I was inspired to write it after viewing various artwork of him.\nTemiree is © by Temiree, All rights reserved.\nRedwall is © by Brian Jacques, All rights reserved.","content":"The Ballad of Temiree\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nBy\u0026nbsp;\n\nFoxpiper\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nOf all the legends ever told,  \n None were about a beast so bold;  \n So come gather around and feel free,  \n To listen to the tale of Temiree.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Creature steeped in mystery;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree was his birth name,  \n No other otter was the same;  \n With soft brown fur and eyes of blue,  \n Wandering through the foggy dew.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Swam the waters gracefully;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Mossflower Woods was his domain,  \n Living in a cottage small and plain;  \n Through its waters he did roam,  \n Resting by their shores of loam.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Trod the forest cautiously;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Then one day the vermin came,  \n All appeared evil and the same;  \n The otter's spirits began to fall,  \n For they were headed towards Redwall.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Fled to Redwall silently;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree hastened through the wood,  \n Rapidly running as fast as he could;  \n Finally, he reached the gate,  \n Hoping he was not too late.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Entered Redwall urgently;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\n\n\u0026nbsp;The otter spoke with the aging abbot,  \n Dressed simply in an old brown habit;  \n With a strong voice and eyes of fright,  \n Temiree urged Redwall to fight.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Addressed the beasts determinedly;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\n\n\u0026nbsp;The vermin horde was at the gate,  \n Shouting aloud their taunts and hate;  \n But the Redwallers knew what to do,  \n While the otter was ready to slay them through.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Threw his dagger skillfully;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\n\n\u0026nbsp;The horde was taken by surprise,  \n As seen by the shock within their eyes;  \n Redwallers let their arrows fly,  \n While one lone dagger crossed the sky.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Fought the vermin fearlessly;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\u0026nbsp;\n\nWhen the battle was over and done,  \n It was clear the Redwallers won;  \n The creatures shouted joyfully,  \n Especially the otter named Temiree.\n\n\u0026nbsp;Temiree, Temiree,  \n Left the fight victoriously;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of the old abbey.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe abbot stepped forward on his accord,  \n Presenting the otter with Martin's sword;  \n Temiree raised the great sword high;  \n Roaring his own battle cry.\u0026nbsp;\n\nTemiree, Temiree,  \n Swung the sword triumphantly;  \n Temiree, Temiree,  \n Warrior of Redwall Abbey.\n\n  \n  \n\n"}
