Waiting on the horizon you stand\n\nWe finally meet, you smile down at me\n\nYou offer me your paw\n\nNow we must walk, together\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nWhispers on the wind\n\nThe eyes return, but they no longer just watch\n\nThey roar, and curse me\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI'm so tired, tired of the fighting\n\nI let go of your paw\n\nLet me rest, no more strife\n\nThe eyes laugh, they have won\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n_No, stand by me!_ You scream\n\n**Why? What's the point! I'm tired of these eyes**\n\n_We walk this path together now, we hold each other's hearts_\n\n_These eyes, the whispers that is all they are_\n\n_Hold my paw and push forward, we must walk_\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI smile, a tear in my eye\n\nTaking your paw in mine I stand, the eyes raging around us\n\nThey no longer weigh me down Your eyes show me all I need, you lick the tear from my muzzle\n\nPaw in Paw we turn, the road before us still endless\n\nI smile, no longer must I walk\n\nTogether we walk\n\n  \n  \n\n"}
