# Chapter 6: The O-STAR Experiments Author: Ginsenshi Tags: Blind, Detectivem police, Gay Relationships, M/M, Rooke #6 of Roommates and blind dating book 1 edited by hikari-kun thank you! **Chapter 6: The O-STAR Experiments**   A few years later:       It's daytime, the sun hanging high in the sky, its warmth heating the window glass.  In turn the heat heading for Kouji and Shuichi's bed.  Kouji hugging Shuichi from behind, his morning hardness pressing against Shuichi's rear.  Kouji gives a slight thrust pressing harder into Shuichi.  Shuichi's eyes open.     "Kouj, wake up!  Wake up!"  With no reply but more thrusts from Kouji.  Shuichi gives a lick to one of his ears, the ear twitching in reply.  "God you're going to be late for your first day."  Shuichi now fed up and gets out of bed, in his nakedness his red furred tail wags behind him.  Pulling the sheets off the bed, he finds Kouji now on his back, his cock pointing straight up in the air.  "I'd love to sweetie, but get up!"  Shuichi jumps back onto the bed, biting one of Kouji's ears hard.     "AHHH!  Jeez I'm up, I'm up." were Kouji's shouts, as he sits up in bed, looking towards Shuichi.  "Jerk, could have done something else."  Shuichi releases his teeth and smiles at Kouji.     "I would have if you got up in time.  Now go shower and get dressed!"       Dragging himself out of bed Kouji heads to the shower, picking up boxers from the bottom drawer of the dresser on the way.  Now inside the bathroom, he switches on the hot water and then the cold, stepping in, he starts his morning routine.  - Finishing up and stepping out of the shower, Kouji takes a towel from the rack on the door, drying himself off and brushing his teeth and spitting the toothpaste into the sink.  With that finished be grabs his boxers putting them on and heads to the kitchen, the smell of breakfast in the air.        "So do you think that new O\_STAR thing will give you anything useful?" was Shuichi's questions, as Kouji entered, Shuichi placing a plate of toast, rice and leftover steak on the table.     "No!  Besides, I'm use to being blind for this many years now, you know that Shuichi."  Kouji now sits at the table beside him, finding fork, spoon, and knife beside the plate.     "What about the Detective's exam, do you think you passed that?"  A look of wonder passes over Kouji's face.     "I think so, and I think I'm going to be partnered with that Alex Sage guy."       "Isn't he that real hard ass, cute brown haired guy who arrested Hiro?"  Was Shuichi's question, trying to get Kouji's morning kiss out of him.     "Yes."  Kouji replying, leaning into give Shuichi his long morning kiss, as usual almost causing the two to end up on the tile floor, almost.  Now Kuro enters, his nails echoing on the tile floor, the small cow bell jingling as he walks.  Kuro going over to his dishes and starting to stare, Shuichi notices and releases Kouji.     "Your son wants his breakfast too."  Kouji gets up from his chair, filling Kuro's dish and refilling his water, Kuro waiting drooling a little.     "Go eat."  Kouji giving the release command to Kuro.  Kuro happily eats, finishing in under a minute and 10 seconds, Kouji now returns to his meal quickly finishing as well.  Getting up, he kisses Shuichi once more, and returns to the bedroom to finish dressing.  He emerges from the bedroom well dressed.       "Well, do I look good or what?"  Kouji running a comb through his hair, getting the last few knots out of it, he puts down the comb, waiting for an answer from Shuichi.     "Very good, now let's get going."  Shuichi also dressed well, they exit out and get into Shuichi's silver Accord.       Now at the headquarters of the Kyoto Police Department \*KYPD\*, Kouji exits Shuichi's vehicle, Kuro on leash follows and stops waiting for the harness to be put on.  Now with the harness on Kouji gives the following commands: forward find the curb to start moving to the curb, right-right to take the next possible right, and find the door and then once inside find the counter.     "Yes, can I help you sir?"  A dry sounding voice came from the person behind the desk.  Kouji standing tall answers the dry sounding tone of the person.     "Is the Head of investigations - in?" The sound of phone being picked up, dialed and then someone speaking and then being hung up again, the dry voice answers.     "Yes, he's in.  Its that way." the person points in the general direction of the office, another officer on duty appears, waiting to see if the desk clerk would realize the guy's blindness.     "If you could not point, and possibly give better directions."   Now the other officer approaches the desk clerk and the young man.                 "You're headed to Investigations?"  The officer waits for a reply, the young man turning towards him.     "Yes I am."         "If you want, I can accompany you there, since I'm headed there myself."  Kouji thinks on this a minute.     "Sure, much appreciated." The two head off to Investigations, this trip takes a good 3 minutes.  Finally arriving at a frosted windowed wooden door, with the words: 'Head of Investigations Bakageta Tantei' painted onto the frosted glass.  With a knock they enter an office seeming to go back in time to the 1940s, with everything seeming to be from that era even the man behind the desk wearing a well cut suit with suspenders on his shoulders, and an even older armpit gun holster under his left arm.  All about his desk are papers and file folders of different sizes.  A wood panel desk under his elbows.     "Hey Boss!  This guy to see you."     The man behind the desk stands his hand out to shake, taking hold of Kouji's own.  "Nice to meet you, you're that rookie Ginshinzo right?" With a sigh, and calming breath he answers.     "Its Ginsenshi; Kouji Ginsenshi, Sir!  Also my guide-dog, Kuro."  The man comes from behind his desk.     "Ah!  A German Shepherd, good dogs they are.  - Hey Brooks get Sage in here would you?"  Shouting to the man who brought Kouji to the room.     "Yes sir!"     Now a tall man with greying blond hair enters the room, lines on a weather beaten face, with a look of annoyance sitting there.     "Sage, this is your new partner ... err...  Ginshinzo!  Err no, Ginsenshi?  Yes, Ginsenshi!"         "So I'm teamed up with a blind gay guy with a gun?"  Is Alex's reply, reaching out his hand to shake Kouji's.     "Now don't give me that shit Sage, This guy is going in for that new O\_Star thing, giving him those new eyes."  The Chief staring him down.     "Yes, fine Boss.  Anyway, can I get back to real Detective work and not this joke?"  Alex starts to turn and leave the room.     "Damn it Sage this ain't no joke!  Gin ... whatever go with Sage."     With that, Kouji and Kuro follow after Alex Sage, with the P.A. system calling out a code for murder.  The End ...
