_ **Conflicted Feelings** _

 

In my dreams i hold you close.

When i wake you haunt my thought,

without you, peace shall not be wrought.

Though the love i feel might be wrong,

the distance between us far too long.

I'm not the master of my emotions

have I ho andtitdote for these deadly potions?

While I hope you feel the same,

keep defense from this fickle brain.

Emotions not forever real,

dispite the genuin love i feel.

Your life I do not wish to mar,

for love, i know, leaves a painful scar.

All i wanted you to know,

is the love i have I plan to grow.

And while I keep you in my mind,

I know there'll always be love to find.
