An arid Zephyr breeze dances on a dune

Tail twitches and nose itches in the dust

Night crest in a desert life

Fennec Moon Rising

 

Bright eyes gleam in the dark

Airs ripe with scent mark

Blood pumps in ruby hearts

Fennec Moon Lights

 

Leap and twist, bark and yip, a feral game of tag

Over and under, zig then zag, catch me if you can

A brush of fur, a lick of ear, your turn now

Fennec Moon Peaks

 

Cautions abandoned, restriction crumbles, sand down a dune face

Sharp joyous sounds fill the night, celebration of life

The ancient dance of nature begins, forever new

Fennec Moon Glows

 

He and She in harmony, tomorrow's ripening sown.

Life's treasure protected by tooth and claw

Life's purpose protected by play
