Seeing my bed above me, I sat up, rubbed the back of my neck and sighed to myself.   "Damit, that's the third time this week. What's wrong with me?"   "Honey, are you okay?" my mom asked busting into my room making me jump slightly.   "Yeah I'm fine. I just can't belive that this is the thrid time this week. Maybe i should just put up rails."   "Haha, well if you do, at least make sure u wear a helmet too." She was laughing at me and my joke which showed that she wasn't worried anymore.   "Haha, your so funny!" I said sarcasticly, smiling so I  wouldn't make her mad. Let me tell you, she could change moods faster than anyone else I know.   As she left and went back downstairs I got dressed. I hate Mondays. And worse yet, I have to go to......urg.......school. I drug myself downstairs and ate breakfast. While I was about to leave I ran back upstairs to my room and got my favorite Zippo lighter. I went outside and started my truck. My dad pulled up in the drive and waved at me.   "Hey boy!" He said smiling and looking a little more rough than when he left. He's always looked rough, even though he has a pure white coat and crisp blue eyes, he can look really worn out. Sometimes I think he looks like a rug. Hahaha.   "You going to school?"   "Ugh......Do I really have a choice?"   "Hahaha, you really that bummed out about it?"   "Yep."   "Well, you need anything before I head inside?"   "Yeah, can I have some cash for lunch?"   "Sure."  He said while handing me a $50 bill. "And put that in your account so you can have it for the rest of the week."   "Okay dad, I will, and thanks."   He walked inside and I couldn't help but laugh after he half tripped while goin up the stairs. I got in my truck and started off for school. I got a while before I get there so I'll tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Lyon. I am a 5'11" tall black furred wolf with a white cresent moon mark on my right eye. I am not muscular but most of it is just from being toned.  My dad and mom both have the same color fur. Pur snow white, crisp blue eyes, and a small bit of blue on the tips of their ears and tail. My dad is 6'2", and my mom is 5'6".   So, as I'm goin down the highway I see this little mass of fur. As I got closer i saw it was a female wolf. She has greyish blue fur and was carrying some books. 5'7" if I had to guess. She was huddled over and shivering really bad, so, I pulled over and got out of my truck.   "Hey!" I shouted over the trucks engine and the traffic. "Need a lift? It's awfully cold out here!"   She ran up to me and blushed at my offer. "Th-th-thanks." She said shyly.   I opened her door and helped her inside. I ran around and barley dodged a car that was a little too close to my side of the road. Apperently they will give a license to anybody nowdays. I got inside and started off to.....ugh....school.   "So, can I ask for your name?" I asked checking my mirrors.   "Y-yes, my names is K-K-Kristen."   "What's wrong? Why are you stuturing?"   "I'm a little c-c-cold."   "Oh, woops. Sorry about that." I said turning on the heat.   We rode in silence the rest of the way to school. I was actually early for once so I figured I'd ask a little bit about her. When I was parked in my spot I looked at her and saw her blush a little.   "So, are you new here?"   "Yes, I moved here last week. I'm sorry about being such a bother."   "Oh, no, don't worry about it! We where heading to the same place right?"   "I guess so." She said blushing a little bit more.   "Well seeing as how your new, I will ask our teach to show you around today.  And maybe later I'll show you around town."
