Your hands are now cold

I wish I could of held them, growing old

Reality is cruel for our story told 

You still leave me feeling foolishly bold

Though, it’s all I dream, not meant to be

It’s painful, cruel, yet casual, to me 

A story I dearly wanna change 

Thinking back, it always leaves me, feeling strange

Fate, truth, reality, all the same

It leaves me at the door with shame

Too good at lies with eyes so clear

The outcome left me with no true fear 

It’s jus too bad

Reality for me, stays somewhat sad

Maybe better, all the while

Hope your truly happy, with an honest smile
