I felt that it was my fault in part, but I hope you feel better soon!","content":"If you've fallen, I will lend my wings\n\nFor you to rise back up to where you cling.\n\nYou've been wounded, let me help heal\n\nSo that you once again can feel.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nYour heart beaten, broken, and battered,\n\nJust ask, I'll help find what really mattered.\n\nThere were hints, I should have known.\n\nI should have acted on what suspicions shown.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nHow could I have been so negligent,\n\nAnd let my vigil slip?\n\nI could see how he might be belligerent,\n\nYet all I did was allow my guard to dip.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nNow, here we are\n\nConfused as can be.\n\nNow, just where\n\nIs hope for thee?\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nMy apologies are all I can offer\n\nIn hopes that things will repair.\n\nMistakes I've made,\n\nThough I know you don't care.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI give you my wings to help you soar\n\nThrough the gorge that fraternity hath forged.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nBe strong and fight.\n\nDon't you ever give in.\n\nIt is emotional turmoil,\n\nBut you can win!\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI will give you my wings every time.\n\nI shall even help you climb\n\nThe frightful face of life and time.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI do not always need to fly,\n\nSo I will give them to you so you rise high.\n\n\u0026nbsp;\n\nI am the Wing Giver, this I live by.\n\nIf you let me, I will help you fly.\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Poetry","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/455407-sleepless.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/538053-my-dragoness.json"}}
