My mind is open wide,

Like the flame

I am here to stay

 

I watch the world outside

Patiently

I am like the fly

 

I don't know how long I can wait,

I sit frightened and weak

Even the man in the moon dissapeared

Before I could even sleep!

 

My words bite through sleet

Like the storm

I am everlasting

 

My life has open wounds

Wearily

I will not end here

 

I know I have to keep holding on,

My time is almost in reach

Even if the man in the moon dissapeared

It won't be long before I sleep!
