The order of scenes can be rearranged and the circumstances that led your character to this fate can also be changed to fit your preferences. **Intro: Discovering Fate** - - A wakes to discover themself strapped to a table/bed - Room detail - Medical equipment and various torture devices - Plethora of sex toys, lube, etc. - Industrial equipment like reels of wire - Dom is introduced - No real monologue except to say that the procedures may be uncomfortable and/or painful - Begging to stop can be added to various following scenes **Scene One: Stretching** - Dom uses various items to stretch out vagina and urethra - Retractors, speculums, dilators, dildos, inflatable plugs - Stretching takes what feels like days as A's body is pushed beyond its natural limits - By the end of the stretching, Dom's hand can easily slide into A's vagina and two of their fingers into A's urethra - Stretching proceeds to A's cervix/uterus/bladder - More painful than previous stretching and requires considerably more force - Bladder and uterus expanded with inflatable plugs - By the end of this stretching, A's bladder and uterine muscles have weakened and are slack enough to be easily stretched **Scene Two: Making It Permanent** - Dom inserts an odd cylindrical device into A's urethra; the far end penetrates just deeply enough to open the internal bladder sphincter - Cranking a handle attached to the end of the device, it begins to slowly stretch open, maintaining its cylindrical shape - Small backward-facing barbed spines emerge from the object and embed in the urethra and bladder's opening - Dom unlocks the handle from the device, which stays lodged in A, spreading them open to about the size of the average penis - Dom licks the inside of A's urethra and bladder - No matter how they push and try, A cannot dislodge the device - To prevent urine leak, another inflatable plug is inserted in A's bladder, keeping it stretched far more than it ever would be naturally - Dom moves to A's cervix - Dom inserts dilator into cervix, which stays in by the dilator's end inflating in the uterus as a small, spiked plug - Dom inserts a large vacuum tube into A's vagina - The tube stretches A's vagina as wide as it will go - Dom turns on a mechanical vacuum that slowly begins to suck A's insides - Over a stretch of time A can't measure, the vacuum tube begins to gradually turn them inside-out - A's vagina prolapses into the tube, their stretched cervix at its end - Dom removes the vacuum tube - The hose attachment to the dilator keeps A's vagina prolapsed - Dom strokes and licks A's prolapse before moving on - A can't tell if it feels good or not - Dom unwinds a spool of wire - The wire is covered with backward facing barbs - Dom uses a variety of tools to wrap the wire around A's prolapse - The wire is incredibly firm and A's prolapse is unable to shrink because of it - Additional straight lengths of wire attach to the rings to keep the prolapse elongated - To further prevent prolapse from shrinking or retreating back into the vagina, Dom pierces the base of the prolapse to the base of A's labia - Dom finally removes the plug from A's cervix;
