Sometimes, I interrupt myself, when talking in a mirror

Like, I could understand what the other me said clearer

Never enough in just thought

I imagine after action is taken, then dream a lot

Always just in mind

To myself, I’m not always kind

My shadow doesn’t always look alone 

Like, a walking whisper followed me, & I felt it to the bone
