{"sf1_id":274289,"sf2_id":null,"title":"The Pokemon Gladiators Chapter 1: The House Of Raisii","author":"Tarranium","words":1213,"posted_at":"2011-08-04T08:59:00.000Z","tags":["Clean","Gladiator","Gladiators","Story Progression","Story Series","Tarranium","story"],"url":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/274289-the-pokemon-gladiators-chapter-1-the-house-of-raisii","original_url":"https://sofurry.com/view/274289","image_url":"https://www.sofurryfiles.com/std/thumb?page=274289\u0026ext=.jpg","description":"","content":"\nThe Pokemon Gladiators Chapter one\nThe House of Raisii\n\n \n\n\nThe Mistra region is fairly small and doesnt have its 'own' pokemon, instead there are pokemon from across the globe.\nWith the lack of an pokemon league the people of Mistra had to come up with an different type of an tournament.\nThousands of years ago the people had Gladiator tournaments, and they have been an tradition for a long time now.\nThey made these tournaments once a year and far less gory than in the old days but until a few years ago they decided to\nmake this into an actual Gladiator entertainment.\nThe Pokemon are not slaves, atleast those arent who dont die.\nThere are three different arenas, the first is the arena Kut'hulu.\nThe Kut'hulu arena is the most ancient, it has been made in a volcano.\nThe second one is the newest, the arena of Faati.\nThis arena is completely technical, the arena is in the middle of the city and has a 'chancing' fighting ring.\nThe third one is the arena of Brisell.\nIt represents the ancient Roman Colosseum.\n \nThe Pokemon Gladiators are divided on five classes.\nRookies.\nThis class is for pokemon who are too weak to fight in the arena.\nFighters.\nThese guys actully fight.\nElites.\nHigh ranking fighters who take part in tournaments.\nChampions.\nThe winners of tournaments\nEpic.\nThese are pokemon too powerful for the arena and work mainly as security.\nThere are numerous of different gladiator 'factions' known as 'Houses'.\nThe top three houses are The House of Gorii, The House Blitilii and The House of Jeirou.\nBut our story is not with the champions, instead we are focusing on the rising House of Raisii.\n__________________________________________________________________________________________\nMarcus was walking through the halls of his 'House' witch consists of a training room kitchen two rooms for rookies one room for all classes and\none match planning room and theres an opening in the middle of the building witch works as an mini arena.\nMarcus is the head of his House, he is seventeen years old and holds himself 73 Gladiators.\nHe wears black jeans white tank top and has short dark hair.\n \nMarcus was putting his black leather gloves on as he went on the balcony to his mini arena.\nBehind him walked a bald man in a white tuxedo who was holding an suitcase.\nThe both watched the three Machamps fighting against an Tyranitar.\nThe man in white spoke:\n''I have to say I'm impressed. Your training methods are truly something, personally I love the Roman theme here.''\n''Well thats the theme I was aiming for.''\nMarcus said as he leaned on the balcony.\nThe Tyranitar roared and slammed all three Machamps with his tail.\n''That monster is truly powerful.''\n''Please we arent like our ancestors, pokemon are equal now remember?''\n''Oh yeah forgive me.''\n''Don't worry about it, so is the match settled?''\n''The House of Raisii aganst The House of Jelii, the match is tomorrow at midday.''\nThe white man started walking away from him.\n''Well Im off, seeya!''\nThe man in white left and Marcus just kept on watching the Tyranitar roaring its horrifying battle cry.\n15 minutes later...\n''Great show Tyrant!'' Marcus walked in the room of the Elites.\n \nThe room was just like the rest of the building, its walls and floor were the color of beige and it was built just like the Roman buildings.\nIt was built to last.\nThe Tyranitar or Tyrant turned around and gave an answer with a happy tone.\nThe room was empty for the time being as the rest of the Elites were training in the training room.\n''You just remember that rage in the arena and you're going to win!''\nMarcus walked out of the room and upstairs to his quarters.\nAn Gardevoir stepped in with a antre full of food.\n''You did great Mr. Tyrant''\nThe Tyranitar or Tyrant looked her way.\n''Thanks.''\nTyrant took the antre and started eating.\nThe Gardevoir spoke once more.\n''I hope you'll win the match tomorrow.''\nAs the Gardevoir was walking out Tyrant stopped her with an question.\n''By the way how many Gardevoirs does Marcus have?''\n''About 40, why you ask?''\n''Its not a big deal, its just a little odd that he trains us to be Gladiators but he also trains you to fight as well.''\nThe Gardevoir giggled.\n''Mabey so. But he wants to have an suprising good security I guess.''\n \nThe Gardevoir was walkin out as she said:\n''By the way! Donido was looking for you.''\n''Alright, thanks.''\nTyrant finished his dinner and walked outside through the huge open hole in the wall.\nOutside there was a huge yard for rookies to play and Gladiators to relax.\nTyrant was looking around throu the huge variety of different pokemon, he was trying to find his fight partner Donido.\nAfter looking around for a while he saw the shiny Nidoking known as Donido sitting under a tree.\nHe started to walk to him while dodging the small children pokemon.\nAfter he had reached Donido he sat down nest to him under the tree.\n''So? How many?''\n''About forty.''\nThe two giants didnt really have much to talk about, they were traine to fight and kill not to talk.\nAfter a while Tyrant started chatting.\n''The match is tomorrow.''\n''Really?''\n''Yeah. Jelii is really trying to beat us.''\n''Ever since we beated them in the semi finals in the last tournament.''\n''What's the big deal? I mean they have these tournaments every three months and once a year is the Master tournament.''\n \n''Well we got two of their sponsors.''\nThen they heard this small yell.\nThey both looked up in the sky and saw a Skarmory.\nIt was Gxero, one of their Gladiators.\nThe Skarmory landed in front of them.\n''Whats going on down here?''\n''Not much.''\nThey all were there for a while completely silent.\n''You guys were always boring.''\nAnd the Skarmory flew away.\nThe next day...\nMarcus was on the 'House' balcony at the Brisell Arena.\nThe match between two Houses were about to begin.\nThe man in white came next to him and spoke:\n''Excited?''\nMarcus looked at him for a while and then took his eyes back to the arena.\n''Not really, we always win against them.''\nThe man in white then answered.\n''True but just remember that this is a pretty even fight.''\nThe crowd was already going crazy, the match hadnt even begun.\nThe announcer started talking to the microphone:\n''Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Arena! Oh do we have a treat for you today!''\n''The House of Jelii, the swift dueling house versus The House of Raisii the brutal house full of monters!''\n \n''Now shall we begin?''\n''Our first Gladiator is from the House of Raisii, and its none other than Rockie!''\nA couple of minutes before...\nTyrant was waiting for the metal gates to open with two of his friends.\nThe blue Nidoking known as Donido and a Rhydon known as Rockie.\n''So what are we up against?'' Tyrant asked.\n''You forgot?''
