Bueno**\n\n \n\n \n\nIn difficult times it can be hard to figure out what to do\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nWhere to go\n\n \n\nIt can all overwhelm\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nMake you question how often your hands are truly at the helm\n\n \n\nAs you navigate how much you should stand out\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nOr how much you should stay in the background and blend in\n\n \n\nIt can be hard to feel like you're constantly struggling\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nStruggling to survive\n\n \n\nTo have some sense of peace\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nTo feel like what you're doing matters\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nTo actually know when you are or will be heard\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nAnd knowing when you don't have to say a single word\n\n \n\nNot every battle has to be yours to win\n\n \n\nOr even be an active part of\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nInaction is always a decision\n\n \n\nBut doesn't always have to be considered some horrible sin\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nIt's a matter of acknowledging\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nWhen it's worth speaking up or fighting and when it's not\n\n \n\nFor sometimes it's better to stay camouflaged\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nInstead of in unnecessary and unwinnable arguments getting caught\n\n \n\nKnow yourself and your associates well enough\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nEnough to trust what you're doing isn't purely out of worry or fear\n\n \n\nYou just know it's better to be concealed now\u0026nbsp;\n\n \n\nSo you don't waste energies that are best spent on other things\n\n \n\nThat you'd rather be doing with the rest of your year\u0026nbsp;"}
