I have to help them.\"\n\nKiff went and locked the door and slid the key to the others in the block. Kiff rushed in and saw all the walkers blocking the door. He swung away getting mainly head slices in. He covered as Veemon, Patamon and Gatomon got out.\n\nVeemon said, \"I thought I told you to stay.\"\n\nKiff said, \"I heard shots. They came up to the cafeteria. Shadow and Guilmon had long stopped as the amount of walkers filled the room. Emily slipped away from the prisoners. The main one tried to give chase to Emily. Some of the walkers came in from the other side some of the ones coming down another aisle. Kiff and Yill got up and went on the other side. They went back the other way seeing more walkers come in from this side.\"\n\nVeemon just ran back heading back outside he was joined by BlackVeemon and Impmon. There were so many corridors within the prison which made it difficult to keep this underhand. Veemon saw Gatomon and Patamon outside finally as he really looked at the entire prison as a whole realizing how big it really was.\n\nThere were walkers on the other side of a fence that way lead to another cell block. The gate was open which explained why they were able to get in. Shadow was relieved leaning against the gate. He was then bit in the back by a walker. He opened the gate and closed it and locked it and ran off after killing the walker. Shadow knew he wasn't able to get cured and severed in any way. He went on a shooting spree. Veemon and the others heard the gun shots.\n\nBefore Veemon mobilized his group he warned, \"There are prisoners still alive in here. They tried to take Emily be careful. We don't know if they have weapons too.\"\n\nKiff was still in the boiler room locked in alone with his new born baby. First and for most you report to me before anything. We can't let this keep turning into a mess.\"\n\nPatamon said, \"We didn't have a choice. You were somewhere else and those walkers were coming at us from the other direction. Veemon you can't be everywhere at once.\"\n\nHe turned around snarling and came up to Patamon, \"You could have held them off at the block kept everyone else in line. You weren't thinking. And next time if this ever happens again I'll kill you. She stepped back truly realizing the insane state he was in. He even went as far as putting the safety off and moving his finger ready to pull the trigger. They heard a female like scream and Veemon dropped the gun. They thought it was Yill and rushed back to the cafeteria. They heard the screams from another cell block. Veemon lead them as they came up and saw the prisoners again in there with some woman who had wondered in from the other side. They had her and were ready to take advantage of her. Veemon noticed none of them had guns. Veemon said with no emotion, \"Let's go...\"\n\nPatamon said, \"You're kidding me. You're just going to leave that woman behind and let her get raped both those thugs.\"\n\nVeemon yelled, \"Let's go!\"\n\nPatamon pushed Veemon down and rushed in and shot the two prisoners holding her. I mean I'm upset that you killed my daughter.\"\n\nKiff yelled, \"That isn't you daughter. That's Veemon's daughter.\"\n\nReemon said, \"Me and him are practically one in the same. Of course you and I have had our moments together too.\"\n\nKiff said, \"No you and him are two different creatures...\"\n\nReemon said, \"Well I suppose I'm free of being a look a like. That means he chose to leave us. We can't worry about him anymore. He's on his own. Our task is to secure the rest of the prison.\"\n\nGatomon said, \"You can't just leave him out there...\"\n\nVeemon said, \"If you want to go out a fetch him then go alone and take the risk. I won't bother to stop you. But if either of you come back I will most likely have to kill you.\"\n\nGatomon asked, \"Are you serious?\"\n\nVeemon informed the whole group, \"If that is what it takes to survive, than yeah, I'm dead serious; to me Patamon is already considered dead. We lost too many to risk going out now without firmly securing the whole prison. This is our place now we split the blood and we took it. But our job isn't done yet. There is a lot more we need to do.\"\n\nGatomon asked, \"What about Kiff and Yill they never came back.\"\n\nVeemon said, \"They are on their own. If they come back bit in a non curable way or are already turned than we kill them it's that simple now.\"\n\nGatomon asked, \"Can I speak to you outside...and alone.\"\n\nGatomon went out to the court where Veemon followed her and then she turned and asked, \"What has gotten into you.\"\n\nVeemon said, \"Dorumon was right about me. I wasn't ready for this world but now I am.\"\n\nGatomon said, \"So you won't even cling on to our friendship anymore.\"\n\nVeemon looked down, \"What we had died years ago. There was never any repairing what Reemon did...what I did. I moved on and so did you. Patamon is helping an enemy as far as I'm concerned.\"\n\nGatomon asked, \"This is about Angel isn't it?\"\n\nVeemon said, \"She's a lot like you. And yet I find myself trusting her and you believe that is wrong. Because I chose her over you twice was surely wrong. You have Patamon so there is no need for me to even bother saying were friends. In this world were just two survivors.\"\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nKiff finally came out as the others joined to get Veemon and Gatomon back in. Kiff came out as they all looked at him alone. Kiff carried the baby over. Veemon was suddenly brought to a since a realism and everything hit him at once. He fell to his knees and muttered, \"I'm sorry. I was so wrong. Where is Yill...?\"\n\nKiff just looked down and Veemon fell all the way down crying and screaming hysterically. There was a short brief pause of no emotion then he just rose up and grabbed an axe. He charged back into the corridors fixated on spilling more blood and vengeance.\u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp;\n\nIt was only that time when Dracmon decided to awake after a much longer rest.
