Men have cried for horses, money, sanctuary, and even God  
but none have cried harder than for when they want love  
it tears  
it shreds  
it claws  
and it murders  
yet we clamber further for it  
we let it blind us and give us strength  
it destroys nations and builds empires  
it doesnt let us go without taking a piece of ourselves with it  
it hurts more than strolling through hell with the damn  
yet we pursue it relentlessly in hopes of those fleeting moments  
the ones that make life bearable  
I wish he answers to love would came easy  
I wish love was easy  
but love is never simple nor is the path to and through it  
I know I will never get the answers I seek but it is just as in our nature to keep looking  
and as our nature to get discouraged and frustrated when the world refused to yield the answers  
but we press on unable to step down or back off in something we put our minds and hearts to  
I wish I could press on quicker but I am at a stand still  
the world has dealt a strange and somewhat cruel hand  
I press on though, torn between my selves  
as is Gemini nature, the twins, equal and opposite  
I press with no direction which means Im just pushing away  
I wish not to push away just to push forward to a better place  
I just wish I knew which way to push, which way to move  
nothing is ever completely clear  
and I shall keep this in mind as I move  
moving with and against things  
moving towards the next point in my life  
moving to tomorrow  
life is hard but very much worth it
