I looked every where

To see if I could find

That special someone

Who's always on my mind.

 

Threw the deepest forest

And over the highest mountains

Across the hottest dessert

And in the deepest sea's.

 

Though how could I be so blind

How could I not have notice?

That the answer was right in front of me.

 

It was you.

My best friend

Whom I've been through thick and thin.

 

It was you

My best friend

Who helped me through my darkest hours.

 

It was you

My best friend

that held me through the night while I cried.

 

Any blind man could see

That you and I were meant to be.

 

And now it is and always will be you

My best friend

Who I will love and care for

Till the end of time.

 

You are no longer considered my best friend

But instead you are

My special someone.
