Time wares me down time and time again  
It hurts to be alone  
but having to spend time alone  
Makes it hard  
my soul is charred  
And stained with regret  
Regret for love  
Regret for life  
It is hard spending time as a lone wolf  
But time is always there  
Even when you are looking for a mate  
Even a pack to call your own  
time is always on your back  
Pushing you down  
And when you cant go any further  
It finds a way to take you down further  
In the end the funny thing  
Is that you find yourself needing  
And wanting more time
