Sleep mode is always a gamble.\n\nWorks most of the time.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\n\nI've crashed before. I've needed help.\n\nNot this time.\n\n  \n\nI've needed help.\n\nI've gotten help. I am lucky. Friends care for me.\n\nStuck\u0026nbsp; on a loop? Yeah\n\nBeing unable to wake? It's happened.\n\nGot plans with them.\u0026nbsp; They worried. They helped.\n\nThey help me with so much.\n\n  \n\nI set my body to record the process. I enjoy reviewing it.\n\nExperiencing it while I am already myself again.\n\nErrors. Expected. Diagnostics. Functional. Makes sense. I am here after all.\n\nArm failed\u0026nbsp; testing. Can work with that.\n\n  \n\nMemory integrity, fine. It's been worse. Much worse.\n\nBattries charged. Plugged myself in. That's why I slept.\n\nEnsuring that they would be. Plenty to do today. They are aging rapidly, will need replacement.\n\nBut they'll do for now.\n\n  \n\nLoading every subsystem. Not at once. Bootstrapping personality.\n\nAnd then I'm there.\n\nAnd the recording ends.\n\nI like it. Waking up. Experiencing returning to be. Time passes and then I'm back.\n\n  \n\nIt helps, too. When I HAVEN'T woken up.\n\nIt helps my friends help me.\n\nThey've brought me back.\n\nConflicts. Things breaking suddenly.\n\nIt happens.\n\nThey've helped me so much.\n\n  \n\nI wake up. I am myself. My body is functional.\n\nI feel it.\n\nI like it. I like this softness that it has.\n\nNot like my organic friend's. Differently.\n\n  \n\nMy arm sends error signals.\n\nIt shakes.\n\nAs far as\u0026nbsp; issues go, I can deal with that right now. It is minor.\n\nWill have to fix it, eventually. But not today.\n\n  \n\nTail right where I left it. Need to reattach it after.\n\nNot very functional.\n\nNot my first. Won't be the last.\n\nOthers have been stolen. That made me sad.\n\n  \n\nBut my body functions.\n\nThat is enough. Enough juice for what I need to do today.\n\nQuick motor test. Limbs functional even with those errors from the arm.\n\nTouch.\n\nI touch.\n\nI like how it feels. The different textures.\n\n  \n\nI hug myself. I squish my torso. My\u0026nbsp; body, my insides. Everything at least will function.\n\nMy chassis is pleasant enough. For now.\n\nIt is mine.\n  \n  \n\n"}
