{"sf1_id":469253,"sf2_id":"J1OrEMQn","title":"Suicide","author":"Riverweasel","words":272,"posted_at":"2012-12-01T21:52:00.000Z","tags":["Other","Poem","Suicide"],"url":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/469253-suicide","original_url":"https://sofurry.com/s/J1OrEMQn","image_url":"https://cdn.sofurryfiles.com/submissions/thumbnails/59/24/59248bc1-ac95-4c34-bdd3-3d7e1e5d7d04","description":"#10 of Poems\n\nJust my thoughts on the ever constant trend of people choosing to kill themselves","content":"This is a notice to those broken people who stand at the line\n\nThe line of decision making, those who ponder whether\n\nOr not to end it all, to answer the final call\n\nWith whatever method they choose, to kill themselves\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nDon't do it\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nIt's not for the reasons that you hear all the time\n\nIt's not because it's selfish or because of what\n\nYou'll leave behind, not reaching the finish line\n\nIt's because of what you'll lose, what you'll never get to see\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nDon't lose it\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nMost of you aren't even into the meat of your life\n\nYou've gone through the years of education, of learning\n\nBut you've yet to really find out who you are\n\nDon't ruin your chance, there's so much you could do\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nPlease do that instead\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nThere's so much life has to offer to you\n\nThere's so much you can offer to life\n\nYou could be a loving husband or wife\n\nA brother or sister to those in need\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nJust stop and see\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nThough the pressure and pain might feel endless\n\nThe thoughts of relief from ending it relentless\n\nIt's a final decision to a choice you don't need to make\n\nEmbrace life for it is the only way you can change things\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nWe want you here\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nLastly, take into account for how damn beautiful\n\nYou are to those that love you and there are many\n\nWho do, so stop, talk to them, find a way to get help\n\nThey might be just as scared as you are\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nLive with life\n\nDon't end it with death\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Poems","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/453590-almost-escaped.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/484138-elation-and-the-fall.json"}}
