him.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You know, I could end you… Not just kill you… Simply killing you is too good of a fate for a waste of space like yourself”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha lifted a paw, with purple and black flames on that paw. She thrusted her paw in the dwarf, ripping his soul from his body.\n\n“You don’t get an afterlife in the land of the dead”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Sasha! Wait”… James yelled.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha growled, showing she was annoyed for being interrupted. She released the dwarf’s soul and allowed it to return to the body it possesses.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nThe terrified dwarf began screaming and asking for mercy.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You try to move, escape, or cry for help? That’s when Sasha has my full approval for putting and end to you!” James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha stared at the dwarf with her blackened eyes, giving him a toothy grin.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You really fucked with the wrong human, dwarf. A human who lives in the cave of the clan’s most powerful sorceress. Now, I want the truth… The whole truth and nothing but the truth. Why did you come here? And why did you try killing me”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Dad?” Gale, James’s son asked.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Gale, get back to your part of the cave. I’ll explain later”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nGale did as he was told, understanding it was important for him to listen.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nSasha slowly applied pressure on the dwarf’s chest. Her claws began to pierce his skin.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I cannot say, nor will I say”, The dwarf said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha let out a vicious growl and pressed harder on the dwarf.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I sense there will be others after you who will attempt to do the same thing. Perfect timing actually… Alenia called for my disarmament, so I can’t shoot you sense I’m unarmed. Sasha is a dragon, however… She’s always armed, and armed to the teeth… Literally.\u0026nbsp;\n\nWho are you working for? If you answer I’ll take you to the jailhouse… Charges will be pressed and you’ll get your trial. Don’t answer? Sasha will end you entirely. No land of the dead, no joining your ancestors, you’ll completely cease to exist”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You wouldn’t! On clan territory, it’s illegal to not allow a trial”, the dwarf said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“I’ll swallow you whole after I destroy your soul. You’re just small enough for no one to notice I ate. There will be no trace of my crime. And if I was caught? Who’d arrest me? I comply voluntarily. I could dominate the entire clan if I had to. My powers make me capable of it. But I’m not concerned with that. They’d never know anyways. My stomach and my metabolism is capable of leaving not a single trace of you. No bones, no blood, no nothing. You don’t think I’ll do it? After your attempt to harm my defenseless mate? Or my defenseless offspring?” Sasha asked quietly, trying to not allow her offspring to hear it.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“She’s serious, you know”, James added.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“P… Please… Don’t harm me. I’ll say what I know”, the dwarf said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“How many are like you? How many will come after they determine you failed in killing me?” James asked.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Many would come… One by one… They wouldn’t stop”, The dwarf said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames nodded his head, accepting the answer.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha looked at James, seemingly surprised how the answer unphased him.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Who sent you? Just as they’ll send the others”, James asked.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“An Banc”, The dwarf answered.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames punched the dwarf on the side of his head.\u0026nbsp;\n\nShut up with that Pig Latin and speak in the common tongue, midget!” James shouted.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“The bank”, The dwarf answered.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames’s eyes widened… “The bank… Does Calon know about this?” James asked.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“No, he does not”, The Dwarf said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Sasha… End this greedy little fuck”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Wait… You said”\n\n  \n\n“I lied midget… I’m a human… Not a sidhe”, James said as he interrupted the dwarf.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Sasha, please do your worst”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“But James… That’s against your nature”, Sasha said looking at James, seemingly concerned.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe tried to kill me, but if he succeeded, would he have stopped there? Our offspring… The bank is a monolithic conspiracy… It’s ruthless towards those in its way. It’s the system. This dwarf sold his soul, now he can pay the price”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I see your point”, Sasha said.\n\n“I want you to finish off this one… For good”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Vengeance… It darkens your heart, human”,Sasha said.\n\n  \n\n“Not vengeance! This is something you cannot show mercy towards. You gotta hit it head on without mercy”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Look, obviously whatever this so-called system is, it infiltrates. It silently kills its opponents, and is coercive. Best way to combat this is exposure”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Ok, go on.” James said.\n\n“We take the dwarf to Alenia, we tell Alenia what has happened. After that, we will go to the town crier. They’ll print a news article, we have a leader meeting to discuss our actions against this.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Is there any way to keep him completely silent? Until we reach Alenia’s cave?” James asked.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“James, you’re my light. I am darkness itself. You wanting me to take his afterlife away troubles me deeply. All he could do is remain silent.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Ciunas” Sasha said as she casted a spell of silence on the Dwarf.\n\n“Speak dwarf”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe dwarf tried to talk. His eyes widened. To his horror, he couldn’t speak.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames climbed on Sasha’s back.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Let’s go, midget”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nAt Alenia’s cave, James leaped off of Sasha.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Alenia! Are you awake?” James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I was sleeping…\u0026nbsp; But, no worries James. Come on in”, Alenia said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Come out please. I’d rather not bring in a would-be assassin into your cave”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nYawning could be heard from the cave entrance.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I’m coming”, Alenia said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Hi Alenia, we have a trespasser and someone who attempted to kill James. He’s not a clan member, so… He’d fall in the category of an enemy. He’s an assassin. Hired by the same bank James and I voted against. Said there’s more like them. He comes from your Father’s kingdom”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nAlenia sighed… This brings lots of issues on the table. Someone who should be an ally, is technically attacking us. While attempted murder may not be on the books, attempted assassination on a clan leader is. And this comes from a foreign organization. Which means, the dwarves are now enemies, Sasha”, Alenia said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Dwarves are known to risk so much over power wealth. However, Calon is an honorable person. Besides him being hot headed, I highly doubt he’d ever condone such a thing”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“The dwarf said Calon knows nothing about this. Those corrupted dwarves are operating alone”, James added.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“My father knows nothing, and there’s a conspiracy from the dwarves to assassinate you two. And my job just got harder”, Alenia said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Giving me the guns back is a good start”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Oh no… Not you, my\u0026nbsp; little trigger happy mad man”, Alenia said.\n\n“I’m not insane!”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I did a divination.\u0026nbsp; My Goddess gave James a potion. It’s supposed to cure his shell shock”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Sasha, gods are no different than us. They are just beings of stronger magic. But they can be killed. Ones like Mannan Mac Lir, they’re just assholes”, Alenia said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“This goddess, she was dark, and her presence radiated an energy that struck fear into my heart. But… She was… fair… After all, can you know the light if you don’t know the dark?” James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I am the high priestess of the Morrigan. She’s the goddess of war. She’s disemboweled enemies and wore their intestines as a symbol of victor. She’s not one to anger. However, yes… You’ll find her to be fair. She has a real interest in you”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nJames lifted an eyebrow, suspicious of Sasha. You didn’t tell me this before. You never talked to me about your faith” James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Correction… I said the gods aren’t as important as you think. This is true because gods do not proselytize. They don’t actively seek converts. But on occasion, they’ll call to you to follow their way and will want an answer from you. Although, your free will is held with respect. Just as the Morrigan will respect you. But terms will be different involving you and that potion. She wants you to follow her and she’ll no doubt call for you. They’re all sidhe. The Morrigan however are different. She is the dark side of the feminine divine. She is Fae superior to any sidhe god. To add to that, I did pray to my goddess when we mated. Do you recall that? Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n\u0026nbsp;I do… But thought nothing of it. I side with Alenia… The Morrigan aren’t to be trusted… No matter how much aid you’ve received from her. She always has an agenda. It just leaves room for our predicaments to pile up”,\u0026nbsp; James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You took the dark Maiden’s hand. Soon, she’ll ask for your conversion”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“No gods, no masters, no religion”, James said defiantly.\n\n“If you choose that way, you’re free to do so. However, the easiest, safest way is to convert”, Sasha said.\n\n  \n\n“I already fought her for it”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“She tested you… If she was actually fighting you, you wouldn’t last a second. Many of my darkest powers are mine with her blessing. You can’t even beat me in a play fight. And when I play fight you, you have no idea how gentle I am with you”, Sasha said.\n\nOffend\n\n“What if I give back the potion”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe Morrigan handed it to you. You took it… Giving it back would only dishonor her.\u0026nbsp; her? You’ll be no better off than this dwarf. On top of it, I need you to be sound minded… That potion is the only way to ensure it. She’s always treated me more than fairly. She’ll ask for your conversion. If you do, you’ll be the high priest. You’ll always have her favor”, Sasha said.\n\n“I’m not going to be a bitch’s bitch”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nAlenia chuckled… “A bitch’s bitch. Come on… Off to the jailhouse for you, little dwarf”, Alenia said. Alenia picked the dwarf up by his shirt. She tossed him in the air and swallowed him, placing him in her storage pouch. Alenia took flight for the Jail.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Very funny”, Sasha said with an annoyed tone.\u0026nbsp;\n\nA raven landed on James’s shoulder. The raven cried multiple times.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“It’s Babd… One of Morrigan’s forms. She says, fear not, human. I love Sasha, Sasha loves you… Therefore, I love you. I may be the goddess of war and death. I may be the overseer of the beansidhe.\n\nYes, I have overthrown kings of men in brutal ways.\n\nI’ve caused cruel and unusual death to kings in ways most humans can’t imagine doing themselves.\u0026nbsp; However, I am also the goddess of fate. And On Shamhain, there are love ceremonies. I may be dark, but I am not heartless and unfeeling. Rejoice… Fate favors you”, Sasha said as she translated the sign from the Morrigan.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nSasha gave James a scowling look.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Do you see? You said you won’t be a bitch’s bitch. Yet she was gracious enough to see your insecurity makes you say that, and she chose to not take your slight personally… James… I know you have little faith… Ever since you stopped your faith in the old ways, you’ve slipped into the logic of the surface world. I only ask you to return to what you are”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I worshiped many deities back in my childhood, yes. But I avoided the Morrigan at all cost”, James replied.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nThe raven cried many cries again.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Follow my way, that way I too can lift you high. Just as I did with Sasha… Cherish me, so that I can cherish you. I am calling you. I don’t have many followers left”, Sasha said, translating Babd’s cries.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Sasha, what should I do?” James asked.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Listen to your intuition. Be sure you’re listening to it”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames paused for several minutes. Thoughts rushed his brain.\u0026nbsp;\n\nBabd grew impatient and nipped James on the ear.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Ouch!” James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha chuckled… “She’s notoriously impatient, James”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I actually am feeling good with her on my shoulder… Alright… I’ll follow you”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe raven cried again, with a hint of joy in its voice.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Excellent… Remember, follow me with perfect trust. As my priest, I’ll never let you fall. Meet me after you drink the potion. Your trauma, your weakness will be erased. I’ll lift you higher than you could imagine”, Sasha said, translating the ravenspeak.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe raven leaped off of James’s shoulder and flew away.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nSasha began licking James’s cheek in excitement.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Not just my goddess, but your goddess as well, will be pleased as your fighting potential will be an excellent boon to her glory”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I could use some whisky”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You dork… It’s dawn. The tavern isn’t open”, Sasha said as she let out a yawn….\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nLater that morning, Sasha was finishing the last bits and pieces of deer she caught for herself and her offspring. James was throwing Solas Na Gaeli in the air. “Wee!” She screamed as she flapped her wings to slow her decent. James caught her and repeated the act. She’d scream “wee” every time James threw her vertically in the air. “Dang, she’s getting heavy”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“They grow quick. It won’t be long and they’ll be heavier than you are”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You really are strong. You’re tossing her up in the air when she must be at least half your weight right now James”, Sasha said with an impressed look.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Yah, not bad for a beer bellied dad body, right?” James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“I want to test it myself”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I’d loose for sure. I’m only one eighth of your strength. You may not have big bulky muscle, you have that lean, slender build. A perfect combination of strength and speed. I’m smart enough not to test that”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Even with my ring on”? Sasha said with a flirty tone.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Oh that kind of test… I’m always game for that”, James said as he continued tossing Solas Na Gaeli.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Me next”, Gale said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames set down Solas Na Gaeli and lifted Gale up. He grunted as his son was much heavier than his daughter. Gale, having a feral body, made him far more heavy.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Gods you’ve gotten big”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“If you can do that with him, I’d be even more impressed. He’s at least two thirds of your body weight”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames grunted, and tossed Gale in the air. He flapped his wings and laughed.\u0026nbsp;\n\nJames grunted as he caught him and tossed him again.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Very impressive”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe fourth time James caught him, James’s strength failed him. Gale fell on top of James. Gale fell in a way where his claws would t catch James’s skin and cause harm to his dad.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha chuckled… “They both will get way too big for you to do that. Enjoy it while you can”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Dad needs a break, Gale”, James said as he breathed heavily.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“So, how are you my dad? How am I part human? Gale said as he looked at James’s body and then looked at his own, not able to put two and two together, the only thing he and James shared was the eyes.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Solas Na Gaeli is your sister by blood. When you two where still eggs in the nest, you developed into who… And what you are. Both my blood, and Sasha’s blood flows through your veins. The same goes for your sister. Look at your sister. She walks on two legs… Just as your father does”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nGale looked at his sister walking on two legs, Just like James.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You’re right… Thanks Dad”, Gale said as he licked James.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Gale, has someone told you any different?” Sasha asked.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Some at the nursery. They make fun of me knowing dad is a human. They call me a half breed… As if I’m lesser than them”, Gale said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Your father fought a dragon with his bare hands and won in a duel. A dragon has claws, a tail, horns, and teeth, just as you do. But this one was older, a veteran in leadership duels at that. This dragon was a skilled fighter, Gale. This dragon fought several dragons and won. James had only his bare hands, wit, skill, and his ability to fight through intense pain. That is how he won. Your father is a brave warrior as well. He has gone through more than could be expected of anyone. Sharing his blood is nothing to be ashamed of, Gale. If one wants to lead, they must bleed for it. James bled a lot of blood for his position. This is the way of our clan. He is no one to be ashamed of. Matter of fact, you share both James’s blood as well as mine and that is a potent mix. Be proud of your bloodline. I encourage you to stand to those who scoff at it”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nGale thought of his mother’s words. The shame he felt from the mockery of his peers waned as he thought about his father. “You’re right mom”, Gale said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\n“Smack them across the face with your tail, bud. Teach them a lesson before they start hurting you physically attack them, beat them… Verbal abuse is always a warning sign of physical abuse that's to come. Hit them first. Teach them a lesson. It’ll deter them from being a bully”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I don’t condone violence as a first choice of action” Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Remember when I was a boy? I know a thing or two. And I made the error of not hitting first. I don’t want our offspring to have the same issues I had”, James said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSasha was in deep thought of James’s words.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Maybe you’re right”, Sasha said.\u0026nbsp;\n\nGale, it’s important to stop the attack on them when they apologize, or submit after you teach them a lesson. And fight them without fear. Don’t beat them mercilessly. But do teach them the fact you demand respect. If they yield, or apologize, those piers will view you as mean. You don’t want that either.
