Hope everyone likes it.\n\n* * *\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n\"The Beginning\"\n\nThe dragon stood upon the cliff looking out at the land before him and smiled at the sight. In front of him was the most beautiful land in the entire new world. He jumped off the cliff, opened his wings, and began to glide down to the ground. As he landed, he began to walk thinking about the past few months and how he got here.\n\n* * *\n\nThe tavern was quiet as usual as the few patrons sat around either drinking or talking. At one table sat two dragons talking amongst themselves. Occasionally one would slam its fist on the table causing the other patrons to stare. The other dragon would then calm the other.\n\n\"What is taking him so long?\"\n\n\"Just calm down, Pierce. Drakan said he would be here.\"\n\n\"He is thirty minutes late, May\", Pierce growled causes some more stares from the patrons.\n\n\"Pierce! Calm down I said! You are causing a commotion!\" snapped May.\n\n\"I don't give a damn, if they wanna do something about it, let them try!\"\n\nAs the two continued to talk, the door opened letting a strong breeze flow  \ninto the tavern. The patrons turned their heads and looked towards the door.  \nA man stood there in a long black hooded robe. The hood kept his face hidden  \nexcept for the red eyes underneath. The patrons went back to what they were  \ndoing, after all this person didn't appear to be any different then most that  \nentered. May and Pierce just shook their heads.\n\n\"About damn time Drakan\", Pierce  \ngrowled as May chuckled at his words.\n\nDrakan turned his head towards the two and walked to their table taking a  \nseat. He looked between them then finally spoke, \"Sorry I am late, ran into some  \nmuggers.\" He took his hands out from underneath his robe tossing a ripped off  \narm onto the table.\n\nMay looked at the arm and licked her lips. \"Did it taste good?\" May asked.\n\n\"Not  \nreally, I think I have indigestion now\" Drakan smirked.\n\n\"Enough already you two! We are here for a reason!\"\n\nDrakan just rolled his eyes, \"I swear Pierce, you really need to learn to  \nlighten up\".May laughed at his words, \"Yeah right! That will be a cold day  \nin hell.\"Both  \nDrakan and May burst into laughter.\n\n\"Yeah yeah yeah, whatever you two.\" Pierce turned to Drakan, \"Did you bring the  \nmaps?\" Drakan nodded and reached into a pocket on the inside of his robe and  \npulled out a piece of paper setting it down upon the table. He opened the paper  \nup and spread it out.\n\n\"Ok, I had to call in a few favors from a mage friend of mine. These maps will  \ntake us directly into Kasha's Lab. If we do this at full moon tonight, it should  \nbe easy. From what I was told, her researcher's will be getting off at that  \ntime.\"\n\n\"Any  \nguards or traps?\" asked May.\n\n\"Yes, about 15 guards total but only 7 guard that area and she has a few trap  \nset up to alert her directly of anything.\" replied Drakan.\n\n\"Hmm, the guards should be easy but the traps will be the hard part. But we have  \nto find a way. Kasha's newest research must be stopped.\" Pierce said.\n\n\"I agree, but how? asked May.\n\nDrakan began to laugh, \"Do you two really think I would suggest this without  \na complete plan? My contact gave me enough information to be able to disarm  \nthe traps myself, well, the magical ones. May, you will have to handle a trap  \non  \nthe door itself. If you mess up, we all die, got it?\"\n\n\"Oh goodie, pressure.  \nYeah yeah yeah. Magical traps are one thing, but normal traps are my specialty\",  \nMay smirked.\n\n\"Then that settles it. See you both in 4 hours.\" said Pierce. With that all 3  \nstood and left the tavern.\n\nAfter they had left, the shadows began to twist as a figure stepped out of  \nit. \"Hmm  \nso they think they can stop Kasha? My Lady will be pleased with this info.\" Nidira  \nthought to herself and disappeared.\n\n* * *\n\n\u0026nbsp;  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nLater that night, the three dragons had met back up about two miles south Kasha's  \nLab. Drakan laid the map out across the ground. He pointed to the map then at  \nMay.\n\n\"Okay May, you will go this way. Pierce and myself will head here\" as  \nhe pointed at the map again. \"While we take out the guards, you need  \nto remove the trap on the door\"\n\nMay nodded as Drakan picked the map back up placing it within his cloak. The  \nthree started to head to their areas.\n\nMay made it to the door quickly and quietly, pulling out her gear and getting  \nstarted on the trap. The other two headed to the front of the building quietly  \npreparing to pounce upon any unknowing guard.\n\nDrakan looked around quirking a brow. The forest and entire building was quiet.  \nHe then turned to Pierce. \"Hey Pierce, something is very odd here. Where  \nare the guards?\"\n\n\"Perhaps your information was incorrect?\" replied Pierce.  \n  \n\"  \nMaybe, but it would be unusual for my contact to be wrong\"  \n  \n\"  \nHow many did he say?\" came Pierce  \n  \n\"  \nSeven that we need to take out\"\n\nPierce just nodded \"Lets head back to May and assist her\"\n\nThe two started heading towards May. Drakan stopped and turned around quickly  \nand Pierce turned to look at him. \"What's up Drakan?\"\n\n\u0026nbsp; \"  \nNot sure, but I feel like we are being watched. We need to be careful Pierce\"  \n  \n\"  \nEh, you always think you are being watched. Your just too paranoid\" came  \nthe reply\n\nThey both continued on their way. Once they went around the side of the building,  \ntwo red eyes emerged in the shadows.  \n  \n\"  \nYes, be paranoid\" came a deep voice from it as the eyes disappeared.\n\nThey continued on and finally came to May. She had just completed removing  \nthe trap and opening the door. She turned and nodded to them both. \"Ok,  \nlets hurry up and do this. I have an uneasy feeling\" Drakan said. May  \nlooked at him and Pierce for a few minutes with a quizzical look upon her face.  \nDrakan just sighed and walked into the door and the other two followed behind.\n\nInside, was nothing. The entire building was empty!\n\n\"What the fuck is going on here?\" came Pierce.\n\nThe door behind them slammed shut and disappeared.\n\n\"Welcome to our trap you fools.\" came a dark and yet deep voice  \nfrom the dark. \"You should have known better then to attempted such an  \nattack on Lady Kasha.\"\n\nThe three dragons sighed. They knew they were caught. They had fucked up and  \ngot careless. They were expecting nothing less then death now. The three knowing  \nthey had nothing to lose reached for their sword preparing to fight to the  \ndeath. Only one problem, their weapons were gone!\n\n\"Mwuahahahah do you really think I would set up a trap without taking  \nyour weapons? Oh no, I don't think so. How foolish ye are!\"\n\nAs the voice was talking both Nidira and Kasha stepped out from the darkness  \nin front of them. \"Well well well. Seems like we have caught us some  \nwould-be assassins. Nidria, Kill them\" Kasha said.\n\nNidria nodded with an evil smirk upon her face. She began to wave her hands  \nand speak the ancient draconic language. Large balls of blue light began to  \nencircle her and grow bigger. Then something went wrong. The lights went from  \nblue to red. Nidira's eyes went big.\n\n\"My lady, we need to leave now!\" With that she waved her hands  \nas both Kasha and herself vanished.\n\n\"FUCK!!!!!\" was the last thing heard from Pierce as the entire  \ncastle flooded with a dark red light and exploded.\n\n  \n  \n\n"}
