# Hesitance

Waiting and watching,  
A continuous searching.  
The answer hidden.  
Ebbing, receding.  
Like the tide of a beach.  
Confidence wavers.  
Should I step forward,  
Or stay shrouded in cover.  
Taking a chance now,  
And risking it all.  
Or leaving it for later,  
And playing it safe.  
My mind questioning,  
Every way I try to move.  
Blocked by the riddle.  
Steadfast in my head,  
The question unsolved.  
Seeking a hidden answer,  
Thought betwixt action.  
Tempting is the move,  
But always hesitating.  
What should be done now?
