And so it has begun again

Distance has become a friend

 

Cast me out forever more

Shutting me behind your door

 

Happiness is your design

Leaving me in painful sighs

 

Humble beginnings to golden years

How did this end just as I feared?

 

In desperate wakes

As my body breaks

My mind wails

My strength fails

 

I have no power on my own

But now I must learn from your tone

 

And so it has begun again

I'll always consider you a friend
