I was listening to my mother's music one day, and the song "Angels Among Us" by Alabama came on. For some reason my mind started thinking asteroids, so I created this parody lyrics for the first part of the song. Any thoughts?

I was heading home from work on a hot Summer day  
Took a shortcut through the park and kinda lost my way  
It was getting dark, and I was scared and all alone  
But then a light fell from the sky and hit my home  
Nobody could see it, but it was laying there  
And I knew in my heart, that I should say my prayers
