Unless i put Georgia's dad in there.... I'll think about it, okay?\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nFara stirred. Suddenly, an ice beam hit the tree they were under, which scared Fara. She was awake immediately at the sight of the ice beam going straight above her head.\n\n\"Rick! Duck and use Quick Attack!\" shouted Branden.\n\n\"Kyler! Use shadow ball!\" Shouted Diane.\n\nWhen Fara had the power to stand up and look, she saw Kyler get headbutted in the chest area. Kyler looked like he was in extreme pain. \"Kyler! Come back!\"\n\nHe looked back at Diane and stubbornly muttered \"I'm fine.\"\n\nDiane stared at him for a moment and then nodded. She knew that if she kept saying no he would win either way and keep battling.\n\n\"Alright Branden, use your move,\" Diane said.\n\n_What is she thinking?_ Fara thought. _She's just going to let Kyler get obliterated?_\n\n\"Fine. Rick, use blizzard,\" Branden said. Blizzard!? Fara had to do something... But what? What could she do?\n\nBefore she could think of something to do, the blizzard was almost already hitting him.\n\n\"Kyler, use psychic!\" Shouted Diane.\n\nWhen Kyler lowered his head, the blizzard stopped right above him. The attack reversed and was sent back to the glaceon. Kyler smirked a little bit.\n\n\"Rick, use mirror coat!\"\n\n\"What th-!?\"\n\nKyler was frozen solid in a block of ice. His eyes were wide open in shock.\n\nDiane took out her pokedex and read something on it and looked up at Kyler then back to her pokedex.\n\n\"Looks like we win,\" said Branden. He closed his pokedex and Diane got something out of her bag. They walked over to the frozen figure and Branden suggested that he unfreeze Kyler. With a word to his pokemon, Tiri, the ice was blasted and melted.\n\n\"H-h-holy sh-sh-sh-sh-shit th-th-that's c-c-c-c-cold!\"\n\nDiane knelt down and examined Kyler's body, making sure there wasn't any frostbite on anything. When she saw the scarf ruined, she groaned. \"That's not good.\"\n\n\"W-w-what i-isn't g-g-g-good?\" Kyler shivered.\n\nThe green cloth fell to the ground from Diane's hands.\n\nKyler opened his mouth to say something but he closed it again without a word.\n\n\"Wow, what an intense battle, I--\"\n\n~Rumble~\n\nBranden blushed as Diane covered a laugh. \"Maybe some breakfast will fix that, haha,\" Diane said.\n\n\"Haha, Yeah i guess so,\" Branden said.\n\n* * *\n\nAn Oran berry pancake flew into the air, and fell into Kyler's mouth, at that point it was gone.\n\n\"Is that number six or seven?\" Tiri asked.\n\n\"I lost count at four,\" Ardi said.\n\n_It was only the fifth..._ Fara thought to herself.\n\nKyler layed down and took a nap.\n\nFara took that cue to go out and eat something for herself. Watching him eat that stuff was making her kinda hungry, too.\n\nShe set off into the woods where she knew she saw some sitrus and razz. She used her psychic move to bring them down one by one, only enough for her fill. Halfway through eating, she heard a bit of talking... and then loud stomping across the forest... It was headed towards the camp!\n\nWhen Fara got back... She saw only Kyler, Rick, and Tiri fighting against a group of Ursaring.\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Clinging Onto a Hope of Happiness","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/265162-clinging-onto-a-hope-of-happiness-chapter-two.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/265234-clinging-onto-a-hope-of-happiness-chapter-four.json"}}
