The order of scenes can be rearranged and the circumstances that led your character to this fate can also be changed to fit your preferences.   \n  \n**Intro: Discovering Fate**  \n\n- \n  - A wakes to discover themself strapped to a table/bed\n    - Room detail\n\n    - Medical equipment and various torture devices\n    - Plethora of sex toys, lube, etc.\n    - Industrial equipment like reels of wire\n- Dom is introduced\n  - No real monologue except to say that the procedures may be uncomfortable and/or painful\n- Begging to stop can be added to various following scenes\n  \n**Scene One: Stretching**  \n\n- Dom uses various items to stretch out vagina and urethra\n  - Retractors, speculums, dilators, dildos, inflatable plugs\n  - Stretching takes what feels like days as A's body is pushed beyond its natural limits\n- By the end of the stretching, Dom's hand can easily slide into A's vagina and two of their fingers into A's urethra\n- Stretching proceeds to A's cervix/uterus/bladder\n  - More painful than previous stretching and requires considerably more force\n  - Bladder and uterus expanded with inflatable plugs\n- By the end of this stretching, A's bladder and uterine muscles have weakened and are slack enough to be easily stretched\n  \n**Scene Two: Making It Permanent**    \n\n- Dom inserts an odd cylindrical device into A's urethra; the far end penetrates just deeply enough to open the internal bladder sphincter\n- Cranking a handle attached to the end of the device, it begins to slowly stretch open, maintaining its cylindrical shape\n  - Small backward-facing barbed spines emerge from the object and embed in the urethra and bladder's opening\n  - Dom unlocks the handle from the device, which stays lodged in A, spreading them open to about the size of the average penis\n- Dom licks the inside of A's urethra and bladder\n  - No matter how they push and try, A cannot dislodge the device\n  - To prevent urine leak, another inflatable plug is inserted in A's bladder, keeping it stretched far more than it ever would be naturally\n- Dom moves to A's cervix\n  - Dom inserts dilator into cervix, which stays in by the dilator's end inflating in the uterus as a small, spiked plug\n- Dom inserts a large vacuum tube into A's vagina\n  - The tube stretches A's vagina as wide as it will go\n- Dom turns on a mechanical vacuum that slowly begins to suck A's insides\n  - Over a stretch of time A can't measure, the vacuum tube begins to gradually turn them inside-out\n  - A's vagina prolapses into the tube, their stretched cervix at its end\n- Dom removes the vacuum tube\n  - The hose attachment to the dilator keeps A's vagina prolapsed\n- Dom strokes and licks A's prolapse before moving on\n  - A can't tell if it feels good or not\n- Dom unwinds a spool of wire\n  - The wire is covered with backward facing barbs\n- Dom uses a variety of tools to wrap the wire around A's prolapse\n  - The wire is incredibly firm and A's prolapse is unable to shrink because of it\n  - Additional straight lengths of wire attach to the rings to keep the prolapse elongated\n- To further prevent prolapse from shrinking or retreating back into the vagina, Dom pierces the base of the prolapse to the base of A's labia\n- Dom finally removes the plug from A's cervix; when pushing forward the spikes collapse and it can be easily removed\n  - The plug is replaced with an object similar to the one in the urethra\n    - This object only consists of a barbed ring which is expanded until A's cervix is as dilated as it can be\n    - The crank handle is removed and the dilation ring is permanently affixed to the cervical os\n  \n**Optional Scene Three: Modifying the Breasts**  \n\n- Dom closely inspects A's nipples, then inserts a small gauge IV catheter \n  - IV pumps in an odd fluid that heats A's insides\n  - Fluid fills A's chest until their breasts increase in size OR until they appear to have small breasts\n- Dom removes the catheter\n  - A's breasts seem to grow hotter and hotter inside\n- A's nipples leak fluid slowly at first\n  - Dom applies pressure, massaging the fluid out\n  - One the fluid is expressed, the once small holes in A's nipples are much larger\n  - The deflated flesh is visibly baggy like stretched-out clothing\n- Dom inserts a slim, lubed dilator into A's nipples\n  - The dilators are removed and replaced with gradually increasing sizes of dilators\n- The dilator is eventually replaced with an inflatable plug\n  - The plug inflates A's chest until the skin is no longer baggy\n  - The plug inflates slowly, stretching A's breasts until [size determined by commissioner]\n- Dom removes the hose attachment from the plugs, which remain lodged in A's breasts to maintain the stretching feeling\n- After some time, hose is reattached and the plugs are deflated and removed\n- Dom is not finished and inserts another plug that is coated in odd fluid like liquid latex\n  - The plug is inflated until A's breasts regain their previous size\n  - It feels like the plug is fusing to A's insides\n- Dom deflates and removed the plug, but A's breasts remain the same size and their nipples stay gaped large enough to fit two fingers\n  \n**Ending Scene**  \nCompletely determined by commissioner, but some possibilities include:  \n\n- A is set free back to wherever they came from, leaving them to struggle alone with their heavily modified body\n- A has been prepared as a toy and is promptly shipped off to be with their new owner\n- A is put on display as a sort of circus freak attraction\n- A is used as an anything goes public sex toy\n  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp;
