Also, unlike on CNN, I was being asked about rather personal things. \u0026nbsp;This reminded me of my job at Menard's.\u0026nbsp; Though I can't remember everything, I do remember some of the more important questions I was asked. \u0026nbsp;They seemed pretty amused.  \n  \nWhy did you decide to visit FuzzyCon?  \n**Henry:** I got an e-mail by MariaKitsune, and because it was close by in Minnesota I just thought I'd stop by, ya know?  \nHow long have you known of the furry fandom?  \n**Henry:** Since Maria Kitsune e-mailed me in February.  \nDo you consider yourself to be a figurehead in this fandom?  \n**Henry:** How can I be the figurehead of something I hardly knew even existed?  \nDo any adjustments need to be made to your diet?  \n**Henry:** I can't eat chocolate and most fruits.  \nDo you have sweat glands?  \n**Henry:** I take cold baths during the summer and take this everywhere during the summer to avoid getting heat stroke.\n\n\u0026nbsp; I picked up my spray bottle and showed it to everybody.  \n  \nDo you think there are going to be more people like you?  \n**Henry:** I don't know.  \nWould you mind if there were?  \n**Henry:** It depends. \u0026nbsp;I would support equality for such individuals, though.\nDo you age faster than normal or just the same?\n\n**Henry:** I have no idea, and neither does the university. \u0026nbsp;I'll just have to wait and see.  \nCan you produce sperm, and could they produce offspring?\u0026nbsp;  \n**Henry:** I--I don't know. \u0026nbsp;  \n  \nIt took me awhile to learn that, in this fandom, questions like this are considered normal.  \n  \nDo you consider the people that raised you to be your family?  \n**Henry:** No.  \n  \nIt was very difficult to hold in my tears after I said that. \u0026nbsp;The con chair, a pudgy\u0026nbsp;Hispanic\u0026nbsp;woman with red hair, walked up to me and handed me a magic 8-ball.  \n  \n**Maria:** Do you have any words of wisdom for us?  \n**Henry:** There is no such thing as normal.\n\n**Maria:** Do you have a question for the magic 8-ball? \u0026nbsp;There are no do-overs.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI thought long and hard, and decided to ask about all I've wanted, something I've cared deeply about all of my life.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n**Henry:** Will I ever find true love?\n\n  \nI shook the ball for almost a minute, almost scared to look at what it was going to say. \u0026nbsp;Someone in the audience shouted \"Get on with it!\" \u0026nbsp;I flipped it over. \u0026nbsp;\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nYOU MAY RELY ON IT.\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Scraps","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/239980-a-furry-love-story-detours-and-desperation.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/247222-a-furry-love-story-back-to-reality.json"}}
