The fluid packs on his belt, running with tubes to his body, pumped Cailus’s aphrodisiac/brainwashing serum cocktail into his system.\n\n \n\nAt times, Angel Beast could almost remember who he was… Who he used to be before becoming Cailus’s pet. He could almost grasp at the memories, memories of a horned hybrid lion that he would see in his dreams. Memories of a far-off planet, with beautiful beaches and warm rain forests. Memories of him with this lion, both of them in love with each other. These dreams would make Angel Beast aroused, causing him slight discomfort due to the chastity cage he had to wear, trapped in a set of synthetic leather-latex underwear that would wick up any trace of cum that would leak out of his caged-up cock, so as not to stain the fabrics of his armored bodysuit. He would slumber, the dreams washing over him, as if he had lived a past life he never knew about. Then, the serum would wash away the memories temporarily, until the next night when Angel Beast would dream.\n\n \n\nThus, Angel Beast would just sit there, waiting to be called…\n\n \n\nWaiting, to be released…\n\n \n\nWaiting for release…\n\n \n\nSoon, he would be called upon…\n\n \n\n \n\n# # # # #\n\n \n\n \n\nCailus looked over the data that had been sent to him in his hideout’s computer room. Three of the four walls were covered with computer screens, all displaying a variety of news channels, security feeds, and information being gathered by his agents.\n\n \n\nRight now, Cailus was looking over a specific set of screens. These screens were focused on not just his new puppets, the Dhaelos and Sha-Lem families, but also the data he had been collecting on the Phoenix Coven, as well as the new threat, the Montreal Family.\n\n \n\nCailus sighed. Things were not going in his favor, and according to calculations he had been running, he currently had an 87.5% chance of losing this battle with his brother, and ending up in galactic federal custody. This would most likely mean prison for a very long time.\n\n \n\nTo Cailus, that outcome was unacceptable.\n\n \n\nCailus turned to Godfrey, his butler. “Godfrey, have Angel Beast summoned and brought before me. I have a very important mission for him…”\n\n \n\n \n\n# # # # #\n\n \n\n \n\nAngel Beast woke from his slumber, feeling his restraints pop open after his belt’s reservoirs were filled with the serum he was being prescribed. He saw his master’s butler, Godfrey, standing in front of him with a small group of security guards. He did something surprising: He got out a set of keys, reaching into Angel Beast’s pants with gloved hands, and unlocked his chastity cage, taking it off, tucking Angel Beast’s private parts deep into his leather-latex underwear.\n\n \n\n“Angel Beast…” He said with a quiet tone. “Master Cailus has requested your presence.”\n\n \n\nAngel Beast stood up from his chair slowly, walked forward, and followed Godfrey out of the room, the security guards surrounding them. Once he got to Master Cailus’s room, he knelt at his feel.\n\n \n\n“You have summoned me, Master?” He asked.\n\n \n\n“Indeed I have,” Cailus spoke, handing Angel Beast a picture of a horned hybrid lion. The same one from his dream!\n\n \n\n“Angel Beast, I have a very important assignment for you. I want you to track down Julian Montreal, and have you bring him before me. He is currently here on Vhaldaria, with my brother. You are to use any and all means at your disposal to complete this task. If my brother’s coven decides to interfere, you have my authorization to eliminate them. They are expendable. Retrieve anything from the weapons and equipment rooms you feel you will need, all the stocks will be open to you. Now go, retrieve Julian, bring him to me, and _do not fail…_”\n\n \n\n“Yes, Master…” Angel Beast, despite his curiosity, rose up from his knees, and exited the room. He went to pick up his weapons and equipment, covered his armored suit with a long, large overcoat to blend in with the populus. Then, he exited the hideout and got into a waiting car that would take him to one of his mobile operation posts.\n\n \n\nWhile he rode in the jeep, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of deja-vu as memories from the past, seemingly about this lion, continued to try to bubble to the surface.\n\n \n\n \n\n# # # # #\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n_Egad’s Castle…_\n\n \n\n_Two Hours Later…_\n\n \n\n \n\nEgad brainstormed with his coven on what they could do to stop Cailus’s takeover of Mel’Andrea. He had a bad feeling that Cailus was going to have the control-chipped guard of Mel’Andrea try to investigate him, maybe even investigate Mick Daniels and his family and friends. Egad had called Mick an hour earlier. He, Symon, and Xen were on their way. Egad had insisted that Mick have Symon drive his car as well, just in case anything was to go awry.\n\n \n\nAbout thirty minutes later, the Coven’s invited guests and allies had arrived, crossing the drawbridge and getting inside the castle.\n\n \n\nThey all met in the Citadel Room, brainstorming possible ideas to free Mel’Andrea’s guard, as well as the Sha-Lem and Dhaelos families.\n\n \n\n“What about a low-power microwave beam?” Mick asked. “We could have a satellite or ship fire it off and cover Mel’Andrea. It wouldn’t hurt anyone, but it would fry the chips.”\n\n \n\n“Good idea,” Chaos said. “We could refit _Foxtail-1_ to fire the beam,”\n\n \n\n“No,” Mick said. “That would take too long. If Cailus is going to play his cards right, he’s most likely to strike within the next couple of days. _Flux Squadron_ is here on leave, they would be able to fix up the microwave beam in just a few hours. Besides, they still owe me a few favors.”\n\n \n\n“Very well,” Egad said. “Are you going to call them?”\n\n \n\n“Already called them while we were driving,” Mick said. “They’ll have a stealth fighter fly over the village and deliver the beam in thirty minutes. Every control chip in the village will be wiped clean,”\n\n \n\n“Good,” Egad said. “But we still need to find Kim Scam. She may be our only link to Cailus.”\n\n \n\nBefore anyone else could speak, alarms went off in the castle.\n\n \n\nChaos quickly brought up a holoscreen on his bracelet wrist computer. There was a powerful albino lion walking around the grounds out of a military drop pod, dressed in an armored suit, armed to the teeth with weaponry and equipment!\n\n \n\nEgad glared at the screen, realizing who the individual was. “Angel Beast… Cailus’s personal killing machine. Cailus saves him for only the toughest jobs he needs done...”\n\n \n\nJulian however, was in shock, as he recognized who it really was! He recognized that lion a mile way!\n\n \n\nIt was Lenny Leoson, his boyfriend…\n\n \n\nHis fiancé…\n\n \n\nHis lover…","series":{"name":"Phoenix Coven - Book 3: Everything or Nothing","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/2212125-phoenix-coven-book-3-chapter-9.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/2229060-phoenix-coven-book-3-chapter-11.json"}}
