Little one of attention,  
Little one of desire,  
Little one of affliction  
you know what transpires.  
  
I hope you're happy with yourself  
I hope you can live with what you've done  
I hope you can forgive yourself  
for a few could've lost a son.  
  
You barely thought it through  
You barely understood why  
You barely knew the truth  
so you gave up with a sigh.  
  
Seriously give life a second chance  
Seriously give your loved ones a thought  
Seriously give into the music and dance  
for you yourself is all you've got.  
  
An ode this is to living your life  
An ode this is to gaining reason  
An ode this is to removing your strife  
for most of it is gone within a season.  
  
Could you really believe this is right  
Could you really believe that's your final straw  
Could you really believe life's not worth the fight  
and you'd just give up all the miracles you saw?  
  
This is my apologies for you  
This is my aggression all lost  
This is my declaration of a fool  
for friends are what you have crossed.  
  
We all truly love you deeply  
We all truly wish you the best  
We all truly hope so dearly  
for now's not your final rest.

Friends are what you see we are  
Friends are what saw it so clear  
and saved you from the great afar.  
  
For what we are is finished  
For what we are is love  
For what we are isn't diminished  
despite away from you, you shove.  
  
I wish this wasn't so hard  
I wish this was all you needed  
I wish this wouldn't leave you marred  
despite the sins that had been seeded.  
  
You are in safe hands, you know  
You are loved in every way  
You are what I deem a brilliant glow  
You are ours. So stay.
