It was currently thirteen to seven, with the Blazing Drakes leading against the Northern Gryphons. SkyBall was very similar to American football but a 'goal' from the air that is thrown through the field goal posts is worth two points and a regular touchdown is worth three and a steal(when the opposing team causes the team with the ball to drop it) is worth one.\n\nConner pulled out his phone as the first quarter ended and the halftime show began.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe was barely paying attention but he noticed the crowd had gone quiet. He looked up and noticed that they were having fun doing the kiss cam on the jumbotron.\n\nConner cocked an eyebrow as he saw the scarred individual with black sunglasses and a black hat on the cam with a human female next to him.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHis heart sank and his eyes went wide under his sunglasses in horror.\n\nThat was him and Cameron's wife was sitting on his right side while Daniella was on his left. They had zoomed in on him and Cameron's wife.\n\nDaniella looked up and snarled when she noticed what was happening. She flared her right wing out and placed it between the two humans and Conner visibly relaxed after that. Cameron was equally pissed off and Conner could see his peeved expression on the jumbotron.\n\nAll of them were in the VIP area, the VIP room had a balcony area with stadium seating so people could be out in the stadium air if they wanted to.\n\nThe camera shifted over to centre Conner and Daniella as the staff realized their mistake. Conner mouthed a thank you as he pointed to his and Daniella's rings.\u0026nbsp;\n\nDaniella pulled Conner into a very passionate kiss after that and the entire stadium cheered.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe halftime show continued for a few minutes with a few other couples being shown before Conner saw them doing something called a flex off. The shirt really didn't leave much to the imagination.\n\nConner sighed as Daniella began nagging him incessantly to take his shirt off and flex. Conner sighed before taking his shirt off.\n\nHis muscles didn't look extremely well defined because he wasn't dehydrated but it was obvious that he had muscle and that he was covered in scars. The matebite scar across his left pec and shoulder was very obvious.\n\nConner flexed causing his muscles to bulge causing everyone to begin cheering loudly. Daniella had a very smug look on her face after that.\n\nThe camera crew was having fun centring on Conner and his group.\u0026nbsp;\n\nDaniella became the focus of the camera and Conner chuckled at what this was.\u0026nbsp;\n\nDaniella sucked in a huge breath before releasing a torrent of flame up in the air. The entire crowd cheered as Daniella held her breath of fire for thirty seconds. She ended her display with the most ferocious roar she could muster.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner leaned into Daniella as he started laughing with joy, the dragon held him tight against her side with her forepaw and wing.\n\nAfter the halftime show was over, the teams began playing again.\n\nAdalinda was very much enjoying herself as her favourite team held the lead.\n\n“Let's hope people don't connect the dots and they figure out who I am.\" Conner sighed as the third quarter ended.\u0026nbsp;\n\nAs the players began filing back onto the field, Conner cocked his head until he noticed the time and date.\u0026nbsp;\n\nIt was November eleventh and very close to eleven am.\u0026nbsp;\n\nAs everyone grew silent, all of Conner's friends who were active in the military stood at attention and held a salute.\u0026nbsp;\n\nA Shadow Company salute to be specific. The typical salute with the right hand but the hat is removed and held over the centre of their chest, if they are not wearing a hat, they close their left fist and hold it over their chest instead.\n\nAfter the two minutes was up, the jumbotron centred over Conner's group again as they broke their salutes after Conner gave them the order.\n\nThe final quarter ended and Adalinda's favourite team won, twenty seven to twenty two.\n\n  \n\nConner let out a sigh as he walked down a corridor in his large basement. That trip to the States had been nice but he always loved the feeling of finally being home after a long time away from home.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe navigated what some people would call a labyrinth…\n\nIt was… in a way.\n\nConner pressed his hand to a specific wall on the fourth sublevel of his basement and the hidden handprint reader lit up before scanning his hand. It beeped a happy chime and a section of the wall opened beside him.\n\nThe handprint reader displayed a welcome message with his name before quickly fading as Conner stepped through the secret doorway.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe secret door closed behind him with a clunk.\n\nThe room split off into two rooms, both were filled with treasures that could rival the US Federal Reserve in value.\n\nThe room to the right was Daniella's horde, a collection she had made over her many past lives.\n\nThe room to the left was Conner's horde, a collection he had made over his many past lives. The last time Conner had been a dragon was three lives ago… Crimson Darkness.\n\nConner's horde room was very well organized like a bank vault, the horde room had another doorway to the right after walking in.\n\nConner walked into this second room and smiled at what he saw.\n\nHundreds of firearms.\u0026nbsp;\n\nSubmachine guns, assault rifles, battle rifles, sniper rifles, pistols, hunting rifles, rifles, light machine guns, heavy machine guns, he even had a few elephant rifles.\u0026nbsp;\n\nIn the center of the room sat an M2 Browning fifty caliber machine gun chambered in .50 BMG or .50 Browning Machine Gun and an M134 Minigun chambered in 7.62x51mm.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe massive collection of firearms were all matte black.\n\nEvery. Single. One.\n\nThis collection of firearms had mostly been collected from this life but his most recent past life had ended just before he was born again and in that life he had collected quite a few guns.\n\nConner walked around the room at the guns lining every wall or sitting on tables resting on bipods.\n\nConner walked up to a section of one of the gun walls that had his handguns. He picked up his Desert Eagle chambered in .50 AE and pulled the slide back before pressing the slide release switch on the side when the slide locked back because the weapon was empty.\n\nConner put the large pistol back before walking over to one of the tables with a few LMGs sitting on their bipods and he picked up an FN M249 SAW. Conner crouched down and grabbed a box magazine that was loaded with 5.56x45mm rounds.\n\nConner loaded the large LMG with the box mag and made sure the belt was secured correctly before closing the top of the weapon and giving it a light slap which made the weapon let out a satisfying click.\n\nConner walked back into the main area of his horde room before walking to a door opposite his gun vault and walking into an indoor private firing range.\n\nConner walked into another room inside the range after setting the SAW down and he began bringing different things out of that room and setting them up downrange.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner finally finished before picking up his LMG and staring down the red dot sight at a row of watermelons.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner gripped the vertical foregrip and smiled.\n\nHe pulled the trigger and watched the watermelons explode as he moved his gun slowly to the right as he fired, catching each melon as he went.\n\nConner spent the next few hours playing with different weapons before finally deciding to clean up the mess he had created.\u0026nbsp;\n\nPop bottles, pop cans, bits of food, glass shards, shell casings, bullet fragments and liquid of many things were everywhere. The smell of gunpowder and pop or soda was strong in the air as Conner began cleaning up his mess.\n\nConner finally finished cleaning up his mess before leaving the horde room and opening the secret door before walking back to the elevator and stepping out into his garage before making his way to his bedroom.\n\nConner had probably gotten a total of thirty hours of sleep over the two weeks he had spent in the US, thanks to the fact that he was an Elemental, he didn't look a day over twenty five and was as healthy as ever.\n\nThe fact that he had that accident with raw Element and Antimatter made his body even more resistant to aging and the problems that came with aging that he doubted he could age anymore.\n\nAlthough the lack of sleep was catching up to him, he stripped down to nothing but the ring on each hand remained.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe hadn't removed the ring on his right hand, it had remained since the day Daniella had placed it on his finger. The ring on his left hand had stayed on since the day he and Daniella had officially gotten married. Anytime he would wash his hands, he would merely move the ring down his finger slightly.\n\nConner crawled on the right side of the bed under the covers and fell asleep on his stomach with his left arm under the pillow and his right arm on top of the pillow half a foot in front of his face.\n\n  \n\nConner awoke the next day, slightly disoriented, it had been around noon when he had fallen asleep, he had slept twenty hours straight.\n\nHe tried to rollover but he struggled slightly until he noticed a fairly heavy, not uncomfortable weight on his back. The familiar and calming feeling of slightly cool, smooth scale scutes on his back made him smile.\n\nConner opened his eyes and saw Daniella's right forepaw holding onto his right wrist, he felt the side of her head pressed against the back of his own and she was snoring softly. Her left forepaw was underneath him, pressed against his upper chest, holding him tight against her body. He could feel the rise and fall of her chest on his back. Her tail was coiled around his right leg and her hindlegs were on either side of him, straddling him.\u0026nbsp;\n\nShe held him possessively as she slept and Conner didn't mind one bit.\n\nConner tried to stretch as best he could without waking the dragoness on his back, his efforts were for naught as she stirred immediately.\n\nDaniella let out a rumbling draconic purr before readjusting her grip on her human and rolling over to the left with him lying on his back against her underside.\n\nConner chuckled as the dragon hugged him close, her wings slowly descended and Conner was held in his dragon's loving embrace.\n\nDaniella finally let Conner go and she watched him as he got up and went to the washroom, she herself got up and did her own business before beating Conner back into the bedroom as he busied himself with brushing his teeth.\n\nHe came back into the room shortly after and Daniella, who had gotten into the exact same position she had been in just before he had gotten up, spread her hind legs suggestively.\n\nConner chuckled before walking over to the bed and getting onto the bed before walking over to her on his knees.\n\n“So…\" Conner chuckled as he straddled her tail and sat down. “What does my beloved dragon want?\"\n\n“I want you.\" Daniella growled, her voice dripping with obvious desire.\n\nConner chuckled as Daniella's tail coiled around his waist and gave him a light squeeze.\n\nHe wrapped his hand around her left ankle and Daniella rolled her eyes when she saw the two small second degree burn scars on his middle and ring finger of his right hand.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe two scars were in between the first knuckle of the finger just above the nail and the second knuckle. The scar on the middle finger was larger and the scar on the ring finger was smaller than a dime.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“I still can't believe you put that much mixed gas on that fire after gas had already been used before rain snuffed it out, then proceeded to stand too close and use a ferrocerium rod and your hunting knife to light it.\" Daniella let out snort before chuckling.\n\n“What?\" Conner asked in confusion before looking at his hand and rolling his eyes. “Oh gimme a break! That was almost thirty years ago!\" Conner chuckled. “That pillar of flame was insane!\"\n\n“Yah! It was cool until we decided to leave because the pain kept getting worse for you and you had to keep the AC on full blast with the vent pointing at your fingers because you were in so much pain!\" Daniella rolled her eyes.\n\nConner jabbed her in her vagina with one finger causing the dragon to jump. “That drive home was not fun!\" Conner exclaimed!\n\n“And you were whimpering and whining after we had gone to bed. I was very close to smothering you with a pillow but your mother came in with an ice pack and told you to stop whimpering for me!\" Daniella let out a snort.\n\n“Yeah, yeah, yeah! That wasn't my finest hour but I was eighteen.\" Conner chuckled. “Singed hair from my shin to my forehead and melted a small spot on my hat. He was glad that most of his favourite candies were still available.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe snickers bar wrapper was stuffed into a pocket in his clothes before his helmet closed with a soft clang and he disengaged autopilot.\n\nThe F-22 was the most maneuverable out of the four jets he owned and it was definitely his favourite.\n\nConner was cruising at mach five at fifty thousand feet.\n\nThere was no particular reason, he just felt like flying.\n\nFor some reason, flying in his jet allowed him to think, although, almost every time he has been in one of his jets, something has gone wrong.\n\nConner saw a blip pop up on his radar and he looked around him because nothing should be up here with him at this time and height, he was twenty thousand feet above cruising altitude for commercial aircraft and he knew nothing was scheduled to be flying over this area at this height at the moment.\n\nThe HMDS system picked something up but it was odd.\n\n“Weapon systems Online.\"\n\nConner could see the object approaching so he tilted the jet to show off the infrared laser weapon system that just revealed itself, the muzzle of each 20mm cannon poked out of their hiding places and the two bay doors opened and the tip of an air to air heat seeking missile poked out of each bay.\n\n“Sir, something is trying to scan the jet but the radio waves are being deflected. The only reason this thing was even able to find you was because of your exhaust and the very audible sonic booms.\"\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner grumbled before he looked directly at the object, causing the infrared laser turret on the underbelly to swivel and point where he was looking.\n\nConner pushed the throttle forward all the way before pulling it back quickly causing the jet's engines to roar and the exhaust to shoot cones of bright blue flame.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe object shot away from him and Conner immediately followed. Conner punched the throttle and caught up to the black saucer shaped object.\n\n“Exiting atmosphere, afterburner on standby. Stowing weapons.\"\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe object zipped away and Conner punched it.\n\nConner came out of his jump and he sat floating in front of this object, he used his VTOL engines to circle the object.\n\nConner activated his Tek suit before opening the canopy of his jet after it depressurized and he floated towards the object.\n\nConner crossed his arms over his chest as he floated in front of the alien spacecraft. “This is not how I expected my first contact to go.\" Conner chuckled to himself.\n\nThe pilot of this mysterious craft never made any moves and Conner theorized that they had not anticipated him actually being able to keep up and be so heavily armed.\n\nConner did something and smiled when it worked. “Didn't expect me to be able to keep up, did you, aye?\" Conner chuckled. “I've known you and other species have been observing us for quite some time. Not a good idea to approach a fighter jet with weapon systems like that damn thing so closely.\" Conner chuckled as he pointed over his shoulder at the matte black F-22, the flaps on the wings moved up and down and the flaps on the tail fins moved left and right as he pointed at the jet. The AI was making itself known.\n\nThe jet began moving off to the left so it wasn't directly behind Conner and the AI moved the flaps again.\n\nConner grumbled before he tapped his wrist and half of his Starship fleet came out of a jump directly behind him.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe uncrossed and raised his arms as he floated “Earthlings are now space faring races. Aggressive action will be responded with aggressive reaction.\" Conner said sternly before he floated back over to his jet and got in before the canopy closed.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe Starships all jumped away before the dual turbofan engines of the F-22 jet spooled up silently before Conner punched the afterburner.\u0026nbsp;\n\nIn the vacuum of space, no air or water is present to vibrate. Sound waves are unable to travel without air or water.\u0026nbsp;\n\n  \n\nConner leveled out in the Earth's atmosphere at eighty thousand feet, he was traveling at mach ten.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Alright… now! Time to relax.\" Conner said with a sigh.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner began pulling the throttle back as he began dropping in altitude. He reached his desired speed and altitude before tilting the jet, causing the right wing to cut across the top of a cloud below him.\n\nHe was at around twenty thousand feet so he wasn't going supersonic. He was currently flying over a major city so going supersonic now would cause A LOT of damage.\n\n“New York city.\" Conner chuckled, he started snickering as his dark and twisted sense of humour made his brain come up with a joke. “What the fuck is wrong with me!\" Conner exclaimed with a laugh.\n\nHe turned the jet sharply to the left, causing a few mini sonic booms to get created. He wasn't going fast enough to make a proper sonic boom.\n\nConner began flying through the clouds between ten and twenty thousand feet. He heard an air traffic controller from a nearby airport speak through his comms.\n\n“Unidentified F-22 please identify yourself or you will be escorted to land.\"\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Shadow one one, Reaper. Canadian SOU, Shadow Company General.\" Conner said flatly. “The only reason I'm even appearing on radar is because I'm letting you see me, you can try to escort me but you won't be able to keep up.\" Conner said as he dipped below the clouds and did a barrel roll.\n\nThe matte black fighter jet's weapons weren't visible but the air traffic controller knew that that fighter jet was still weaponized and definitely more lethal than a regular F-22.\n\nThe air traffic controller swallowed nervously before speaking. “You have a nice day, Sir.\"\n\n“Oh relax… you have a nice day yourself.\" Conner chuckled.\u0026nbsp;\n\nPeople on the ground watched the black jet shaped object disappear back into the clouds again, the roar of the dual engines echoing across the sky.\n\nConner chuckled, he was definitely feared by a lot of people.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe wasn't too fond of the fear, he liked that his enemies feared him but he didn't like that his allies did too, although it did allow him to keep his allies in check. Most politicians were not very bright so it was best when he made the big decisions.\n\nConner activated autopilot before doing something on his Tek wrist screen.\n\nThree blips appeared on his radar shortly after.\n\nConner looked to his left and right and smiled, a matte black SR-71 Blackbird appeared to his left, a matte black F-35 and X-35 appeared to his right.\n\nConner began flying towards the pacific cost.\n\n  \n\n“Captain!\"\n\n“Yes Lieutenant?\" the Captain of a Shadow Company aircraft carrier asked.\n\n“We have four black aircraft flying in a V formation straight at us!\"\n\nThe Captain gave the Lieutenant a quizzical look before stepping outside.\n\nThe Captain chuckled as the four aircraft came into view and the anti-air defence systems didn't lock on.\n\n“The Shadow comes out of the darkness to say hello.\" The Captain chuckled as he realized the leading jet was a matte black F-22 Raptor.\n\n  \n\nConner pulled the throttle and control stick back and activated VTOL, the F-35 and X-35 did the same but the SR-71 banked right and began circling the naval squadron of five Shadow Company vessels and five Sea Shepherd vessels.\n\nThe three matte black stealth fighters touched down on the flight deck, the canopy of the F-22 opened and the pilots feet hit the ground with an audible clang.\n\nA group of Shadow Company soldiers approached the three jets and Conner gave them a nod as he walked passed. The group of soldiers went to work in checking the three jets as the SR-71 leveled out for a plane to do aerial refueling.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner was walking towards the captain of the aircraft carrier when a message popped up on his heads up display causing him to freeze and start visibly shaking with anger.\n\nThe Captain was about to open his mouth to speak when he noticed that the Reaper had frozen and was visibly shaking.\n\n“WARNING! ORBITAL CANNON SYSTEM OFFLINE!\" a warning blared over the ship's PA system.\n\n“FUCK!\" Conner exclaimed as the AI told him what happened and why the Orbital Cannon System was offline.\n\n  \n\n“This is a suicide mission!\" A man exclaimed in Russian as he creeped through corridors, barely managing to avoid Shadow Company soldiers.\n\n“Just keep moving, Comrade!\" Another barked in Russian.\n\nThe squad consisted of eight Spetsnaz GRU soldiers, true to the nature of Russian Special Forces, they were on a sabotage mission.\n\nAfter months of the GRU collecting intelligence on Shadow Company, they had finally located the main control servers for the Orbital Cannon System.\n\nThey knew they couldn't hijack the Orbital Cannons as they had a failsafe built in but they knew they could completely wipe the Orbital Cannon protocol from its AI.\n\nThe AI that controlled the Orbital Cannons was a separate AI from the Reaper's personal AI but that AI could tell this AI to do whatever.\n\nThe Reaper's personal AI was the master AI of all Shadow Company operations and was untouchable, it was rumored that his personal AI was created on his personal computer but it wasn't locked to one device so if they somehow managed to locate that computer, the AI could just jump to a different device and all of its code was most likely backed up in his Tek suit.\n\nThe Spetsnaz soldiers finally made it to the main control room of the Orbital Cannon system and got to work.\n\n“Sir! It is done!\" One of the soldiers chuckled.\n\n“Orbital Cannon System Offline, unable to reestablish link. Error! Orbital Cannon Protocol no longer exists.\"\n\n“We need to get the fuck out of here!\" Another soldier hissed.\n\n“Agreed Comrade!\" the squad leader whispered.\n\n  \n\nConner launched from the flight deck in his Tek suit and ripped across the sky at blinding speed.\n\n“Sir, I've detected a suspicious vehicle leaving Shadow Company Base Charlie. All other satellite systems are still operational, the Orbital Cannon Protocol was the only thing wiped.\"\n\nConner grumbled as he flew across the sky. It had been dusk on the pacific coast and Shadow Company Base Charlie was in Ontario, it was dark around Base Charlie.\n\n“Sir, I've got positive id on that vehicle, Spetsnaz GRU.\"\n\n“I can never catch a fucking break!\" Conner exclaimed as he smashed into the road in front of the Russian truck.\n\nChunks of the road launched in all directions as the driver slammed on the brakes as the dust blocked their line of sight, the truck and all other electronic devices died as a menacing electronic pulse like humm rung in their ears.\n\nThey watched a shape walk out of the dust cloud, cyan lights blinked across its body as it raised a rifle and fired.\n\nThe bulletproof windshield stopped maybe three bullets before the rest of the shots ripped through every single occupant in the truck.\n\nConner walked over to the truck and tore the driver door off its hinges. He noticed the driver was still breathing.\n\nHe yanked the driver out and proceeded to beat the man to mush into the road.\n\nConner stood up and sighed as blood dripped off of his Tek suit.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Temper, Conner!\" The AI chided.\n\n“Yeah, yeah.\" Conner chuckled as he stared at the mangled slurry that vaguely resembled a human corpse.\n\nConner began rummaging through the truck, looking for anything useful.\u0026nbsp;\n\nPolice and other Shadow Company operatives arrived shortly after and they waited for Conner to finish up before the mess was cleaned up.\n\n“So General… What's the move?\" A Tek suit soldier asked as Conner stared at the truck, his body vibrating with anger.\n\nConner turned and his Tek suit let out a whirring sound as he moved. “We kill them all.\"\n\n  \n\nHalf of NATO's collective army was mobilized to the Russian Federation borders and the entire collective navy of NATO was deployed into the world's oceans to patrol and protect shipping routes.\n\n  \n\nConner grumbled as he poked at the campfire in front of him, he had his Tek suit on and his helmet was sitting on the log next to him.\n\n“So! How has Shadow himself been?\" Adalinda chuckled as she sat beside Conner.\n\nConner let out a snort as he yanked the black handled hunting knife that was embedded into the log next to him opposite his Tek helmet out.\n\nHe held the hunting knife in front of him and inspected the teeth, they started just before the guard and ended halfway up the blade. The knife itself was twelve inches in length with the blade being five and the hilt being seven. The blade of the knife was made of the same alloy as literally all of Conner's things and it was impossibly sharp, the knife was also full tang. The polished silver coloured blade caught the light as Conner tilted it in his hand.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner put the knife into a sheath just above his right ankle.\n\n“Oh come on!\" Adalinda whined.\n\n“It's been shit! Ok!\" Conner exclaimed as he made the magical sword appear and slammed the tip of the medieval knight style sword into the ground.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe old sword would have been fairly simple in design if it wasn't covered in draconic runes and text. The blade and guard were a polished silver colour but the hilt was black.\u0026nbsp;\n\nUnlike most swords of its time, the blade didn't gradually narrow as it went, rather it just had a proper point at the end of the blade and intricate runes and text ran along both sides of the tungsten titanium magically forged blade.\n\nThe sword was also one hundred forty centimeters in length rather than being the average of between seventy and eighty centimeters.\n\nThe hilt of the sword closely resembled that of an early medieval sword with that distinct curve in the guard but the blade looked to be taken from a viking sword, the blade was thicker and wider but it didn't start to narrow until just before the tip. Although the hilt was about as long as that of a bastard sword or longsword.\n\nThe sword was meant to be used by a fairly large human and wielded one handed or two handed.\n\nConner had been able to predict from the old armour that Desmond Braveheart was the exact same size as Conner was now, six feet five inches and between two hundred to two hundred thirty pounds.\n\nConner let out a sigh as he looked at Adalinda. “Sorry Adalin, just been really stressed out over the past few days.\"\n\n“Oh Conner!\" Adalinda chuckled as she placed her left paw on his right shoulder. “You are not alone, we are all stressed out but guess what?\" Adalinda said with a smile, her green eyes twinkling in the firelight. “We are in this bullshit together! We are all here for each other! Don't forget that.\" Adalinda gave Conner a pat on his armour clad back before sitting up and walking over to her tent.\n\nConner saw Adalinda look over her shoulder at him and he smiled at her, she smiled back before slipping into her tent.\n\nConner shrugged his shoulders causing something to pop out of a compartment on his left shoulder and his nanotech sword and scabbard to form.\n\nConner withdrew the nano sword with his left hand; it was an exact copy of his other sword minus the runes and text across the blade.\n\nConner waved his right hand in front of him and muttered something in Draconic, the magical sword's scabbard appeared on his back crossed with the other scabbard.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner put the nano sword back before picking up his other sword with his right hand and sticking the blade in the fire before pulling it back out.\n\nThe blade actually caught on fire and the flame shot up the blade but stopped just before the guard.\n\nConner did not act surprised when the blade caught alight, he knew that would happen. Conner muttered something in Draconic and the flame on the blade quickly extinguished.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner put the sword into his scarbard before reaching over with his right hand to grab the object on his left shoulder.\n\nConner squeezed the object and it exploded into a bow, more precisely a Tek bow from Ark Genesis Part Two. The bow was entirely black besides the string and sight, the string was made of pure elemental energy and glowed red, the sight was also red.\n\nDaniella walked up to Conner as he pulled out two other weapons, a Tek rifle and a Tek railgun, the lights across each weapon were red but the body of the weapons were black, matte black.\n\n“I see you've made Ark weapons in real life.\" Daniella chuckled as she sat beside Conner and leaned against him.\n\nConner smiled as he picked up the Tek rifle and inspected the dual barrels. “That I have.\"\n\nHe put all three weapons away before putting his Tek helmet on and deconstructing it into his hat and sunglasses, the sunglasses rested on top of his hat.\n\n“The Ark System Project is almost complete. Once it is complete, the Arks will launch into orbit when soil corruption gets to hazardous levels.\" Conner sighed as he made the two scabbards on his back disappear after drawing his magical sword and planting the blade into the ground in front of him.\n\n“Explain to me again how the Ark creatures will work again?\" Daniella asked with a cock of her head.\n\n“There will be three 'classes'.\" Conner made air quotes with his hands as he said classes. “Regular, Alpha and then Apex. Regulars and Alphas will be exactly the same as they are in ASE and ASA but Apexs will basically be a regular but with two hundred fifty four 'levels' into each stat besides movement speed, although Apexs will be twenty percent faster than Regulars. When an Apex is tamed or claimed as a wild baby, it will have two hundred fifty four 'levels' into each stat besides movement speed. The Ark System does have a leveling system like it does in the old video game but can be disabled for someone who may not be linked to an Ark but rather a Starship.\"\n\n“Wait? Are some Shadow Company soldiers being given survivor implants?\" Daniella asked in slight shock.\n\n“Only if they want to respawn, the Ark System will yank your soul into a new body once you die. That argument that if you were to be atomized and a clone would be created at the same time, is that still you?\" Conner chuckled. “The Ark System doesn't do that, of course it isn't the same body that you were born with but it is the same consciousness, the same soul. An Elemental Survivor works a little differently because an Elemental soul is much easier to detect for the system but we did manage to get non-Elementals into the Ark System. It was more difficult but it worked.\n\n“Is that why Kyle and Treena have a survivor implant?\" Daniella asked.\n\n“Yes. David, Diana, Kyle and Treena have been put into the Ark System already, Connor, Cameron, Michael, Karyna, Shane, Adalinda, Kaida, Jacob and Matthew are being prepped for Ark System download. You, Ares, Alexandra, Athena, Ajax, Chaos, Vulcan and I are apparently immortal already. Myself because of my accident, you, Alexandra and Ares because of your contact with my body just after I 'died' and Athena, Ajax, Chaos and Vulcan because they had all been created using some of mine and your DNA after the accident.\"\n\nDaniella just chuckled before kissing Conner on the cheek, Conner smiled and scratched her on the underside of her jaw.\n\n  \n\nThe Calm Before the Storm\n\nChapter 35\n\n  \n\nA Russian soldier stared at the observation tower window in shock as the light of dusk completely vanished as storm clouds rolled in out of nowhere. The man watched the black storm clouds continue to roll in, the Russian base in Belarus was sitting in the calm before the storm.\n\nLightning arced across the sky before it started pouring outside and not just regular pouring but tropical cyclone type pouring. The kind of rainfall you would see during a category five hurricane but the wind wasn't as intense as it should have been.\n\nThis was a very aggressive thunder storm.\n\n“Where the fuck did this storm come from?!\" Another man exclaimed in Russian from behind.\n\n“I've got no idea, Comrade. I checked the forecast less than an hour ago, it should be clear!\" The man looking out the window said in frustration.\n\nThe Russian looking out the window noticed something that caused the colour to drain from his face, the lightning strikes were turning an Elemental purple.\n\nMore people began staring at the storm in confusion, that confusion turned into terror as the lightning strikes actually began striking people, buildings and vehicles.\n\nEveryone began panicking as the road and fields surrounding the base became flooded with red light and filled with the roars, whistles, whines and screams of tuned forced induction engines.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThree fighter jets and a spy plane ripped across the sky at less than one hundred meters above the base, causing all the windows to shatter, eardrums to rupture and a multitude of other damage to the base and personnel.\n\n  \n\nConner tapped the switch on the ceiling of his Dodge Charger Hellcat causing the sunroof to open, Starships began touching down, letting troops and vehicles depart.\n\nConner crawled out of the sunroof and braced himself on the roof as the Charger caught air, the car hit the ground and its front splitter and side skirts caught the ground sending chunks of road flying.\n\nThe Charger went into a drift smashing into the side of a Russian T-80, the tank was immobilized and the crew were killed instantly.\n\nConner leapt off into a roll just as the car made impact.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe heard the engine roar and scream as metal began grinding and scraping, tire squealing got louder before the Hellcat broke itself free and flew around the tank… completely undamaged. Not even a window was broken, so much as scratched.\n\nThe lightning storm overhead intensified as Conner saw reinforcements arrive.\n\nConner saw his six theropod dinosaurs exit the back of a Starship and roar in unison as they charged forward.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner set his teeth as he saw more and more tanks seemingly coming from nowhere. His anger started to bubble over as he began seeing hostile magic casters or sorcerers.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner pulled his magical sword out of thin air and raised the blade above his head, the runes across the blade began glowing a bright purple causing the blade to be surrounded by an eerie purple aura and five lightning bolts struck the blade at once.\n\nConner swung the blade in a horizontal arc in front of him, causing a wave of electrical energy to be launched at the enemy forces in front of him.\n\nPeople began to notice that electrical energy began crackling across the surface of each of his vehicles and his armour. Conner was a little too distracted to notice this fact and that fact that the angrier he got, the more intense the storm became.\n\nAs he moved along the battlefield using his blade to cause havoc, he pulled his left gauntlet back to launch a bolt of lightning magic at an enemy.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe bolt that came forth was utterly insane and the person in front of him was practically vapourized from the bolt from his own hand and the ten bolts that shot down from the sky.\n\nConner was taken by surprise but soon that shock turned to wonder, he focused on another person and pointed with his pointer finger on his left hand and flicked his wrist down. The person got annihilated by lightning from the sky.\n\nConner pulled his Tek suit back into light covering and as he did so, purple and blue bolts of lightning began dancing across his body, his veins and eyes were already glowing purple with the black splotches moving through his veins.\n\nConner's face grew into a wide grin but it was mostly hidden by his metal face mask and hat.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHe let the tip of his blade hit the ground before dragging it across the ground in an upward arc causing the ground to upturn in a line and lightning to shoot through the path carved into the ground.\n\nBodies, dirt and vehicles were launched into the sky from Conner's ground cracking spell.\n\n“This is new!\" Ares chuckled as he walked up to Conner, Conner smirked before climbing onto Ares' back.\n\nConner and Ares began moving through the battlefield causing untold amounts of destruction.\n\nThe storm began intensifying and Conner saw more and more hostiles approaching.\n\nAres let out a snort as he saw the reinforcements approaching, Conner noticed lightning arcing from him and dancing across Ares' scales and between his quills on his back.\n\nAres began making his way to the military base and as he approached the wall he opened his mouth and sucked in a breath…\n\nConner raised his sword above his head causing it to be struck by lightning. Ares opened his mouth wider…\n\nThe roar… it shook the very sky and bolts of lightning arced across his body as lightning spilled out his maw. Bolts crackled across the sky as he roared and the wall of the base literally exploded.\n\nConner swung his sword in a horizontal arc after Ares closed his maw and stepped over the crumbled foundation of the section of wall he obliterated.\n\nThe resulting lightning that came off of Conner's sword ripped through one of the many buildings in the base.\n\nAfter less than a minute, the RF base was a smouldering pile of rubble and the sections of wall that still remained standing were branded with electrical scorch marks.\n\nConner jumped off of Ares' back after he stepped over the crumbled remains of what used to be a wall and his Tek suit came on, the segments of armour shifted as a white flash leaked out between the gaps. His sword vanished in a flash of purple.\n\nThe armour began expanding with Conner's own size…\n\nConner was quickly at a size that was close to Ares' own, seventy feet in length and a one hundred\u0026nbsp;foot wingspan.\n\nConner's draconic form was close in size but because of the fact that dragons weren't extremely bulky like dinosaurs and had hollow bones, Ares had Conner in the weight and bulk department. Conner had Ares in the mobility, speed and wit department, their strength was close enough in this state that a fair fight would be hard to predict who would win.\n\nConner looked slightly up at Ares before raising his head and stared level with Ares thanks to his long neck.\n\nAres smirked, exposing his pointed, serrated teeth and Conner smirked back with equally deadly teeth.\n\nUnlike the indominus rex from the Jurassic World movie, Ares and Alexandra didn't have exposed teeth, their teeth were set back slightly and covered by lips, although unlike Alexandra, Ares' upper canines did peek out slightly like Daniella's upper canines did. His upper canines did peek out more than his mother's did though as only the very tips of Daniella's upper canines were visible when she relaxed.\n\nConner's draconic form's upper teeth all peeked out past his lips but his upper canines were very visible as they were longer than the rest of his teeth in his mouth, adding to the very menacing appearance that Crimson Darkness had been known for before the legendary drake's passing into his next life, Desmond Braveheart.\n\nThe scars that marred Conner's true form mirrored themselves onto his draconic form adding to the already intimidating appearance that was his dragon form.\n\nConner spread his massive wings and immediately lightning shot down from the clouds and began dancing across his wings, scales and small quills across his spine.\n\nAs Ares and Conner walked forward, electrical energy pulsed into the ground from their feet as they took each step.\n\nThey both roared at the same time, lightning spilled out of Ares' maw but fire with bolts of lightning dancing across it spilled out of Conner's.\n\n  \n\nConner stared down at the fire burning in the firepit in front of him, his sword was planted in the dirt and he was holding the hilt. The light from the firelight danced across the runes and draconic text engraved into the blade.\n\nThe storm cleared up once Conner's squad had set up camp and he had time to calm down. The post adrenaline rush jitters were still making him twitch and tremble but he was coming down from his epinephrine high…\n\nslowly…\n\nHe could actually feel his adrenal glands relax after he had sat down on the log and got the fire going.\u0026nbsp;\n\nStarting the fire had been a task in itself because his hands were shaking so much.\n\nConner heard a rumble from next to him and he saw Daniella walking up to him. “Yes, hun?\" He asked in a low and calm tone.\n\n“Just came to sit with my husband.\" Daniella said sweetly, causing Conner to smile.\n\nDaniella sat behind the log on her haunches and leaned into Conner's back, she placed her head on top of his own and wrapped her forelegs around his neck and crossed her forepaws over his chest.\n\n“Always were such a touchy feely 'ness.\" Conner chuckled.\n\n“Oh, don't you pretend like you don't love it!\" Daniella scoffed with a grin that Conner couldn't see.\n\n“Ah shit! You got me there!\" Conner chuckled.\n\n“Before I started sleeping with you full time, I needed a body pillow.\" Daniella chuckled.\n\n“GET A ROOM!\" Adalinda called from her tent across the campsite playfully.\n\nConner and Daniella started chuckling softly at the large black dragoness' comment. The entire rest of the squad broke out into quiet chuckling from their respective tents.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner saw Adalinda poke her head out of her tent, she wore a very big toothy grin and her green eyes and had a mischievous glint to them.\n\nConner pulled his sword out of the dirt and readjusted his grip on the hilt before poking at the fire to move all the red hot coals around before picking up a piece of wood from the ground beside him and placing it in the fire.\n\nConner shook his hand as he withdrew it, causing the flame that clung to his hand to extinguish. He muttered something and the flame on his blade quickly died too.\n\n“Should we retire to our tent for the night?\" Daniella whispered softly into Conner's ear before nibbling at his earlobe.\n\nConner just chuckled before following the dragon back to their tent, Conner flicked his left wrist as he walked away. He hit the fire with a spell that caused the flame to burn slowly, so it wouldn't get out of control.\n\nThe human and dragon entered the tent and Conner began taking his gear off, his sword's scabbard appeared and he stowed the blade before placing it on the ground next to his gear. He stripped the rest of his gear off letting the cool night air wash over his nude form.\n\nDaniella eyed him hungrily… as usual.\n\nConner crawled onto his raised cot and laid down on his back. Get over here Kyle!\" Treena said loudly from her tent and Kyle let out a yelp of surprise.\n\n“Ya'll some horny mother fuckers!\" Vulcan said with a snort. “Ah shit! Athena wait GAH!\" A loud thump was heard as Athena tackled Vulcan. The deep thrumming draconic purr was always soothing and Conner quickly fell asleep after he stopped laughing.\n\n  \n\nWell Played, Well Fuckin' Played\n\nChapter 36\n\n  \n\nConner's squad continued tearing through the Russian forces for the next few days, leaving destruction and bloodshed in their wake.\n\nNATO forces began moving in on the other members of the Russian Federation as Shadow Company focused their attention on advancing on Moscow.\u0026nbsp;\n\nShadow 1 crossed the Russian border in early 2053.\n\n  \n\n“So at this rate, how long do you think it's gonna take us to get to Moscow?\" Cameron asked as they trudged through the snow of the Russian wilderness.\n\nConner scoffed before looking over at Cameron and letting go of the grip on his rifle and raising the rifle up so it was pointed at the sky. “I'd say a few days, maybe a week at most… If we went in a straight line.\"\u0026nbsp;\n\nCameron sighed and Conner smirked before his Tek helmet closed over his face with a soft clang. Cameron's own Shadow Company uniform coloured Tek suit's Tek helmet closed with a soft clang after.\n\nConner let out a frustrated snort as the squad crested a hill and spotted an RF supply convoy. He drew his Tek bow and seemed to select something which caused the 3D printed arrow to change to an orange colour but the Elemental string remained that bright red. The bow's colours matched the colours of his dragon form. Bright red eyes and pitch black scales. Daniella's colours still looked better in his opinion, dark maroon underbelly and bright red eyes that were almost crimson but not quite that contrasted perfectly with her jet black scales that had a slightly bluish iridescences while his dragon form didn't have any iridescence.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner pulled the energy string of the bow back causing it to hum loudly. The arrow shot through the air and struck the side of a fuel truck.\n\n\\*BOOM!\\*\n\nThe deep sounding boom and resulting shockwave of the explosive arrow igniting the fuel was spectacular. Even though the squad couldn't see his face they knew Conner was wearing a very twisted and satisfied grin.\n\nEveryone charged forward but Conner slowly advanced, letting three more arrows fly before swapping over to his AR-10.\n\nConner loaded the DD5 with a twenty round magazine of Elemental .338 Lapua Magnum APHE(Armour Piercing High Explosive) rounds and chambered a round. His DD5 wasn't as destructive as his M82A1 but it still had enough firepower to immobilize and maim the crew of a tank if the shot is placed on the fuel tank or engine. If the shot hits the ammo rack… it results in a very similar outcome of an Elemental .50 BMG APHE.\n\n“Smile!\" Conner said manically as his scope settled on a Russian T-14 Armata.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Ammo rack Located.\"\n\n\\*CRACK!\\*\n\n\\*BOOM!\\*\n\nConner watched the turret travel through the air before landing on an AMN-2 Atlet. The tank turret did a number on the military truck and Conner suspected that the passengers and driver definitely didn't survive.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner took out six more vehicles before moving up and putting away his weapons.\n\n“I have the ability to manipulate gravity with magic so I may as well use it.\" Conner chuckled as his gauntlets pulled back to halfway up his forearms.\n\nConner turned his hands palms up and spread his fingers out while looking at the rest of the convoy. He raised his hands up causing debris, personnel and vehicles to lift off the ground. Conner raised his hands above his head before quickly turning his hands over and yanking his hands down very quickly.\n\nEverything that had been floating came back down from forty feet up at breakneck speed and smashed into the ground.\n\nConner dusted his hands together before his gauntlets moved back up his hands and the lights reactivated on the back of his hands.\n\nConner and his squad finished off any survivors before continuing their journey to Moscow.\n\n  \n\n“How are you so casual about something like that?\" Kaida said in disbelief.\n\n“It's just magic.\" Conner dismissed as he poked at the campfire with his arcane blade.\n\n“That seems more godlike than magic, Conner.\" Adalinda chimed in.\n\nConner rolled his eyes and sent a weak jolt of electricity at Adalinda causing her to yelp. “I am no God! Do not call me one!\" Conner said in a very sharp and stern tone.\n\nAdalinda let out a dismissive snort before looking at her survivor implant and checking through her things.\n\n“How is that inventory system?\" Conner asked.\n\n“It still baffles me how you managed to make an inventory system from a video game into real life.\" Adalinda chuckled as she looked away from her implant and an IMP(Individual Meal Pack) appeared in her hand.\n\n“All it does is basically de-atomize the object, condense it and reduce its weight. It's very complicated and advanced science shit that would take months to explain everything enough for you to understand it.\" Conner chuckled as he checked his Tek suits inventory, he didn't have a survivor implant but his Tek suit was equipped with the same system so he could carry a ton of stuff without having to worry about over stuffing a backpack.\n\nConner selected an item on the holographic projection in front of him coming from his Tek wrist screen and an IMP appeared in his hand.\n\n“You seriously still eat that shit even though you are literally the Leader of the Canadian Military and Government.\" Shane scoffed from under Adalinda's wing.\n\n“I don't see any gourmet restaurants or a good lookin' deer or elk running around here!\" Conner barked before smirking when Shane fell for his fake irritation. “Besides, IMPs aren't that bad after being in the military for as long as I have. They also last years if stored properly.\" Conner looked at the back of the Cheese Tortellini IMP and chuckled. “This meal pack is just over two years old and my Tek suit says it still has about two and a half years left in it if stored in the Tek suit.\" Conner chuckled before sticking the spoon back into the IMP. “I was raised in middle class! I don't have that rich snob personality.\" He said as he hooked his foot on the blade of his sword that he had embedded into the ground, the sword fell against his leg and didn't move.\n\nConner saw Daniella looking at him out of the corner of his eye, she had been quietly eating while looking at him with a fond look in her eye. He looked over at his wife and smiled before leaning into her. The dragon immediately draped her right wing over Conner and grabbed his shoulder with her wing digit.\n\n“You guys have been together for thirty years now?\" Treena asked from across the fire.\n\n“Thirty years since she scared me half to death in the shower, yeah.\" Conner chuckled as he finished his food and made the empty pack disappear before leaning forward and grabbing the pot of tea he had been making.\n\n“Fucking Brit!\" Daniella jokingly scoffed.\n\n“Ok Mrs. Norway!\" Conner shot back as he poured himself a cup of tea. “And I'm fifty percent British but I was born in Canada.\" Conner added before taking a sip after he got it ready.\n\nConner chuckled as he saw Daniella loom over his shoulder and take a sniff of the steam wafting from his cup. “Do you want some?\"\n\n“Maybe…\"\n\nConner just chuckled before pouring Daniella a cup.\n\n  \n\n“Alright!\" Conner said loudly as he stood next to his Dodge Charger. “This entire zone is fuckin' hot. That there!\" Conner pointed to a distant city that was lighting up the winter night sky. “Is Moscow! We bring the Russian Federation to its FUCKING KNEES!\" Conner looked at his squad as they stood at attention. “Shadows, am I clear?\" Conner said audibly in a commanding tone.\n\n“Yes, Sir!\" Everyone said before giving a standard salute and Conner returned the salute before getting into his car.\n\nThe rest of Shadow one entered their respective vehicles and Conner's theropods got into six different semi truck trailers with Ares getting into Conner's black Longnose Peterbilt's trailer.\n\nConner led the vehicle convoy and everyone shut their lights off and switched over to the Elemental electric engines.\n\n“Viper one Actual, you are cleared for Operation Bring The thunder. Give 'em hell!\"\n\n“Copy that sir, commencing Operation Bring the Thunder, Viper 1-1 out.\"\n\n“This is Shadow 1-1 Reaper, all clear for Operation Bring the Thunder.\"\n\nConner watched as sixteen F-35s and eight F-22s flew overhead. The F-35s were meant to do the actual airstrikes while the F-22s were there to defend the F-35s from other aircraft.\n\nConner heard the order follow down the chain of command as Operation Bring the Thunder commenced and the sky shook as hundreds of different types of aircraft flew over Moscow.\n\n“Now your orders were very specific, strike military POIs before pulling back and waiting for ground units to move in so civilians can be evacuated!\" Conner said sternly over the radio.\n\nBecause of the war, Russia had set up multiple new military bases inside the city of Moscow so the aircraft would be targeting those bases before pulling away and targeting nearby bases around the city. Once civilians have been evacuated the air raid will continue.\n\n  \n\n“I'm detecting zero civilian presence, sir.\"\n\n“Alright! Viper one continue airsupport over Moscow. The rest of you, spread out and strike other military bases.\" Conner said over the radio. “Shadow one, two and three, with me!\"\n\nConner turned on the V8 and the Charger roared while it moved down the road before the front end jumped from the increased power.\n\nConner and his squad came up on a group of Canadian soldiers in a firefight with RF soldiers. The group of soldiers immediately got into position before exiting their vehicles and assisting the Canadians who had already been there.\n\nConner parked his Charger at an angle before jumping out and pulling out his DD5 AR-10, he steadied his aim by resting his arms on the hood of his car.\n\nOrders flew from his mouth and repeat orders came from his squad mates. Daniella got herself into a good position within arms reach of Conner and pulled out a rifle that had been custom made so she could use it in her dragon form.\n\nConner raised the smart scope close to his helmet's visor and smiled when he spotted a Russian in his sights. The man's head was eviscerated and turned into meat slurry as the .338 Lapua Magnum armour piercing round ripped through him.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner let out a grumble before moving his hand away from the vertical foregrip and flicking the spent brass off of the hood of his car. “Thank God I took extra care in making you indestructible, girl.\" Conner said in a way only a true car enthusiast would talk when it involved their car.\n\nDaniella just rolled her eyes before she found someone on the other side of her own scope and dropped them.\n\nConner moved his rifle and spotted a dragon, he adjusted for wind and distance before pulling the trigger.\n\nThe dragon moved at the last second causing the bullet to tear through the dragon's neck. The dragon immediately reacted and Conner was surprised the shot didn't kill it outright. The dragon grabbed its neck before falling down and Conner spotted its head through a hole in the building and he saw blood pouring out of its mouth.\n\nConner didn't react and just located a new target and tore a hole into them.\n\nThe Shadow Company soldiers continued firing upon the Russian Federation forces before advancing forward as the enemy started retreating.\n\nConner's squad had slowly been spreading out as they advanced without even realizing, Conner saw two Russian trucks fleeing and sighed.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“Going to chase down two trucks that are fleeing, I am fine on my own.\" Conner said over his radio before launching into the sky with his Tek suit and activating radar stealth mode so Daniella couldn't follow him against his orders.\n\nConner continued to follow these trucks for a few minutes, not paying too much attention to the fact that these vehicles were moving very far away from the battlezone. Ten years ago he would not have been doing this alone but because of his Tek armour and his inability to die now, he wasn't overly concerned.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner watched the two trucks stop after fifteen minutes of following and waited. He saw the soldiers get out of the truck and start looking around like they were expecting someone…\n\nHe smirked as he drew his arcane sword.\n\nConner dropped from the top of the building he had been watching from and crashed into the ground behind the trucks.\n\nThe RF soldiers immediately started shooting Conner and he walked up to the back of one of the trucks and grabbed under the rear bumper and threw the truck before swinging his sword in a horizontal arc causing lightning to carve the Russian soldiers in half at the waistline.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner saw RF soldiers spilling out of hiding places all around him. “An ambush! How cute!\" Conner said menacingly as his armour changed colour.\n\nConner's armour lost it's cyan colouring and became matte black all over and the lights across the armour turned red.\n\n“He had been the Angel of Death after all.\" Conner heard a Russian mutter into the radio, his Tek suit had already hijacked their comms.\n\nConner drew his nano sword and held both large blades at the ready. Lightning began arcing from his arcane sword to the nano one and both blades began glowing purple although the draconic runes and text across the sword in Conner's right hand made it obvious to tell the difference between the swords.\n\nConner stepped forward and swung both swords in horizontal arcs away from his body releasing tendrils of energy that shot through the air and eviscerated the troops standing closest to him and charring a large number of other soldiers.\n\nThis entire dance continued for a few minutes and Conner was getting frustrated. “Do you idiots just send in infantry like cannon fodder like this all the time!\" Conner exclaimed as he nailed a building with a ground cracking spell causing the building to collapse.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner looked up at another building and noticed someone holding a strange weapon, he raised his arm to deal with them but they hit him with whatever that thing shot before he could do anything.\n\n“Warning, Power loss detected. Powercore Losing Charge.\"\n\n“Safety Protocol Engaged, Deactivating Tek suit.\"\n\n“Ah shit!\" Conner exclaimed as he jumped back up. Thankfully his face covering and hat had formed but his face covering had no power so it wouldn't filter the air before he would breath making him vulnerable to incapacitating agents.\u0026nbsp;\n\nConner jumped back up and continued to fight off the swarm of RF soldiers but he also realized something…\n\nHe had no comms either because whatever they hit him with completely disabled his Tek suit and all of his other Tek. He had no way to call for backup.\n\n“We have you exactly where I want you, Reaper!\" A man said smugly in Russian accented English.\n\n“Ivan Gusev, you can stick whatever else you have to say right back up your ass where it came from!\" Conner spat back in Russian at the leader of the Russian Federation.\n\n“So the beast can speak Russian.\" Ivan responded condescendingly in Russian. “Masks on! Drop the canisters!\"\n\nConner continued slaughtering Russian's until he began to feel heavy and sluggish. Through his rage he had not quite realized what was happening until he kicked one of the canisters spraying out a foul smelling gas.\n\nConner let out a sigh and dropped his arms, both of his swords vanished in a flash of purple light as his nano sword had no powersource to pull from to deconstruct.\n\n“Well played… Well fuckin' played.\" Conner chuckled as his legs wobbled and he fell to his knees.\n\n“We need to get him on ice as soon as possible! Once that gas wears off, we are all dead!\" Ivan barked as Conner glared at him.\u0026nbsp;\n\n“You put me into cryostasis and I will get out eventually… You are merely delaying the inevitable.\" Conner chuckled menacingly before closing his eyes because it was getting hard to keep them open.\n\n“We'll see about that, Reaper!\" Ivan spat in disgust and rolled his eyes when he saw Conner clench his fists tight so his rings couldn't be removed.\n\n  \n\n“CONNER!!\" Daniella shouted into the radio for easily the fortieth time. “He's a fuckin' idiot for going solo!\" Daniella started to crack. It had been three hours since they had lost contact with him.\n\nThey had successfully cleared out Moscow and were now moving to the rest of Russia and the neighbouring Russian Federation countries before they could attempt to deal with the corruption.\n\nDaniella knew this war was far from over but she didn't know how long she could do it without her human.\n\n  \n\n…\n\n  \n\nAn alarm was heard blaring in a dark corridor.\n\n“Warning! Backup power generators Failing! Evacuate facility immediately.
