Well, I was there, and that inspired this.","content":"I used to trust all the same,\n\nBut then I was played just like a game,\n\nIt's been so long since I fell from grace,\n\nI fell from the light, now I'm here at its base,\n\nBut every time I close my eyes, I still see your face,\n\nLife goes so fast, I can't keep up with this pace,\n\nBut still I stumble on, I will not admit defeat,\n\nEven with all the blows that rain down, even as my body is beat,\n\nI will not give up, I will not stop,\n\nI will keep climbing until reach the top,\n\nEach and every day that passes me by,\n\nI used to walk with my head held high,\n\nBut I was used and abused, I have no joy,\n\nNow I walk with sadness, gripped by misery's ploy,\n\nI hold all this blame and despair,\n\nMy heart is damaged beyond repair,\n\nI have to live with this unbearable pain,\n\nWhy was I hurt, what could they gain,\n\nI'm not a monster, I believe,\n\nIt helps me navigate the wooden smiles, the raging seas,\n\nBut there is only one way to see the real me,\n\nSomeone please come and see,\n\nBeneath my mask and my lies,\n\nThrow away my disguise,\n\nRip my tattered remains apart,\n\nShare with me your heart,\n\nThrow away the broken shards,\n\nWe will share a heart, I promise this one to guard,\n\nI will never again let another in, I will not undo the locks,\n\nJust hold me, comfort me, and love me; your beautiful fox.\n\n  \n  \n\n"}
